“Eddie tells Tommy first” “Eddie tells Maddie first” Eddie tells Josh because Josh is the only gay person he knows that won’t immediately blab to someone who’ll blab to someone who will blab to Buck.

I’m not in the professor layton fandom, but I’ve seen your aus and I think they look really cool! I want to understand them better, so do you know what games I should play and in what order? You don’t have to answer this, sorry if I’m bothering you
Thank you and no need to apologise.
Personally, I’d say the best way to play the games would be to go chronologically, which would be:
Professor Layton and the Last Spectre/Spectre’s Call
Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask
Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy
Professor Layton and the Curious Village
Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box/Pandora’s Box
Professor Layton and the Lost Future/Unwound Future
There’s also a crossover with Phoenix Wright which can be played at any time but I’d say you’d best play the other games first (I believe it’s meant to take place between Diabolical box and Lost future)
There’s also the order of release which would start with Curious Village then Pandora’s/Diabolical Box then Lost/Unwound future, then go from the start of the list above.
The first four released are on DS and Miracle Mask and Azran Legacy are on 3DS but these copies can be difficult to come by, I’d recommend checking out places that sell old games if you’re interested in those.
The Original trilogy (CV, DB and LF) does have a mobile port though, you should be able to find it if you search Professor Layton into the AppStore or whatever. They may be expensive for mobile games but they are well worth the price imo.
I believe there are also emulators around, though I don’t know any of them/where to find them, perhaps someone with more knowledge on this can reblog this with where to look.
Anyone who sees this feel free to add anything I may have missed.

any time anybody tells you “men are just like that” or “that’s what women do” like you know that’s not true, right. people make choices. people use gender stereotypes to justify doing what they want or avoid doing what they don’t want. people enact gender stereotypes out of habit because it’s what they learned, whether by being taught or by absorption. literally if you want to be different just choose to be different. just start being different. it can be hard to navigate and yeah people will not always respond well to it, but it’s so much better than continuing to do things that don’t serve you while trying to talk yourself into it all being just the way things are.

the most frustrating thing about the "the curtains are just blue" arguement is that it is So Fucking Obvious how astronomically little of it is supported by actual valid points compared to how much of it is overwhelmingly just. people who are mad their teachers made them Read A Book And Think About What It Said. like. there is a Chance that you're actually trying to make a point about minimal details being overanalyzed to the point where the main point of the book is overshadowed. but. to me there is a Way Bigger Chance you are just mad that you were told to look for symbolism in a text where there actually was a lot of symbolism and you didn’t feel like doing it.

Hey just a friendly note to HSHQ and LTHQ from a grandmother of a fan making observations while sitting in her rocking chair out on the porch:
The puzzles and games don’t really cut it anymore. Not when they’re both knee deep in… stuff. Do with that what you will.
