#i'd personally feel like they're being condescending. it's not the kinda thing people say in florida
Text
this is intended to be, like, if a stranger on the street you were having a conversation with called you love.
think of any random person. I know this is dependent on context, but I don't want everyone to be hitting "else" just because if they're really nice they'd be okay with it. If any typical person you were chatting with called you "love", how would you react?

Twst honestly sounds so much fun and from what I've seen I'd probably love malleus *cough*I definitely don't favor mammon*cough*
Unfortunately the app isn't available in my counrty's app store😔
I am excited to see if you post more abt it tho, love your analysises
It's so much fun!! I love the story and the characters! It somehow made me fall completely in love with characters I didn't think I'd like
It's also kind of obvious that they're working with a much bigger budget than om....?
Oh! They're nothing alike! Mammon is hiding a soft, caring, competent person under his usual loud, obnoxious, asshole personality. Malleus is an awkward, dorky, lonely person that is rarely seen as such because people are scared to come closer and from afar all they see is someone who is stoic, dour & condescending
Mammon is probably the most emotionally intelligent character in om (save for mc) while Malleus needs so so much therapy
Mammon x MC's vibe is "best friend who you get into endless trouble with who cackles when you trip over your own feet but also cleans, bandages and kisses your scraped knee" while Malleus x MC's vibe is literally a fairytale romance - from chance meetings to secret meetings to hidden identities - you could write a fantasy romance about their meeting and interactions and it'd hit almost all the tropes and it's not even a dating sim andifmdjfx
The only problems I have with twst are;
1. Om spoiled me rotten. Twst expects me to grind so much and I'm tired om just gives me shit i barely have to do any work
2. MC's not so much a character as they are a PoV for the player and it's kind of annoying? I don't want the story to be about MC, the best part of twst are all the other characters, but i'd also like characters to respond to mc? 8 outta 10 times it feels like MC's just in a corner talking to a brick wall while everyone else is hanging out. The most impact they had on the story so far was in book 3 I think? And the most significant interactions they have are with Malleus because it's usually just the two of them and so he actually responds to them. You do get used to it after a while and twst MC is funny, snarky, kinda blunt when pushed to it, cunning when necessary and according to some of the things they say & think in book 6 they do have some insecurities about having no magic/not being able to help. I just wish they got to interact with the other characters properly? Specially because, from what little we get of them, they have a lot of potential to be an interesting character on their own
It wasn't available in my country either! But you can download QooApp and then download twst through it
Honestly I can't see myself writing any analysis for twst? Om drops bit and pieces of lore everywhere and never bothers to pick them up so it's easy to make connections. Twst rarely drops anything that isn't already connected to something else, there are no loose threads that I can weave something out of. Also twst's characters (or the main 7 at least) actually monologue in detail about their issues. In om it's like pulling teeth - which is what makes it fun

Alhaitham, Nahida, Raiden, Zhongli? 👀
no longer accepting teams, thanks!
omg rip venti lmao but hope you enjoy uwu
---
who’s the most ticklish character
Probably Nahida because she's been locked in prison and literally untouched for 500 years and her skin is probably amazing (or crusty bc no easy access to skincare but I choose to believe the former)
who’s the character that most people would assume isn't ticklish, but actually is
This whole team basically lmao for starters, it's 3/4 archons and are divine beings even ticklish? I guess you can make a case that people wouldn't know Zhongli is a former archon and just assume he's a regular guy, but would he strike you as someone that's ticklish? Probably not. Also, I'm assuming Ei and Nahida have the ability to shapeshift like Zhongli, so it's like if they have control of their own bodies like that, why even make yourself ticklish? But ya they're all still ticklish even the gods aren't exempt hehe As for Alhaitham, it's not even a case of "is he ticklish?" anymore because it's more like "is he even capable of laughing?" because most people don't see him laugh outside of a condescending chuckle But ya, I don't think he's one to hide it and if you asked him he'd probably say something like "Yes, and what gives you the impression I'd deviate from the norm in that regard?" and it's like oh oki a simple yes would've been fine
who’s the character that everyone gangs up on and tickles
This question is hard because I feel like they're all above this kinda shit lol but part of me wants to say Nahida because she has probably never been tickled before (they go easy on her) or Alhaitham because the only non-archon lmao get wrecked sir Oki so Nahida probably gets tickled a lot, but imagine her being curious as to how a normal human reacts when tickled. She knows that humans are ticklish, but she's never experienced actually tickling one and she enlists Ei and Zhongli's help and poor Alhaitham just gets bullied for this one "experiment" ssdlkfjsadklfj
who’s the character that somehow knows everyone else’s tickle spots and reveals them to others
Zhongli knows everyone's tickle spots because he is just that good at reading people nowadays and he might share them with Nahida if she asks!
