Not a bad price for a 1967 mid-century modern in San Antonio, Texas. 4bds, 3.5ba, $429.9.

Double front doors open to a large foyer.

To the left, step down to a sunken living room.

To the right, is a dining room. The windows are an interesting shape and have custom made shutters.

Directly off the dining room is the kitchen with original cabinets, and new counters and appliances. But, they took the fridge.

Notice the curved counter.

The everyday dining area has a very mod design on the wall. A wrought iron rail is across a step that goes down to a family room.

It's a huge space and has original floor tile with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and large sliding glass doors to a sun room.

I thought there would be a double-sided fireplace, but it's just a brick wall in the sun room.

This bath has been updated. It has an MCM flair, but the newer elements blend seamlessly.

If you like a more Mod look to your mid-century homes, this is the perfect house for you. Check out this bedroom.

It certainly has a lot of shelving.

Here's a smaller room.

And, a half bath. Interesting sink.

The largest room is the primary bedroom.

The en-suite is very large, too, and has a big makeup vanity.

And, it also has a walk-in closet.

There's a large yard in the back.

And, a patio. It looks to me like there may have a been a pool here, and they covered it up with a new cement patio.

little snapshots of a mod i have been working on for a few days, cenozoicraft, understandably based around adding cenozoic animals to the minecraft world along with neolithic tools. its heavily based around hunting and utilizing animal parts. most of what is here is tamable and rideable with fun little taming mechanics, so dont expect to be able to waltz up to a smilodon. more to come soon

#there are a few effects i havent shown here besides from the ''hunters vision'' in the first one. still a prototype but the general idea #anyways i am pretty proud of what i have accomplished so far. everything here has and will have unique mechanics and ai. i am excited #on the bucketlist: mammoths! finishing up the mammoth steppe and arctic biomes. enchantments that assist in hunting #predator ai needs some work. neanderthals are on the list as well. several sets of armor and curios are planned #and of course many #many animals #and many decorative blocks #minecraft #blockbench #mcreator #modded minecraft #cenozoic #paleo #paleoart #paleontology #neolithic #cenozoicraft #rorys art

Minecraft feels like it doesn’t know what to do for big updates any more so they’re doing like small miscellaneous updates collected together. I wish they’d move on from trying to give them a theme bc I feel like that’s just confusing.

One thing I wish they’d do is do updates from time to time and go back and add pieces to old update. Like maybe add more fish or tree types.

Specifically what made me have this thought is that I’d love if they’d add more to the geodes. Like the amethysts are lovely but I’d love if there was a whole range of crystals to find in geodes!! I feel like that’s along the line of the archaeological stuff they’ve done recently! Digging into the earth for history and stuff!

Also if they ever do a forest update I’d freak out. I’d love if they revamped their nature bc I feel like that part of the over world specifically has been the same since the beginning era of minecraft. Like ocean, nether, caves, villages, NOW FOREST. And end.

Feels like natural progression of their universe growing! And I like feeling like the updates can have a “story” like aspect to me. Especially bc worldbuilding. Favorite idea when it comes to minecraft lore

More updates for the Decorating Tools mod! I've added a "decorating mode" to allow you to move/tilt multiple objects at once! This is also useful for tilting individual objects, because for some reason the game hates it once you tilt objects beyond 45 degrees.

My previous post said that object rotation would be maintained when moving on the hand tool - this is true ONLY up to 45 degrees. I have no idea why! But you should still be able to get your obect in the rotation/position you want using the decorating mode.

I'm trying to make a little window pop up (like with ts4 tool mod) that has different options for objects. I have 0 idea where to start with this, so if you know anything about LAYO files or making custom game windows, I'd love to hear from you!!

A note for creaters who like building with no cc - objects placed with this mod will remain in their set position even when the mod is not installed! I think some really fun builds could be made with this :)

Also! Plants can be shifted up and down too! They unfortunately cannot be tilted which is sad cause I wanted to make real grass roofs :(
