January's Set of Fan Art/Doodles

OH GOD I ALMOST FORGOT TO POST THIS!! Good thing I just remembered before it was too late. I didn't get to draw and post this the day of but at least I got to post it before January ends.

I also tried to match the art style just like with other characters from other shows and stuff.

The set of Kindergarten fan doodles took forever to finish. It also felt forever getting back into the game. Idk why I put it off for so long I loved the game so much back in 9th grade.

Shit I failed to change the Hexley twin's sleeves back to long hhh

Characters from my January interests (besides Willow I just wanted to draw him). 4 characters I drew because of reactions, 3 because I got into them myself, and Alastor for both and because I'm also watching Hazbin Hotel with my parents and sister. Also I miss Geologist Randy, ngl. 🥲 And I didn't even watch 101DS yet I'm watching the 90s show first and there's like 65 episodes 💀 AND THE SECOND MOVIE AFTER 😭 idek if they matter for 101DS

I just felt like drawing them. Probably my two most favorite villains of WC. They were also the two most heart broken. Huh.

Just a quick draw of Hollyleaf (or Hollypaw cause of no scars). Nothing much to say on it I just drew her, just because.

There was gonna be another page of fan doodles but my tablet died and I don't think I'll have enough time to finish it when it's charged before midnight (my fault for putting it off tbh). So I'm gonna post it for February. Thanks for waiting on me to post it. Man am I hooked on new content this month and probably next month too. Can't wait to watch em.

○ kinda cares, but also kinda doesn't ○ unlike the previous three.. he isn't super touchy in public ○ he prefers to keep a low profile in front of dispatch but when y'all are having a private dinner or something ○ yea, he's all up on you ○ he doesn't do too much in front of the cameras, but if there's no cameras he will kiss you, make out with you, etc... ○ there can be hella people and no cameras and he'll still do it ○ like johnny, he doesn't want fans to go crazy and potentially hurt you so he tries not to be too sexual in public or lusty ○ yuta gets jealous, for sure ○ but he's pretty calm about it, but in the bedroom like tyong? ○ this mf GOES CRAZYYY ○ he brings it up before seggsy time, but then during seggsy time he's bringing it up while making you scream his name out ○ ANYWAYS LMFAO... pda for yuta is a yes and no kinda of situation, just depends on whose around

dongheon - now look, i can't exactly explain this one KSJDG but for some reason when i think of who i associate with you, heoni is like . right up there? both of you are really happy people, always ready to be silly seconds after some serious moments and it's a really nice ability to have within your personality. dongheon might not be a bias you have out of the vrvr boys, but he's a rin dude in my head 🤭 (+ your octopus comment reminded me of heoni being the same<3)

hi i hope this isn't weird askdjfksdksl, you seem to be much more active on twitter but i REFUSE to make an account on that website BUT a mutual of mine just said something to me about the idea of an au where the rattlers run like. an apocalypse gladiator ring instead and ellie eventually gets caught and stuck there with abby and this is just actually insane we can't believe no one else seems to have had this idea yet??????? my first thought was tell the only ellabs person i know of who is in any way active on social media idk you can tell twitter about this or whatever i just think you need to know. i think ellabs nation (ellabs village really lol) needs to consider the possibilities

1) come to twitter i promise it’s like not that bad i just get into fights a lot 😭

2) i have a new tumblr but it’s under a pseudonym because i’m literally writing x readers and i know people will clown me and think i’m doing it in the “y/n” way (nothing wrong with that) and not the “x readers are a great way to character study without making whole ocs and you’re able to share them with a large audience” way

3) honestly , i really hate fics that have like . anything to do with the rattlers . because they’re just , like , EXTREMELY miserable (hypocritical coming from me , i know) and i deserve a speck of dopamine every now and then . but i will spread the idea ! because tbh it’s pretty good and not done before . just not my thing

4) i’m going to take this as an opportunity to explain why the fuck tl2 isn’t out yet , but it’s going to be a very longwinded self-psychoanalytical bananza , sooo . .

so , tl2 isn’t going to be a multichapter , if it ever gets put out . it’s gonna be a really long oneshot , because if i post it , i want it to be FINISHED so i don’t leave anyone waiting again .