who’s the character with one specific tickle spot that only one other person knows about
Not a specific tickle spot but Nahida is the only one that knows how the puppet works and how it's connected to Ei. I like to headcanon that if someone tries to tickle the puppet, the puppet itself won't react, but Ei will be laughing in her Plane of Euthymia and only Nahida knows about this. She might give a passing poke every once in a while just to mess with Ei, even if she can't visibly see it
who’s the most likely to win gang tickle wars
The puppet because the puppet itself is not ticklish and will take on all three while being tickled, which is horrifying to Ei because she can definitely feel the tickles but the puppet is acting independently and she can't get it to stop, even when she wants it tap out
which character has a kink for tickling
No one!
which character didn’t even know they were ticklish until another character tickled them
The obvious answer here is Nahida because she's been on home arrest for so long that she probably wondered if she was ticklish or not. Ei got plenty of tickles from Miko, Venti tickled and Zhongli all the time in the past, and Kaveh likes to annoy Alhaitham with tickles
which two characters have tickle fights all the time
I can see all three of them letting Nahida tickle them! Zhongli is probably fine with it, while Alhaitham and Ei are a little more reluctant but still let her anyway. Ei and Zhongli are a little more willing to tickle her back, but Alhaitham is just sitting there and is like "grin and bare it and I can probably leave faster." Maybe he'll wonder as to whether a god can experience the same thing, but I don't think it's something he'd be curious to act on. More like a passing thought

hi monica! maybe you don't wanna talk about this and that's okay, you don't have to answer this, but i just wanted to come here because your blog is a safe space for me and i know you enjoyed vegaspete's story as much as i did (you even made the experience more enjoyable for me during the kp days tbh). i haven't been following the cast or biblebuild a lot since the fandom became extremely toxic imo but the news of build resigning made me sad for some reason, i can't even explain why but i feel so bad... these last few days were a confirmation of how vile and nasty the fandom is and maybe that's also the reason i'm feeling like this. idk, like idek what's the point of this ask i guess i just want to know if you're okay or if you understand me, vegaspete was a great ship and i was kinda excited for 4min so the way things have ended are just the worst... i even feel bad for feeling bad because the allegations were pretty serious for me to be feeling bad for him/this whole situation... anyway yeah. it's all very confusing and it sucks, i've never experienced this before... hope you're okay and take care, sending you a hug xx
hello, anon!!!
first of all, im really happy to know that you consider my blog a safe space, because this is what it is for me and what i'd like it to be for the people who follow me as well!!! this is also why i tend to avoid talking about certain topics on here, though, because they're just very upsetting and life is already hard enough as it is, so i'd rather focus my energies on happier things
im also slightly older than the average user base and i've been in fandom for most of my life, which means that i've actually witnessed this type of "drama" happen quite a few times before and the one thing i've learned in all these years is that parasocial relationships never end well. to me actors are simply a vessel through which characters and stories come to life, so i never get particularly involved in them as people or in their personal life, and even when that happens (like with jimmysea in these last few months) im very aware of the boundaries and of how much im gonna actually let them affect my life
i don't mean to sound condescending, so i hope this isn't how im coming off right now, but this is just to say that i have a lot of experience and thicker skin and im doing fine because i know how to deal with it, didn't care about build himself, and haven't been too involved in the fandom in a while. however, this doesn't mean i can't understand you or that there was never a time where i did let myself care about an actor way too much and get thoroughly disappointed, and precisely because it did happen to me in the past, i know how upsetting this entire build and poi situation can be
i don't know if this can be of any help, but i think it's completely valid to feel sad about it and about the repercussions that's going to have, even if it's just about a ship or a show. i personally don't believe that caring about those means you don't care about the allegations or the real people involved in this, because they're things that made you happy and that you were looking forward to and that made life a little bit more bearable, so it makes sense that you would feel bad at the idea of losing them, it's just human
that being said, i think at this point we should all just take a huge step back from this situation and let the law deal with it. it happened and there's nothing we can do, except being kind to each other. there are still other things to be excited about and that can bring us happiness, it's just a matter of finding them, so just take care of yourself and take all the time you need to deal with what happened. i hope you can feel better soon, anon, im sending you a hug too!!!!

