#ive talked a lot about helmets lately oops#i guess i just rly have an obsession with how they're an extension of the driver#and a representation of them and their only sense of personality and individuality when theyre all geared up#so theres something to me about the separation of helmet from driver like in these pics#of course theres pics of the helmet on its own for model kinda pics(like all the pics i used for my past project posts)#but this is its own genre. helmet doing its own thing. helmet away from the vicinity of its owner#helmet being protected from the elements. it has its own carrying bag. it gets an umbrella. etc etc#the first pic made me on the lookout for pics w a similar vibe. (aka poster series?) and the other one is by engaging in Ideas (generally posts. or memes/incorrect quotes/etc.)#had a really really interesting convo with a friend irl about fanart and fandoms. they were really active for genshin and stuff and so the#experiences between large and small fandoms were fascinating to compare.. i think i prefer the .. intimacy(?) of just doing what i obsess#over instead of looking for the statistics and clout and notes now. the art i make feels more meaningful and intentional that way.

Why is Wally the only neighbor with no noes and no eyebrows? Was that like a way to make Wally seem like an outcast or something??
It droved me crazy with confusion the first time I realized this.......
And PLEASE don't see this as an ask of me "JUST noticing now". I noticed a month ago (ever sense I first started loving Welcome Home as a hyperfixation) but I kept it to myself because I was too embarrassed to ask to really know. And it's really ok if you don't know either.
oh yeah no to my knowledge we don't know why that's a Design Choice That Exists! could be to make him look a little more unsettling than the others (more out of place within his own niche to kinda mirror how he's Different despite filling the role he's made for & existing in the place he Should Be In) bc this is a Horror project, or just because no nose/eyebrows looked best on him-

Increased One Piece posting on my dash has reminded me of how way back when Ivanov was relatively recently introduced character I was unreasonably mad about the extreme body shape changes with the speedHRT hormone powers. And then also got mad about fandom ignoring Zoro's fairly character-important opinions on women and how they aren't in any way inferior to men, or different in ways that ought to matter.
Which resulted in me writing this very stupid and fun fic which I absolutely did not post online, in which Zoro got spontaneously transformed into a female version of himself by some Grand Line bullshit and ignored it, as he is wont to do anything he decides is meaningless.
And he was so buff that despite his continuing to exercise topless on deck nobody else noticed for like a week.

Hello! I've been seeing a lot of polls in the tags asking people's favorite songs from Hatchetfield, but it got me thinking whether if a specific option was absent what people might jump to next. What songs are most common to be 2nd or even 3rd favorites rather than all time favorites?
So, I wanted to conduct a more thorough survey of everything (all 3 musicals, both seasons of Nightmare Time, and the Workin' Boys short) plus a couple bonus questions.
If you haven't seen something, don't stress out either. There will also be options to mark that you haven't seen something.
After a week or so I'll eventually make a follow up post with my findings :)
