in light of the previous anon's ask, are there any confirmed/canon ships in jjk? i just got into the series this year and i've seen a lot of people claiming satosugu is canon, as well as yutamaki.
Kenjaku x yujis dad.
There aren't really many, if any canon ships in jjk now that I think about it??? There seems to be something between hakari and kirara but nothing has ever been officially confirmed.
They are both very popular ships, but neither satosugu or yutamaki are canon. I understand why lots of people ship them though.
I'm not 100% sure but I think a big reason for lots of people saying stsg canon is due to the 'my one and only' line in jjk0, but that is actually exclusive to the viz translation.
The direct jp to eng translation is 僕の親友だ。たった一人のね -> "It was my best friend. The only one I have"
Viz's version, 'my one and only', still technically works but tbh I kind of feel like they worded it like that on purpose, almost borderline queerbaiting, but yeah.
Aside from that the ship does have lots of other things going for it tho! Definitely an important relationship in the series and whether people would like to interpret it romantically or plantonically is up to them. As far as 'canon' goes I'd say it'd be platonic (as of right now with the information we have).
While love is a very prominent theme in the series (the most twisted curse of them all, 'teaching' sukuna about love, ect.) I feel its mostly explored in otherways than romantic. Whether it be familial, platonic, or whatever. jjk is definitely not a romance focused series, so I'm not sure if we ever will see any canon ships explored. I guess mechamaru was heavily implied to have a thing for miwa, but.. . well, we know how that ended 💀

Even when you talked to people, He subconsciously glared at the people taking your attention away from him. Mike eyes, that could be so welcoming, were cold.
-Mike loves the date nights you plan for the two of you. Whether it was going out or staying in, He loves being in your presence.

May I request a Kinger, Jax, and Caine x reader where the reader is a classic romantic type of person. When it comes to affection, they are very touchy and kissing their s/o alot. Calling their s/o various nicknames like "dear", "my love", "sunshine"
As well as gift their s/o lots of gifts, just in general very loving and actually has a history of being not loved back. Like, when the reader gets affection back, they look hesitant and even uncomfortable even though they themselves is very affectionate.
Am I self projecting? Yes, but I do like the idea of the reader finally just explaining that even though they have no memory before their life in the Digital circus but they just know they used to have an s/o that didn't love them back so that's why they aren't used to affection themselves.