I was going to make an offhand joke post of "the reason I don't want your unsolicited writing advice isn't because I don't want to be a better writer, it's because I think you're a shit critic." but then I wanted to get into like... why pretty much all unsolicited writing 'advice' is worse than useless and what good writing advice actually is.
(a lot of this is geared towards fanfic because of the recent trend of Grand Defense of Unsolicited Fanfic Critique)
So I have done a LOT of creative writing critique. I've been in multiple writer's groups, creative writing classrooms, online groups, and worked as an editor. Overall, I've been told my critiques are pretty intense but worth listening to. I don't think anyone I've edited for, even the ones who really like my edits, would say I'm too afraid to hurt feelings to give good advice.
Good advice, however, is about communication. As an editor, the first thing I do with a writer is have a conversation about what they're looking for. What effect are they going for? What flaws are they already aware of? What do they know feels wrong but can't tell why? Unsolicited critique, by nature, means you have not done this. You don't even know if they ever want writing advice.
Pointing out issues with somebody's writing only works if your points are good. Good points are only helpful to point out if you have actionable advice on how to improve. Actionable advice is only helpful if you can convince the other person to listen.
If you don't actually consider these points, you aren't fixing their writing, you're stroking your ego.
So let's go through these in reverse order.
Have you given them a reason to listen?
So, first of all, there's the common refrain that not every writer wants to get better. Like, if I ask how a shirt I'm thinking of buying looks and you go "eh, it bunches up kinda weird", I appreciate it. If you walk up and tell me the shirt I wore to a party isn't flattering, I'm pissed. If I threw on a ratty shirt to grab 3AM groceries, I'm even more pissed, because I'm not trying to look cute, I'm trying to get the groceries. Not every singer is training for the chorus. Some people just love singing.
Even if somebody actually wants advice, not all advice is created equal. As somebody who's sat through a lot of English class critiques, a lot of opinions are... bad. The first few lessons, you have to get a good gauge on who you should listen to. Was that scene actually hard to understand, or did this person not pay attention? Did that scene actually get 'too weird', or does this person just not like horror? A writer who gets random critique doesn't know if it's a response lots of people would have, or if you're the 80th random jerk who saw the tagged pairings, ignored them, and are now finding ways to justify a ship they don't like as bad writing.
And yes, getting somebody to listen to your critique also involves being nice! As it does with everything! People are more likely to listen if your opinion is A) asked for and B) doesn't make this feel like shit. Helping somebody improve their writing, like any kind of coaching, involves keeping their spirits up. And the best way to know if somebody wants advice (and if they want it here and now and from you) is whether they, you know, tell you they want advice.
Is This Advice Actionable?
For a while, a comic I'd put years of work into had exactly one comment: "The writing's good, but you should work on the art".
It was disheartening, but mostly it was hilarious somebody thought it would be helpful.
My art is weaker than my writing. I've worked hard at both my whole life, but it's 100% my weak point as a comic creator. If you want to make a comic, you gotta draw or be able to pay, and I couldn't afford my art, let alone somebody better. After years of hard work, "consider getting better at art" is the most useless, condescending advice I've ever gotten. (including the time somebody's review of the same project slowly explained to me that many writers use outsiders to a culture to make exposition easier)
Often a writer KNOWS the pacing is bad. They KNOW somebody feels out of character. Helping them actually fix those problems means sitting down and having a conversation. You can't assume they haven't considered the obvious solution. Perhaps they know the scene moves slow, but they can't figure out what they can remove. Perhaps they need a boring scene to set up the mystery later. Helping fix those problems takes somebody who can sit down, listen to what they know, and offer practical advice.
Can you pick out what's important?
One of the first skills you have to build in critique is choosing your battles. If I'm talking to an eleven year old, I'm not going to dig into every weird sentence structure or cliche. My advice will probably be some compliments and a polite attempt to explain 'maybe your plot should have some conflict' or 'you probably don't need your action adventure to show your character waking up and going to bed every day'.
