Chapters: (see below)/16 Rating: Explicit Warnings: Graphic Depictions Of Violence, (not Major) Character Death Relationships: Sherlock Holmes/John Watson Summary: John isn’t particularly sure why he took the counselor position at Camp Baker Stream, an American-style summer camp for rich kids. He isn’t fond of the wilderness, nor is he fond of kids. He also isn’t sure if he’s fond of his cabin-mate, a strange bloke named Sherlock Holmes who seems perpetually on edge and more than a bit of an arse. It certainly doesn’t help that apparently the camp has a sordid past—a series of gristly murders that took place eight years ago, perpetrated by one James Moriarty. Sherlock seems convinced that the events of the past are doomed to repeat, but that idea seems to fall in the realm of the impossible. That is, until camp counselors start going missing…

Inspired by every 80s slasher flick that is so bad it’s good, this fic merges summer camp horror tropes with the BBC Sherlock universe, adding a sprinkle of smut for good measure!

Can we get a glimpse into the future with Lycan!Steve and Barista!Reader? Like, maybe she’s pregnant and Steve is Uber protective of her bump or she’s opening up another location of her shop on the pack’s territory?

“Little heart,” Steve calls after you, using his newest pet name for you, “wait for me.”

Since you’ve become pregnant with his baby, Steve has grown more protective than ever over you. And since your bump has begun showing during the later months of your pregnancy, Steve had to have one hand on you at all times.

“Sorry, I’m just excited.” You come to a stop and wait, you preen under his watchful gaze and melt as he slips his hands onto your bump and kisses your cheek.

“I know, my little Luna.” Steve helps you out onto the patio and steers you toward the Uber that’s waiting for you both. “A second location on our territory, a business off territory and a baby shower on the way…”

“You don’t need to do so much,” you enter the Uber and wait for Steve to get in before you lean against him and rest your head on his shoulder, “I’m only 6 months pregnant.”

“You’re my Luna, you’re our pack’s luna. You are my everything.” Steve tucked his hand under your chin and tilted your head up. “You will be protected and cared for.”

“Steve,” your voice wavered, eyes boring into his as he dipped his head and skated his lips against yours, “you’ve already kept me so safe.”

“And I’ll continue to keep you safe.” He rest his forehead against yours and slowly breathed you in. “My sweet darling Luna, how perfect are you?”

“Steve-“ you startled and gasped as your baby jerked quickly in your belly, responding to Steve’s voice and your own with a quick kick.

“Sweetheart,” Steve pulled away and smiled immensely soft at you, “my darling Luna, our little baby is strong.”

“Strong and healthy.”

“Strong like you.” Steve praised in tender affection, the kind of softness he had saved exclusively for you. “Beautiful Luna and beautiful baby.”

“Honeybee you need to come inside, its going to rain.” Ari stood shirtless behind you, hands on his hips while his shorts hung low. “Come inside.”

“A) its not going to rain just because you said so,” your steely glare was pointed directly at him from your position in front of the porch, “B) I’m mad at you.”

“Honey,” Ari cleared his throat to fight the urge to laugh and smile at you, your adorable little huffing and puffing endearing like a little rabbit, “are you going to sit out there all day?”

“Yes, Ari. I am.” You crossed your arms over your chest and uncouthly dropped to the grass, crossing your arms over his chest.

“I’m going inside, honeybee. I’m gonna make your favourite-“

“Good. Go. I’m mad at you.” You turned your head and cast your attention on the tree line to your left.

“Baby-“

“Don’t you baby me, ass.” You growled under your breath and wriggled your hips as if you were his bear digging his claws into the earth.

“Okay, little bear.” Ari’s lips twitched as he watched you with endless adoration. He had wait another minute before he turned around and started walking back up the porch and into the house.

Ari had immediately moved ti the kitchen and began making tea for you, despite you initially saying you didn’t want it, and then opened the freezer to grab one of the pastries you’d helped make the weeks earlier.

He was working slowly while listening to the sound of your heart beating, a small chuckle pulled from his lips when he first heard the crack of thunder. The thunder was immediately followed by the downpour of rain and your frightened squeak.

Ari had watched the door, his inner bear pacing back and forth with speculation and unease, until you had scurried through the door and slammed it behind you. Your eyes wide and your clothes dampened by the downpour, you had stood on the edge of the entrance way and stared Ari down, your bottom lip protruding and trembling.

“Come here, bee.” Ari laughed in his throat and walked around the island, moving toward you with purpose, then enveloped you in a tight, warm hug. “You’re okay, come get warm.”