the reason why i have a mental block against writing it right now is because i’m really unhappy about where tl1 left off . i never really liked it honestly , i just felt a bit pressured to get it out asap so i could be done . i reread the first few chapters all the time , and i really consider that its peak , because it started to feel like a chore after chapter six .

it’s hard to write the sequel to something you don’t like . it feels like you can only disappoint (if not others , yourself) and expand on its horribleness , which sounds so melancholy , i know , lol , but it’s the truth . like , how do you fix what’s broken on something you can’t touch ? by adding more that’s broken ? nuh uh . it’s a lot of stress .

also , i just . . need a creative recharge . “spencer , it’s been like five months since you finished tl !!” no i mean like . a year . before i even poke it with a ten foor pole again . LOL it’s that bad . this might change , but that’s how i feel right now .

i’ve been really insecure about my work lately , and i’ve never been able to read original novels or other fics without feeling incredibly envious of others’ talent , and it has sowed a lot of discontent inside of me . so i stopped consuming others’ work for a bit , but that just left me uninspired and in an echo chamber of my own writing without any improvement , so it became hyper-stylized and odd to read , especially months later . i don’t even know what i was trying to accomplish at some points ?? it’s all very odd and tryhard and makes me cringe .

so , right now , my goal is to read more published work lol . i’m reading my childhood favorite “daughter of smoke and bone” right now , and it’s even better than i remember . highly recommend

but yeahhh that’s why tl2 isn’t out sorry 🌸🩷🩷💕🥺🥺🥺

Patrivan Drives Me Nuts and Here's Why: Part 6

S5E5: Please, Tell The Truth [prev, first]

-> Because Ivan Confirms That He Likes Patrick Without Confirming That He Likes Patrick

Hola, chicos! This is it! We're here!!! Positively vibrating in my seat because we're now at the best episode of the last two seasons of Elite hands down, and the ultimate patrivan serve. Just- the delivery of Manu and Andre this episode is insane. However bad the previous couple of episodes for this two were, episode 5 singlehandedly fixed for us.

Because let's just come out and say it, shall we? We're all thinking of that scene, aren't we? 😏 In the latter half of the episode? That scene that we have waited for, but still hit us like a train wreck when it happened. I don't know, was that just me? Because for a minute, I thought it was going in a completely different direction (ahem Cruz).

Well, we are going to talk about that scene eventually because I have also just realized something about it that resonates with Patrick's "Five Seconds" in S4 and I'm so not normal about it, but I also have so much love in general for this episode that I couldn't just dump all of it in a single post. I think I'll divide E5 into 3 different ones, at least. But this one, this one isn't for that scene yet. Because it's a crime not to dedicate an entire post to this other tender moment between the two. And that's:

6.1 THE LAWN

*whimpering in the background while writing this, because look at them. LOOK AT THEM 🥺*

So, before we see them on the lawn, we first catch Ivan crying at the lobby and automatically think it's because of Ari's rejection, yes? Because the scenes are cut out to suggest such. But it turns out, that it's actually not. (I mean, good grief, what's he to cry about Ari anyway? Because he helped her cheat on her boyfriend? 🙄) It turns out, that it's because his dad is potentially changing football teams, and they might be leaving again soon, just when Ivan has found people he cares about and wants to stay for in Spain.

Oddly, Ari is one of those people. I won't deny that (though I really want to gloss over that 🙄). But it's not because of what Ivan's trying to imply. But rather, because she's the proof of what Ivan has always known about his sexuality. Having desires for Ari is familiar; being desired by Ari is familiar. And so he wants to cling to that familiarity after all the confusing feelings he's repressing for Patrick. (Also, maybe he's just into cheaters idk LMFAO)

BUT, straight out of Ivan's mouth, we know that what he feels for Ari is a far cry from what he feels for Patrick.

HOWEVER, as I have mentioned in a previous post, he's trying to make his crush on Ari a bigger deal than it actually is, while desperately masking the depth of his feelings for Patrick with 'friendship'.

I mean, this conversation just says it all, tbh.