You have to meet writers where they're at. New writers are easy to overwhelm and discourage and need a few broad, easy to understand tips. I often tell the best writers I work with that if I'm bitching about sentence structure and flow and word choice, they're doing something right.
Do you know what you're talking about?
I talked about this some in point 1, but even kindly phrased, actionable advice has to be, well, good. The main type of bad advice is people mistaking things they dislike for things that are bad.
My readers like my nerdy exposition, but a lot of people are going to find it boring. That's fine! It's not a problem with me as a writer, and it's not a problem with them as a reader. We've all gone looking for clothing in a soup store. I'm certainly guilty of going "why is this romance story so focused on the romance instead of [thing I like]", but... well, usually I wouldn't say anything. The story isn't for me. If it's my job to comment, I'm going to separate "this is not a strong method for telling a love story" from "I wish this wasn't a love story".
Like most things, writing is easier to critique than to do. Anyone can pick out a plot point they hate, but it takes a lot of work to really understand why you hate it. Not just "I didn't like this death because it was unsatisfying", but knowing why you weren't satisfied, what narrative expectations and structural issues played into that dissatisfaction, how to fix them, and what the costs and benefits of different possible fixes would be.
Most of the critique you consume is probably not advice
Book reviews are not advice. YouTube essays are not advice. Tumblr posts about why you hated a show's finally are not advice. These are directed at other viewers, not creators. They are intended to share information with others, process our opinions, or just share our reactions. In fact, most of the stuff that's made is made with the assumption creators will never see it.
Just like writing a restaurant review doesn't mean you know how to help in the kitchen, being able to pick media apart doesn't mean you're good at helping people put it back together. If you're 'offering advice' to a thirteen year old on AO3 sounds like a video essayist taking down the Game of Thrones Finale, you have taken a wrong turn.
tldr: If you don't have the skill to tell if your advice is wanted, you definitely don't have the editing skill to give advice worth listening to

As requested, line by line breakdown of testoster2's anti communist rant about parties.
> idk which baby leftist needs to hear this
off to a great condescending start from someone whose only left credit is claiming to be on the left on their Tumblr
> but joining a socialist party will be a waste of your time.
I couldn't imagine a more cop opinion to start us off with. i see things like this and i think: whose interests does this serve? "oh no baby leftists, don't join a party" just brings to mind this image
Tumblr media
> you'll probably have to pay a monthly due
that's true. every communist party in history has taken dues from members. it's typically scaled to what you can manage though and it's part of the collective effort of the party organization to make social change. my dues sent comrades to Venezuela and Cuba to learn from socialists there, they produced our programs for free lunches, it built our community centers. i have no regrets about paying my dues, i pay dues to my union as well.
> that goes to like. flyers no one reads
projection. sounds now like op is defending their own lack of action with a lack of belief in the possibility of change. in my experience people do read things and even change their minds after reading things. if people were not able to be affected by the written word then propagandists on all sides would be in a tough situation.
> that you yourself will have to give to people
oh no, you mean joining a party means you might have to do outreach and talk to people? can see why it's not for op, then.
> (this in case the money doesn't go straight in the party leader's pocket).
op has never seen this but says it like it's a fact. it would be pretty easy to find out if your party leadership is embezzling and your party should be structured in a way that you know they'd be thrown out if they betrayed everyone like this. i have that confidence in my party, at least.
this is also very reminiscent about how anti communists engage with propaganda. they feel comfortable making claims of any kind whether supported or not. anyway, this is another obvious cop opinion.
> you'll waste time writing papers and reports and shit, it'll feel like having a second job.
not explained is why writing is a waste of time. i think writing for a party is almost always a useful activity, whether you're making plans for a new action or campaign or producing new agitational materials or analysing the results of previous work so you can improve on it.
it is a job, though. being a communist does mean doing work, society won't change by sitting at home and attacking communist parties on Tumblr. the lifelong sacrifices made by hard working communists are why we have seen so many socialist victories in the last century.
> the most exciting events will be lib shit like elections
this again can only be projection. the most exciting times for me have been in some of the countries largest protest actions, organizing campaigns to free political prisoners, providing at risk communities with basic needs and engaging with them, building new unions, etc. etc
> or peaceful protests that the party would still organize w/o you as a member
here's the key issue with op i think. they want to be vital to the revolution. they don't want to think that they're only one of many people all working together. yes it's true the party will continue without you, especially a wannabe cop like you. but it doesn't mean party work is useless, it just means you are useless as an individual.
