Desi parent-child relationship is no less than an enemies-to-lovers trope because us children will always love our parents even if they don't allow us to be on out mobile after 10 pm or doesn't allow us to talk to boys or go out with friends.

(Extreme cases excluded because there is sometimes a genuine justification for actually hating your parents.)

Because even though sometimes we want to run away or wish we had been born in a different household, the happiness and smile on our faces when they enter with our favourite food after an argument is unmatched.
