Alice and the Nightmare by @mishacakes
Alice and the Nightmare is a comic heavily inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. It follows the story of Alice Heart as she attends the prestigious Phantasmagoria University, where Wonderlandians like her train to enter and collect the dreams of sleeping humans. The comic features magic, dark fantasy elements, and plenty of sweet tea time treats!
Nix of Nothing by @mleelunsford
Nix of Nothing is the story of Nix, a demigod, who was given the opportunity to live however they wish. But with some unknown divine force targeting them, their life has suddenly become a lot less free. Now they need to travel across a strange land full of danger and mystery to try and find peace once again.
The main character Nix (and the author) are both non-binary, and the comic will also feature many more LGBTQ characters!

Lysander lacks direction in his life… though he seems to be the only one who doesn’t mind. He’s content to live rent-free under his sister’s roof, get high, watch monster movies, and canoodle with Simon, the new neighbour who moved in a few months ago.
When Lys is attacked one night by a strange intruder in his kitchen, it’s soft, quiet Simon who comes to his aid. In the process, he exposes Lys to a deadly secret:
Monsters are real, and they’re tired of living humanity’s shadow.

urban fantasy is at its very best when its about a man who is Just Some Guy TM who gets dragged into supernatural shenanigans beyond his control. like listen buddy this guy works at burger king or some shit, this is way beyond his paygrade and he does not want to be here At All. his biggest strength is his midwesterner “don’t ask don’t tell” attitude about the supernatural. he wants absolutely nothing to do with being a hero, fuck it, he just wants to be normal but instead he’s fighting cthulu in a walmart parking lot.

Lysander “Lys” Farrokh is from Lies Within, a webcomic by @byelacey that can be read here:

Wayne is from the tv show Letterkenny. He is a farmer who is regarded as the “toughest guy in Letterkenny”, a town in rural Ontario.
Wade “Deadpool” Wilson is character from Marvel comics. He is a disfigured mercenary known for his constant jokes and ability to break the fourth wall. He is portrayed by Ryan Reynolds in the live action movies, where his birthplace is given as Regina, Saskatchewan. The exact place he is from is not specified in the comics, but he is always portrayed as Canadian.

Clarissa Sorcery Shenanigans (@/mega_sketch on twitter https://sorcery-shenanigans.thecomicseries.com) FANCY WIZARD!! earthy tones cause she seems like a sort of woodsy sort. she doesn't seem like one to be super flamboyant, so i went with more practical with bits of fun flowy fabrics.
Georgia Lies Within (@byelacey https://lieswithincomic.com) going with the black/white/red theme of the actual comic, georgia also doesn't seem like one to be flamboyant. so, a practical but fun jumpsuit, and a cover with a sort of cobweb pattern. cause vampires.
Varony Tamuran (@tamurancomic https://tamurancomic.com) i went with more muted colors, he's a relaxed sort of guy (for the most part) and i dont think he'd value fashion over comfort, so i wanted to give him a comfortable fancy outfit. and tinted glasses cause i think they're fun
Commander Vela Kate Blast (@renieplayerone http://kateblast.com) honestly i dont think i could convince her to dress up more elaborately than this. but does she need to? no. good fitted pants, shirt unbuttoned, what more do you need.
