I've just received my hard won 50 Miles in May medal

I only completed Couch to 5k in January, and had to re-start it again after I lost a March to the 'rona

But I've signed up for Run Ever Day in June, and I'm already thinking... 100 miles would be such a nice round number

I woke up this morning clenching my chest from a dream. I was running through an unfamiliar place and my nerves were surging everywhere. The sky served as my only light source; the batteries died in my headlamp and my watch lit up: "Mile 60." It's been at least 3 hours since I've been awake and I can still remember how much that dream trembled every bone in my body. Personally I never ran 60 miles before but I am signed up for the Javelina Jundred-- it'll be my first 100K. And although I am months away, I am nervous as hell. I feel a strong desire to use the bathroom from this queasy feeling that invigorate my body. I asked myself why did I sign up for this. For 4+ years, I proved to myself that I am a runner, worthy of being called an athlete but I'm convinced that I am secretly finding myself through every run. How does that saying go again... "If your dream doesn't scare you, it's not big enough..." Perhaps this is why I do this and added on races to an already ridiculously crazy calendar. From fall to winter, I will not only be attempting my first 100K but I'll be attempting a minimum of 3 marathons within a two month period, my redemption for the @Spartan Ultra Beast in South Carolina and a mystery race that I'm not quite ready to put out there to the world as of yet. I love my fears but I don't want others' opinions and worries on top of my own before I convinced myself that I'm capable of attempting such a huge event.
