I was once a teenage girl. I would get a new disposable camera for each show and once I got the pics back I would cut them up and tape them into my scrapbook.

I would go see Mest every time they were at Starland Ballroom. I remember that I was fucking PUMPED when I saw that one of my new favorite bands Fall Out Boy was going to be opening for them. When they played, it was me and like one guy in the crowd that knew their songs and we went HARD. We bonded. We connected so strongly while yelling lyrics into each other's faces that I thought maybe I had met the love of my life at the ripe old age of 15. After the set, that guy high-fived me and fucked off. I never saw him again. I honestly could not tell you even an approximation of what he looked like.

I really enjoyed this album!

Rooftops is a fantastic song and I really appreciate this bands sound, however, and not to sound mean, not many of the songs feel very memorable to me.

Maybe I'm jaded from the first 5 albums I listened to being a very strong start? Poor Mest Having to be placed after some albums that i loved so much!

Sorry Mest, not to be too cruel, but you should've probably been number 50 on Kerrang's list!

The Nintendo Fusion Tour was at, like, a high school? It was weird and I went with my boss at the time. I got a huge gash on my hand from when my hand hit a guy in the teeth in the pit. I did not punch him, Your Honor.

Also, MCR did not actually play this date. I remember we went early to wait outside in the rain. We were sorely disappointed when they cancelled hours before the show. I think it was right after they filmed the video for Welcome to the Black Parade and Bob got burned? I can't remember why they cancelled so last minute.