> (showing up at a protest w/o having a party affiliation gives you more freedom
freedom to do what, i do wonder? being afraid of party work bc it doesn't let you do whatever you want is kinda silly, if you don't want anyone to ever tell you what to do then yeah don't join a party. if you want to make change in the world then do.
> + makes you a bit less arrestable - as opposed to if a cop saw you carrying a name tag w the hammer and sickle on it. just fyi)
this again appears to have been just made up by op. I've never been arrested for wearing a pin or a party tshirt. i don't know a single person who has. and I've known plenty of people without any markings get arrested.
> all this w/o even mentioning how (depending on your luck) there could be a lot of infighting, splits, sometimes purges
well yes it sounds like there would be a lot of drama wherever op goes but it doesn't seem to be the case generally. my party did form in a split, but over 15 years ago. i don't see any reason to worry that it would happen again any time soon. we don't infight at all, sorta the concept of the party is people who want to work effectively together.
another bit of funny evidence that op is anti communist is the inclusion of the word purges, lol. purge means expulsion from party, ooh very sinister.
> all in all, joining a socialist party is a very, Very ineffective way of building communism lmao
well first it's simply a truth that no socialist country was ever built without a communist party. not one.
but also, did any of ops points have anything to do with effectiveness? all i gathered is they're pushing an individualistic, don't tell me what to do outlook. and the condescension about protests and flyering suggest they want something more adventurist, possibly involving violence. remember the fbi and police always instigate when they infiltrate groups. they always push for criminal actions and violence.
> i'd instead recommend you talk to your neighbours abt their lives, and see how you can help each other.
hey, guess what a party does! do you think our new tenants unions and unemployed councils could come into being without talking to neighbors? do you think our new unions could come into being without discussing the way we could help each other?
> if you live in like a very rich neighbourhood or something, instead of joining a socialist party
well isn't this an interesting premise. i wonder what it says about op that they want to emphasize what the well off should do.
> it'd be way more effective if you joined a liberal/conservative party and then fucked their shit up as much as possible
sure, just see every other attempt in history at wrecking or entryism with the Democratic party. i encourage you to look into it
> if ur only goal is meeting other leftists, only go to the first 2 or 3 party meetings, by then you'll know the scene and you'd have already befriended the interesting people. that;s my advice at least
this piece of advice is generally good. in fact before applying to join any party if at all possible i encourage you to meet with the members local to you, see how they work, see what you think of their ideas and what they're doing. if they're not active in your community, ask why not. there's nothing requiring you to join if it isn't for you. but if you want to make change in this country, learning how to do it from those with experience is best. and working together in an organization that can effectively chart a path forward is the only option there is. every communist revolution was built with the leadership of the communist party.

okay, oh boy here i come
I'm closing requests.
tw: mentions of the following things; anger, jealousy, smut, choking, hair pulling, age gap, infidelity, guns, public sex (let me know if i missed something because boy this are packed)
so, this fine morning i woke up with this fellas sitting in my inbox, expecting, looking at me with their reddish lusty eyes:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
i know... there's a lot. and all of them made me extremely uncomfortable.
but let me tell you guys something about requests: some writers, I'd dare to say most writers love to get them, they're fun and some ideas are great and we appreciate that you like our work enough to give us and lend us one of your ideas to create something that you envisioned
but, two things:
one: there's ways of asking/requesting, ok this is me being an ass i think, and i don't know if it has to do with the fact that I'm mexican and here most of us are polite in the extreme lmao so when i see requests and messages like that, rushed and kinda condescending, i don't like them... it's just me, and that's a reason for ME to dismiss something, because for ME It just feels like the person writing them is just eager to see their idea written but not caring about the person that's writing it.
and two: sometimes, people have specific kind of tastes.
I'm not here to shame or to say this is disgusting because i have no right but if you are a consumer of fic you know, you have to know, there's things that trigger people. you have to know because trigger warnings are in almost every work out there so people can cater their own experience, and maybe this is on me for not expressing my boundaries but if you have specific and heavy tastes, you have to know there's people that wont like them. and if you already know what you want, like some of the anons there and no one would take your request, well, the other option instead of slamming a writer's ask box is... writing it yourself.
so yeah, im closing requests because of that and the fact that i already have too many wips hanging out and waiting to be written someday.
peaceful morning to this side of the world, peaceful evening to the other, drink water my loves.