You feel Lucifer's arms tremble, before he lets go, and you feel your heart plummet. He's choosing her over you, isn't he?
He walks towards the water and you look over, just in time to see him take off the wedding ring slowly and hurl it off into the ocean full force! You gasp in shock! Hands covering your mouth, and your eyes go watery as he turns around and gives you a sad smile.
“You're right. She is a distraction, a distraction from all the pain I've been in waiting for someone who DOESNT EVEN LOVE ME ANYMORE!” He yelled the last part as tears fell from his eyes like a river. The wall he had built up had finally collapsed. Bee ran to comfort him, only to be kept at bay when he held up a hand to stop her. He had more to say. “It's time I let go. Let go of the ghost of her love that's been haunting me, and move on into the future.” He walked towards you, and you held your breath. He stopped just a foot away from you, and took your hands, before kneeling before you, and kissing your palm before pressing it to his own cheek. He then looked up at you with a warm smile.
“Hey you… I think you're really cool, and I like you alot. Maybe we could go on a date sometime?” You mutely nod your head, before kneeling down to his level.
“Luci, I love you.” His face flushes from your sincere tone and he places a hand on your cheek.
“Jesus… I was trying to be cool so I wouldn't scare you off. Can… I kiss you? Please.” You lean forward and kiss him first. It starts soft and sweet, but next thing you know he's kissing you in a way that leaves you breathless and seeing stars!
You're broken apart by the Sins all cheering and catcalling you two, making you both flustered. You'd forgotten you weren't alone!
“Ahem..” Lucifer cleared his throat, looking away for a moment, before looking back with a sheepish smile and stars in his eyes, “I love you too, Becca.”
“Alright, should we just leave you two alone to fuck on the beach?!” Mammon yelled obnoxiously.
Ozzie groaned, “Nuh uh baby! I ain't letting that happen on my watch! Sure it sounds romantic but the sand gets fuckin’ everywhere you don't want it! You do Not want That for the memory of your first time!”
Lucifer began laughing and you couldn't help but join in, it was contagious! He pulled you in for a hug, then laid back to stare at the sky.
“I'll give ya that one Ozzie! Besides, I'd rather whenever we do it, that she and I be the only ones who know when it happens.” Lucifer looked at your face and brushed your hair out of it. “Right, my little apple?”
“Little Apple?” You smile at the nickname. “I like that.”
“Good, because that's what you are now. My apple that fell just for me, right into my heart.” He then kissed your forehead.
Fizz was back in Ozzie's arms, “Fuh-yew!” He dramatically wiped at his forehead, “I am sooo glad ours and Princess Charlie's plan worked! Hah! She really does know her father as well as you do, Ozzie!” Ozzie chuckled and laid down in the sand next to the two of you.
You and Lucifer both looked over in shock, Charlie helped with this?!
Bee and Tex laid down together too, and the others laid alone, everyone forming a circle with their heads all toward the center, all staring up at the stary hell sky together.
“I love you guys…” Lucifer said next, “I mean it, you all… you're my family too, and I love all of you so much. I'm sorry I let myself get distant from you all, you didn't deserve that.”
Satan huffed, “Oh shut up, we know you love us. It was that dumb bitch you married that pushed us away from you, and you from us.” Lucifer frowned, readying a defense for Lilith, when Bee spoke next.
“Yeah, seriously! She was manipulating you, and the more we tried to get you away to see it, the more she separated us from you! It hurt so much being torn from our big brother…” She hugged Tex tighter, and he rubbed her back in soothing circles.
“Wait, really?!” He was shocked to hear this. “I… didn't notice. She made me think you all were annoyed with me.” He held you closer, seeking comfort. You nuzzle his chest and bring a hand up to play with his hair, soothing him. He sighed, “Well, she's gone. And Becca here actually likes me spending time with everyone.”
You all end up sleeping together under the stars.
In the morning, you all make breakfast together and just enjoy each other's company. Everything seems like it's going to be a good day.
Until you get cut by a shard of glass on the beach and cut your foot open. “Ow! Fucking bitch!” You fall on your ass and look at you foot, Lucifer and the others rush over to your side. “Ah, it's not that bad…” You pull the piece out of your foot and look over at Luci, “Hey, can you use some of that healing magic on me?” He smiles and gets right on it.
Then you notice the Sins are all looking at you in shock and horror. “Wh-whats wrong guys?”
Lucifer freezes as you speak, “Oh… I… I forgot to tell them you're-”

Im sure alot of people say this,but im going to say it again,he's quite energetic,so be prepared.
I think the start of your relationship with him is quite bumpy due to inexperience and still getting used to eachother in a romantic sense,but after that part is over you've got the biggest sunshine whipped for you.
His love language is definetly acts of service and quality time
He loves being able to help you out in any way,especially when he sees you stressed,knowing he is able to take a part of that stress of your shoulders makes him feel happy and more at ease.