*SCREAMING SOBBING WALLING LIKE AN IDIOT*

Istg, this is driving me nuts. How could it not? Because what Patrick said, just before this, about them being out of sync because they're looking at different directions, couldn't be more accurate in this dialogue. I MEAN, he said-

"What you and I have." "WHAT YOU AND I HAVE." gaaaaahhhh *pulling at the roots of my hair in pure agony*

Ivan, dear boy. You have what you're looking for, you're just not... looking. *wails*

He wants to have in a romantic relationship what he has with Patrick, but with a girl. *sputtering in total disbelief* Is that why he's so insistent on Ari? Patrick's twin freaking sister? Patrick's literal girl version? Istg, istg-

It's absolutely killing me that Ivan knows the exact emotional connection he needs and wants from a partner but his mind is too fixed on getting it from a specific gender. And since he's found it in the wrong gender, he's pushing himself more onto Ari and away from Patrick 😭. Like-

Ivan, porfa. Por favor, dios mio. 🙏 I'm kinda sad, kinda desperate, kinda frustrated at you. Just- *deep breaths*

ANYWHO-

I take this scene as the confirmation of Ivan's romantic attachment to Patrick, and I will die on this hill. I mean, how else am I supposed to read this, huh? Because don't even get me started on the way they look at each other-

Cue Tate McRae's "Friends Don't Look At Friends That Way". Because bitch no, they really don't. Unless they're in denial, which is what Ivan is.

And, good Lord, by the end of this episode, I'll even be singing a different tune. This time: "You say we're just friends. But friends don't know the way you taste la la la."

lol probably totally unpopular opinion, but I feel like so many mlm ships of the ST fandom don't really work. Steve and Eddie are cute and all, but like... Steve is so clearly in love with Nancy and he's never been coded as anything but straight. Sure, bisexuality exists, but even with Robin as possible starter for him to think about his own sexuality, he doesn't seem to change in that regard. Same goes for Eddie tbh, though he had less screen time and might be anything but straight, yet he certainly holds an interest for girls. Will and Mike are like... I don't get why people want it to happen so desperately. Will deserves so much more than a boy with internalized homophobia, but maybe that's just me. And sure, Harringrove is a somewhat funny crack ship, but it doesn't make a lot of sense either. Not saying that's a good thing, because it shows that the Duffers have a lot to catch up on when it comes to representing differing sexualities and relationships, but it's so... idk. St*ddie is literally just so weird to me and feels yet again like a wet dream for wokeness warriors who want to raise themselves morally, nothing else. The ship completely disregards all of Steve's and Eddie's characteristics...

I tried to answer this before but my tumblr glitched and erased my answer and it was a pretty lengthily one *i cry*

I don’t know if I can be bothered to write it out again but basically my point was that, I find it difficult to hold an interest in ships where one or both parties show a lack of interest in the other.

For example before the stranger things season came out I was already excited to see ronance’s dynamic so at first I was disappointed when Nancy was kind of rude to Robin and I was going to completely lose interest in the ship but Nancy eventually warmed to Robin and they declared each other friends.

We didn’t get any sort of scene like that between Eddie and Steve. I could imagine Nancy and Robin hanging out by themselves after the whole upside down thing but Steve and Eddie? If Eddie survived of course, I can’t see it. I can imagine them dropping Dustin off between each other like divorced parents or Dustin dragging them to see a movie together with him or Dustin taking Eddie to family video but take out Dustin and I got nothing 😭

well, we are 7 hours away from the very first eurovision show of this year, so i might as well make a ranking of semi 1, based on all the footage of rehearsals we’ve seen so far….

i find this semi final to be much stronger than the other one, and a lot harder to rank tbh. whatever happens i’m gonna lose at least some of my faves 💔

17. 🇳🇴 “Give That Wolf a Banana” by Subwoolfer: i’ve already been over so many times that i don’t like this song and the rehearsals haven’t changed that for me, so yeah.

16. 🇨🇭 “Boys Do Cry” by Marius Bear: the song is boring with a message we’ve heard 1000 times before and the staging is cringe i’m sorry but this is not it. plus the melody is…. eerily similar to what a beautiful world.