Story:
So I have this story in my head, and if I had a shred of talent I'd maybe write it all out pretty and shit, but I most certainly do not. This really isn't a prompt ; most of what I post I just vaguely made up for myself and share in case someone likes it. This here is just me telling myself a story because it will not leave me alone until I do.
It would start with A being a dick. Like, genuinely A sucks as a person. They're sad and mean and they don't pay attention to people, don't care about adjusting their behaviour to fit others, it's all about them. And then they run into their ex and B's upset with them but being polite and shit and A's all condescending and not-nice, but they still have feelings for each other and that kinda seeps through. And we get flashbacks of the happy times they had.
Then, someway somehow they have a conversation, with B telling A how horrible it was to live with them and everything. And all through this we'd be seeing flashbacks of A criticising everything B does, from household work to friendships to clothes, whatever. Never in an abusing way but like mood-killer, the kind of thing you can deal with if your partner's in a bad mood for an hour or two, but any longer and it's just too heavy to live with, you know?
Part three would be them as a couple, in the present. A still loves B and B does too and they think, we're older, maybe it'll work out this time. And it does, for like two weeks, and then it's all the same again. Except this time, B gets to see that for what it is : it's not about B, that's all A's issues shoving themselves onto B. A's in a fancy/public job, they can't afford to be out and proud/with someone not fancy enough, and everything needs to be perfect because A worked hard for this and needs to keep it as it is, so they push B away so people don't think they're together and push B to strive for perfection as well, A's vision of perfection. And then we get a parallel of their break ups : the first one, with B breaking down and saying they can't keep doing this and it's too hard and they need to leave and all of that ; and the present one, with B telling A what they think is wrong. B's older now, they know who they are and what they want, and they can take a step back a see things as they are instead of as they feel them, if that makes sense. So they tell A that their issues are all about how they push themself into this box of perfection and reduce themself to this image they have of what they should be ; and A can be incredibly lovely when they let themself be but that image they strive for is unattainable and it's breaking A and everyone around them, slowly.
Anyway. The story ends with them as exes, they're not close, they're not friends, they're friendly if they meet by accident but that's the extent of their relationship. Maybe B finds someone else, maybe they don't. Maybe A works on themself, maybe they deny what B said and are actually happy as they are. Maybe they even find someone to be happy with.
(and with that, I now finally have the complete story to that stupid little piece that's been haunting me for months now. Freeeedom....until the next piece.)

I'm not really Deaf or HOH, but as a person with horrid sensory processing disorder who often needs subtitles, it's not *just* swearing that's an issue here. People shortening or summarizing things in captions will die by my blade. Write out the entire damn thing, I can hear that they're different, and there's nuance that you're probably destroying.
But on the cursing side of things, there's ways of getting around the damn platform censors that isn't just writing "frick", and it's your job to use them. Or not swear. Like seriously even vowels with diacritics (preferably for the proper sound) or similar looking symbols are less damn condescending than blatant censorship. I'd rather see f∪ck (or really even something like fu-ck) than f*ck. At least make it *look* like the word you're using in such a way you read it as the word meant before you think about it.
"Please at least censor it in a readable way" anon: 1. I realized about 5 seconds after sending it that my mouth tasted of foot. Honestly I really just want a world that lets you say "fuck". 10 year olds say fuck, we can all handle it. 2. My point wasn't meant to be "censorship good" it was intended as something more like "there are ways to get around the censors that don't look stupid or condescending, please find them and use them or at least don't treat us like kids"
---
No u are absolutely right. Summaries are fucking awful and aesthetic censoring is gonna prompt me to commit murder. I kinda wanna make a worst of censor compilation cus the way I see things censored... it's just not reasonable! U all seen that jokey necrophilia tiktok going around? I will fight op of that on sight.
And yeah I wish ppl were more open to... not saying these words. Honestly a lot of youtube creators are really good at creatively getting around censorship without being unfair. I have watched endless videos discussing hypothetical dicks of various monsters without anything being said that would alert an algorithm. I watch true crime videos where they talk a lot about murder and sexual abuse and all kinds of shit without getting nuked. Everyone on youtube has worked out how to talk about covid without getting demonetised. Idk I just feel there are ways of handling this that are more fair.
