You walk in to a normal looking London Street, (see it even says London on the garbage receptacles and everything looks normal, but what's this parked near by King Cross station is the Knight Bus . Ernie and the talking head we're very nice! Had a cool conversation with them (video). Then around the corner a surprise! You are transported into #DiagonAlley ! I had #butterbeer. I got chosen by #Ollivander to do the wand ceremony and got to get my end. (Pics later) oh and the Dragon on #gringotts is no joke! Shyverwretch’s Venoms and Poisons

Shyverwretch’s Venoms and Poisons is owned by Madame Shyverwretch and has been in the family for a number of generations. The inside of the shop is only lit enough for someone to read the labels on the numerous bottles lining the walls. Similar to a library where you can browse by genre, inside the shop you can browse by the poison’s effect. This includes immediate and untraceable death, hallucinations, seizures, and delirium. 

Some of the more popular items include:

Aconite leaves (also known as Monkshood/Wolfsbane). Madame Shyverwretch sells both the flowers and the root as well since they can be useful in potioneering.

Venomous Tentacula - the venom, leaves, and the entire plant can be bought in the shop. The leaves are extremely valuable and are sold individually for upwards of 10 galleons a piece. Venom is sold in bottles of two ounces.

Belladonna (Deadly Nightshade) - both leaves and berries are incredibly poisonous and can cause delirium and hallucinations. The berries are sold in clumps of five or ten and the leaves in bundles of ten to twenty.

Madame Shyverwretch is gifted in the field of potioneering, and an even more gifted businesswoman, gifts that did not go unnoticed. It is rumoured that the mistress of the shop is connected to the muggle mafia and to a number of powerful if not shady wizarding groups and families. Of course this has yet to be confirmed by anyone and is not likely to be confirmed any time soon. Alleged connections aside she is the best for toxic substances in London’s wizarding quarter.

My favorite part of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter was the elaborate Knockturn Alley! I've been known to complain that the darker Characters are rarely featured at these parks and Voldemort merch is hard to come by for fans (like me) of the darker stuff.