15. 🇧🇬 “Intention” by Intelligent Music Project: the staging is actually pretty good and definitely elevates the song but the actual song is just too weak to go anywhere for me. doesn’t deserve all the hate it’s gotten from eurofans though.

14. 🇦🇹 “Halo” by LUM!X ft. Pia Maria: the studio cut is good but from what i’ve seen the staging’s not that great and pia maria’s vocals just aren’t what they need to be for a song like this. dance songs like this are always very difficult to do right at esc and i don’t think they’re perfected it enough unfortunately

13. 🇩🇰 “The Show” by REDDI: i do like this song but i tend to forget it when i’m considering the whole line up which is a shame! but once again the staging just hasn’t really elevated it enough for me

12. 🇦🇱 “Sekret” by Ronela Hajati: i’ve been on such a journey with this song; i LOVED it in FiK and it was one of my faves, then she released the revamped version partly in english and the new beat and it slid down a little in my ranking because i preferred the old version, but i still liked it. and then the stage performance… i love ronela so much still and i really hope she qualifies because it seems like she has put so much effort into eurovision, but honestly this performance is not great. i think they got the colour palette wrong and it looks very messy from what we’ve seen. i wish she had just kept the base of the FiK performance and adjusted it slightly for esc but oh well 😭

11. 🇸🇮 “Disko” by LPS: another song i actually really love, but i can’t squeeze it into my top 10 😔 the staging looks good but not amazing - that’s the only reason it’s not qualifying for me

10. 🇲🇩 “Trenulețul” by Zdob și Zdub & Frații Advahov: this is so fun and yes, while i may be disappointed there is no train on stage, i can’t ignore the pure energy this entry has. it’s why it has to be in my top 10.

9. 🇱🇻 “Eat Your Salad” by Citi Zēni: another entry that has this infectious kind of energy - pure good vibes and it’s quirky in an actually organic & funny way (take notes norway).

8. 🇺🇦 “Stefania” by Kalush Orchestra: i really love this song, it’s catchy and incorporates traditional instrumentation which i love, but the staging hasn’t really clicked for me yet. idk it feels a bit messy. but maybe it will come together in the live shows

7. 🇭🇷 “Guilty Pleasure” by Mia Dimšić: i know, i know, this has maybe a 2% chance to qualify, and i am going to be devastated when i lose it this evening, but…. here i am. i love this song, i love mia, i like the staging (controversial opinion?) and i just think this doesn’t get nearly as much love as it deserves.

6. 🇦🇲 “SNAP” by Rosa Linn: this was a bit of a meh song for me before rehearsals, but the staging… wow. one of the best stagings this year for me. she’s an amazing singer too, literally sounds the same as the studio track. the lyrics have grown on me a lot too. girlie will sail to the final.

5. 🇮🇸 “Með hækkandi sól” by Systur: this is so magical, i love the way they’ve choreographed it and the camera shots are amazing. their voices together are so enchanting. i REALLY hope this qualifies, they deserve it!

4. 🇱🇹 “Sentimentai” by Monika Liu: this is the biggest grower for me this year, she is amazing and charismatic on stage, the camera shots are great and i love her costume. just so good.

3. 🇵🇹 “saudade, saudade” by MARO: this song is so beautiful, so from the heart. i love the staging, it’s so intimate, and i love that maro brought along other festival da canção artists with her. they seem to have a really close bond and you can tell from the performance.

2. 🇳🇱 “De diepte” by S10: i’ve loved this since the beginning and i’ve never stopped. her voice is amazing and the instrumentation is haunting but beautiful. the lyrics are exactly the same. you feel the pain she feels. i’m so happy S10 decided to take part in esc this year.

1. 🇬🇷 “Die Together” by Amanda Georgiadi Tenfjord: i got goosebumps when i first listened to this song and again whenever i see her perform it since. she is breathtaking, the staging looks beautiful too. i love the acapella beginning and the explosion of noise at the end. my winner this evening

Tuesday, March 5th, 2024!

1:07am: Just going to keep journaling so I don't go insane. My ex keeps jerking me around and I can't continue to care. He's so wrapped up in his own emotion, he will never be capable of actually being a good friend. He never asks if I'm ok or tries to make casual conversation, it's just all about him and his constant state of drama. I just can't relate to him anymore and I can't continue on the way I've been trying to. There's literally not much I can control or change about this situation, I can only be responsible for how I react to it I guess.

