I hate being so mentally fucked up. I hate having fucked up thoughts and dreams (actual dreams, not goals). I hate that im so hot and cold, i can never be just right. I hate being happy because i know the crash will come. I hate being sad because even though i know there may be better days, im hurting /now/ and i want to end it all. I hate positive, productive days because it shows me my potential, why cant i always be like this? God, I'd be fucking amazing if i was normal. But no, for some messed up reason i got the fucked up brain and have to deal with these up and downs.

Ive been having more bad days than good ones. Ive self harmed 10 days out of the last 14. I was doing so good before! I hadnt done it in months, now it feels like i have to do it so i wont completely lose it and go all psycho. I know i cant take back what i say during those meltdowns so i just SH & stay quiet. I hate the marks/scars though... i think im gonna stick with choking in the meantime.

I'll talk with him, see if he could help me. Last time it didnt go over well and he just made me feel ashamed and stupid for even asking. Hopefully it wont be like that this time.