From time to time,you'll catch him staring at you,he just zones out while he is admiring you,and if you point it out there are two scenarios that can happen.
The first one is when he is still in a trance like state still focusing more on admiring you then what is happening,so he mumbles out something you cant quite catch he mumbled about how beautiful you are,he def had star eyes aswell.
Or the 2nd scenario where he quickly snaps back to reality and nervously stammers about how you had something on your face or that he wasnt staring,just admiring,there is a difference dont get it confused!
He is also unintentionally observant,he immediately sees your habits without even meaning to,he notices how you fidget with your fingers or whatever is in your hand when you're nervous,your stance change depending on your mood,speaking about moods,he is also very good at picking up on your mood. He doesnt really realise tht he unintentionally learnt how to read you like an open book until he actually uses what he's observed,or brings it up in a conversation with someone elseprobably Jing Yuan and they point it out
I also see him as someone who loves your hands,he loves playing with them,holding them,he'll even paint your nails for you if you ask,you'll just have to teach him first.
He absolutely melts when you cup his face and make eye contact with him,or when you play with his hands instead of the other way around.
I also cant press how much he loves your hair,whether its short or long he loves doing different hairstyles on you if you'll let him,and if yiur hair is long enough,helping you brush it and style it for the day to his best ability.
Jing Yuan may or may not have had a calm talk with you about Yanqing menacingly and subtly threatened you to not hurt Yanqing
All in all he is a ray of sunshine that is willing to protect you at all cost and love you endlessly

She has the habit of reaching with a hand and greeting Yoko's knuckles with a kiss one day. It shouldn't irate Wednesday, really it shouldn't, except it does

This was intimate! Does Enid even know what she's doing!???
Because Enid does it with everyone they meet. New student? "howdy!" Enid says as her hand goes to grab and carefully press those lips along unworthy skin
It irks at the addams except she stays silent because it never goes on for more than that. Enid doesnt court these new people, she doesn't show signs of wanting them and so Wednesday let's out a breath
It should've stayed as that, maybe her blight of a roommate wanted to experiment with a new greeting after all. Except she does it to her friends too. Bianca rose a brow when she did it, Ajax bumbled out a laugh-
It shouldn't bother her, Enid can show her affection however she wants
Until one day, Wednesday snaps in their dorm
"why do you do that?" she wonders, turning on her chair to look at Enid.
The wolf perks up from her table. "do what?"
Wednesday grinds her teeth, must the dog make her do all the work? "your new greeting, must you insist on kissing the skin of every unsanitary mortal?"
Enid snorts. "do you have to sound so edgy?"
Wednesday's brow twitched at that. Here she is being concerned and she's being called edgy? The audacity
"answer the question, Enid."
The blond makes a noise, pushing back on her swivle chair to earn her way closer to Wednesday space with a twirl.
Wednesday watches as Enid nearly tumble overs twice before successfully arriving an arm lenght away. The wolf sat with the back of the chair pressed to the front, a grin on her face as she crossed her arms over her squeaky vehicle.
"yes, I must," Enid answers as she leans closer and Wednesday eyes the way the chair dips. "why? Do you want one too?"
Wednesday doesn't say a thing but her heart beats fast all the same. The answer leaves her lips faster than she can think.
"yes."
Enid blinks and so does Wednesday. Except, Wednesday doesn't lie, not to Enid, not after the first semester so she doesn't say a thing to refute her statement.
A flush burned at Enid's skin, scattering along her cheeks and it fills Wednesday with glee because atleast she isn't the only one feeling this.
Enid's hands are moving. They're slower, all the more cautious as Wednesday shifts in her chair so they're facing each other.
Wednesday allows her hand to be taken and she feels those lips brush against her skin
She feels like she's burning and it takes all her willpower to not jerk away. That's the self preservation talking and Wednesday would rather dance in the flames that douse herself with water.
Wednesday's eyes drop and she sees the way Enid's other hand is shown infront of her. The position is awkward and there is no flourish like Enid has done times again before but Wednesday is brought back to her father's lesson anyways
One hand infront means respect, my darling
Two hands means love.
Enid is smiling at her, her thumb brushing against the spot where her lips met Wednesday's skin.
The meaning was not lost to the two of them when Wednesday grips back