On another note, I finished my laundry! Tomorrow I will get up, take a shower, shaving is not necessary I just need to clean myself so literally no pressure. Drink some water, take my vitamin, hang out with my cats. Probably take a tums bc my farts are DEADLY rn and I don't know why RIP. If I do shave it would probably just be my coochie tbh. Some light weed whacking lmao. If I keep farting like rotten eggs I'm definitely not making any man plans tomorrow 🤣 I cantttttt haha

I think tomorrow I might clean out my closet now that it's clean?? There's so many items I never wear tbh. Maybe shave up to my knees and get a pedicure?? Maybe go on FB marketplace or thrift for some nightstand things or some dollar tree cubbies for this stuff I've had on the floor forever. I just randomly remembered my coats are in my trunk and I feel like I'm gonna forget where they are. Maybe return those things to the library omg and go to bath n body works and get real deodorant and laundry detergent

So many thoughts going through my mind omg I just had diarrhea while writing this 😭 please go away tummy problems. I wonder if it was me pounding tajin with my margarita I literally don't know.

I need to figure out where I wanna take myself out to before the show tomorrow! Aaaaa so many possibilities!! This week has already been so perfect and it's not over yet! I love my life! It's so crazy to love my life after going through so much trauma but here I am, stronger than ever!! :) I'm so proud of myself ❤️

Regarding the inner thoughts of Dabi, other then his flashback I do love how we get his direct thoughts when he goes to find Twice saying how it’s not his fault but the heroes. We don’t get his thoughts often so it’s neat when we get those times we do. I am looking forward to how he will interact with Shoto one on one with Endeavour not near. The guy doesn’t seem to want to outright murder Shoto if his dad isn’t there, I mean training camp is proof of that. So I wonder if that part of Dabi could be utilized during that confrontation? I also wonder if maybe HK will ever have Dabi encounter one of his other siblings like Natsuo (although I am leaning more toward him due to how close they were,) or Fuyumi (but it be neat to see a one on one with her since she did take the older sibling role after he passed) and see how that draws out. It’s might be highly unlikely, but it’s interesting to imagine how these scenarios can play out!

Yeah that moment before Twice's death was the one and only time we got Dabi's inner voice 😭

Regarding his siblings, I mean I know they're going to be important to him coming back home but I'm not sure exactly how yet.

One of the things I can *picture* is, them being in danger somehow (maybe targeted by AFO on purpose idk) and Touya helping Shouto save them. Idk, a big part of me feels like he won't physically see them again until the very end though.

That being said, I think it's gonna be ultimately Shouto who changes him, and gets him to switch sides. I DO want to see Touya with Natsuo and Fuyumi and I do think we'll get it, but it's really Shouto's role/job to bring him back.

It's a very similar set up to Shigaraki and Midoriya, who aren't related at all but are linked because of two brothers from like a century? or so ago. Similarly to them two, the Todobrothers don't know each other at all (even as brothers, they still don't know each other) but they're each other's perfect match when it comes to coming to understandings for the purposes of the story. They're similar because of their situations and circumstances, not because of their relationship to each other. So, because we already have a duo set up this way I feel like it'll be carried out the same way with Shouto and Touya, only of course, addressing much much more personal matters between the two of them. Mostly regarding their father and his treatment of them.

I can just imagine while Touya and Shouto are having their final face off as enemies (right before Touya makes the switchearoo) that we get flashbacks to his family in Touya's head while they're fighting. Almost similar to how we got Tenko's story, except Touya didn't lock away his memories, just his feelings toward them. I can imagine Shouto's words making him remember how he feels about his siblings, and THIS is when we get Touya's inner voice finally. Like, we get his voice when he starts showing the readers his memories, and his feelings toward his siblings, who are more than likely going to be his saving grace in the end and the reason he comes back.

That's just one way I feel like it could be carried out. It's still too early to tell how it's going to go down tbh. The Todofam hasn't been touched since chapters 300-303. We gotta wait and see what Hori chooses to do.
