Sometimes I forget that people like me. Not everyone secretly hates me actually and I have to remember that!!

#i've had this issue for like the last year where i was like #i like myself but i feel like other people don't like me #i'm confident in who i am and i love who i am #but because i've had a few 'friends' that made me feel like they didn't like or care about me (maybe they didn't idk) i felt like that #applied to everyone #that secretly everyone must hate me because my friends have shown me that they don't like me #but they don't #most people like me #they're nice to me they talk to me they're happy to see me #but i just didn't realize #but if i think about it then yes people do like me #and i think i just had to be reminded of that #anyways maybe this helps someone to be reminded #it helped me to be reminded<3 #so i'm telling you:#people like you!!#don't let the few people who don't like you tell you otherwise #lea's random thoughts

Once you stop thinking about queer people's labels as strict indications of what's in their pants and who they do/don't bed and instead view queer people's labels as how they interact with the world, you'll find that you'll get along with queer people better and treat them better, I think.

sending my love and support to everyone currently impacted by the adhd medication shortage.

please know that you are allowed to need extra support if you're struggling without meds

and that there's nothing wrong with you for finding them helpful.

not being able to function in certain ways without them doesn't make you any less worthy of anything.

you are trying your best with what you have, please be kind to yourself and allow yourself to be proud of your achievements, even if they're different to how they would be with meds.

if you're used to doing things with your meds, having to spend time adjusting to not having them is difficult, there's nothing wrong with you for finding that.

I hope you know that you are not alone and can be proud of yourself for how you've managed so far <3