We're definitely seeing BoruMitsu pretty much confirmed to be at the very least semi canon, its ironic that the anime put all that needless time and effort into the Mitsuki disappearance arc only for it to mean nothing in the manga because Mitsuki is actually going through that exact arc in the manga right now, meaning that anime arc was a complete waste of time and totally irrelevant now, and now it'll have to be retconned in the anime because Mitsuki is supposed to of had this development already, so my guess is their either gonna retcon it and pretend it never happened or their gonna change this situation entirely to fit the anime timeline they set where Mitsuki is actually already sure what his feelings are and what the sun is for him, the only thing left for him to realize anime wise would be his romantic feelings, but in the manga he still doesnt even understand his own identity or what the sun even is to him and is only just now starting to finally address and confront it and do some soul searching.
So where do I see things headed? well first is started here in 69 where Mitsuki first mentions ones true feelings being hard to tell, many thought he was speaking about Sarada, but he was really talking about himself and questioning what his own true feelings are, this is why he asked Sarada about hers to try and figure his out through her, but when she denied it that left him still confused about himself, which is why he stayed silent when Sarada mentioned his eyes lighting up whenever it comes to Boruto, because he himself was unsure of his true feelings.
In 88 Mitsuki is now starting to come to that realization he was lacking before, he hasnt gotten the answer yet, but he is finally willing to question what he's been ignoring all this time, after meeting Boruto again 3 years later, Mitsuki is realizing who his sun is and what the sun truly means to him. He pretty much confirmed hes inlove with Boruto in his conversation with Ada, but HE hasnt figured that out yet, we the audience have, but Mitsuki hasnt yet.
So 69 laid the groundwork for Mitsuki not knowing his own true feelings, 88 laid the groundwork for Mitsuki starting to understand what his true feelings are, now all thats left is for Mitsuki to finally put all the pieces together and realize he loves Boruto.
Now I cant speak too much on Boruto's behalf just yet but what I can say is Boruto reciprocating Mitsuki's affections as much as he does says alot, you see the stark contrast between how Kawaki treats him and Boruto.
Boruto could've easily rejected Mitsuki's whole sun and moon obsession with him, he didnt have to accept Mitsuki at all, yet he not only embraced Mitsuki, but those titles too. He tells Mitsuki that he is his sun, he could've just said he's his friend or hes really the Hokage's son, but no, he specifically tells Mitsuki that he's his sun, that he knows he realized long ago that Kawaki isnt his sun, that Kawaki cant illuminate him no matter how close he sticks to him.
Not only that, but he tells him that he believes he can shine just fine on his own, but if he insists on needing a sun then to come find him anytime. That is pretty clear and strong reciprocation, not saying its proof Boruto likes Mitsuki romantically, but it does imply that hes not particularly opposed to it either.
He respects Mitsuki, cares for Mitsuki, wants to protect Mitsuki, doesnt mind Mitsuki hanging around or sticking close to him, doesnt mind being the sun to his moon, is willing to be Mitsuki's light even though he thinks he shines just fine on his own, he's willing to be that for him anyway if thats what HE wants
Yea, I aint sayin its definitive, but there is some really strong implications there that cannot be ignored.
Kodachi did say in an old interview before he stepped down as writer than he doesnt mind including LGBTQ characters and that for him he doesnt feel like it has to be something heavily focused on but just be a natural progression where its not in your face but you still get the picture, which I believe might end up bein the case for BoruMitsu, even if they arent canon in the end, at the very least their feelings will be.

Outside of operations, Nak is pretty shy when it comes to being affectionate with people-- I think Krueger would be the one who would make her blush! Nak doesn't have romantic experience outside of him since she's younger and in Lao culture PDA isn't really common a thing. So Lingering glances and locking pinkies is enough to make her embarrassed lololol-
2.)Who sings in the shower?
When they take showers alone they're quiet. HOWEVER, when they take showers or baths together Nak would hum as she washes Krueger's hair or Krueger would whistle some song while he sets the bath. But they usually just have conversations if they're not doing that :0
5.)Who curses, and who reprimands the other for it?
Nak curses alot, she didn't grow up being able to express herself that well so as she got older she has a bad habit of cursing during inappropriate times. Shes alot better now, she doesnt curse as much. Krueger curses just not that much.

Nak. Definitely Nak. Nak's younger than Krueger by a like 15 years and him being her first relationship makes her get protective over him so she's a bit more immature than him + temperment issues lmao-

Nak doesnt laugh much, especially her first few months joining Chimera. When Krueger and Her starting being friends they were just that, friends. Until she laughed at his dumb, not even funny joke Krueger kind of started seeing her in a more romantic light??
After that he was basically the same, from a bystanders standpoint that's how it seemed anway; to Nak she noticed his voice was just a touch bit more gentle towards her.
Nak has trouble distinguishing platonic and romantic feelings so it took her like a week to realize she liked him more as a friend, and told him immediately after figuring it out.

Krueger is the mastermind behind 3 am trips. They're usually busy during the day, so they have more time at night to relax. Nak hasn't really experienced "normal life" stuff (school dances, snow days, sneaking out) Military and Crime was all she knew until she fled Laos, Krueger Knows what civilian life is like so he tries to let her experience some of it.
He would wake her up to tell her they're going on a walk to the park or to get snacks or take a high speed drive through empty streets. (There's actually an ask from another individual so I'll expand more on that once I get to it!)

johnny as fwb based on his birth chart is like. well basically this man LOVES romance but hates talking abt his feelings so i think it rly depends on the kind of situation you have w him. if its something where you’re already friends/know each other and he catches feelings he might entertain the idea of it as a means to be close to u without actually ~talking abt his feelings~. if it’s a one night stand turned fwb and he catches feelings while getting to know you i think itll be p much the same as before, except he will be posessive and jealous easy. this man is a leo mars, and for it to be in his 5th house (which rules family, relationships and sex) rly sends him for a loop. johnny doesn’t actually actively seek out dating in all seriousness,, he actually kind of has a hard time starting romantic relationships. but he does fantasize abt sex alot, due to his 5th house being ruled by capricorn/aquarius (i wasnt sure on the direct placement here, so im rolling w it!!) his 8th house is ruled by aries, which i def think could lead to him being a constant hornball. hes very sensual and all around INTENSE when it comes to his lover/partner, and hes more likely to be into rough, passionate sex. i definitely think johnny would initiate and/or agree to a fwb relationship, but i do think he catches feelings very easily (this could be bc of his capricorn neptune, or having a 5th house stellium!!) and is really into the idea of a family. but this placement can also lead to him getting into unattainable and unavailable relationships. getting into what hes like during sex, (take this with a grain of SALT yall this is for entertainment purposes only!!) his leo mars means hes dominant, a very much dominant and authoritative energy (daddy and sir kink bitches, im looking at YOU!!! 🫵🏻). i dont think he would ever be submissive, unless it was the playful “i’ll sit back and let you think youre in charge when we both know u arent” kind of energy. lets you play with him and boss him around, but it doesnt last long. i definitely think he’s more lax on controlling in bed, basically instead of demanding and forcing your submission he finds more pleasure in earning it. a DOG for praise, and loves to receive it too. i 100% think that hes into your basic kinks; choking, praise, dom/sub, roleplay, things like this. he will probably be into dacryphylia but more of the overstimulation side of things bc again, he wants to earn your submission. speaking of submission, johnny is an excellent caretaker if you were to ever fall into subspace w him. he loves giving praise and telling you how sweet and pretty you are, and knowing that you trust him enough to fall into that headspace with him has him reeling. not to mention the stroke to his ego it would be to have you fawning and thinking only of him and his dick. i think these COULD BE his hard limits based on his placements but dont quote me: anything public. johnny’s placements (basically every planet in his 5th house + their signs) show me that hes generally a really private person when it comes to, well, everything. which atests to what we see of him outside of nct activities!! johnny definitely is into rough sex, but he doesnt want to hurt you. while he has his limits i do think hes very experimental and is down to try almost everything w you once. I can see where the lack of interest in dub con kind of stuff comes in, but I think if it’s something his partner was interested, like you said he’s very open and I think if he tried it and saw how much you enjoyed it that would really get him going. but sometimes he does just come off as cut and dry super h0rny but just generally rough and easily excitable guy
