….y’all do realize that GBA isn’t just going to tell you how Bastards vs Zombies is going to go right?
Like…?
Theory crafting is one thing (but also you don’t need Geeb to confirm/deny your theory for it to have legitimacy and be fun for you), but some of y’all are just straight up asking him to spoil so much of the intrigue of a series with only 3 parts so far.
Become comfortable in having questions. It is by design that we don’t have answers yet. We’ve barely even started this story.

What are some ideas you have floating around that you don't have any plans on writing but like to entertain as a thought?
Many of them, in fact! Though they sort of vanish from my memory if I don't make a record of them, here's a few ones I jotted down when they came to mind.
For a domestic one: Bill thought he'd hate a lot of being married! Even though he loves Dipper, he thought he'd rebel against the chains of domesticity - and in some ways he still does - but one major benefit he's found is not having to be 'on' all the time.
No need to be perfectly performing all the time! No shoving around for social influence, no intimidation, or clever tricks. No commanding attention or taking up the room. Hell, there's surprisingly little upkeep! Bill can undo his tie and pick his nose and bitch about his day to someone who isn't bending over backwards to agree with him on everything. Someone who doesn't give him a weird look and sneer if he, god forbid, actually wants to sit down, read a book, drop the grin for an hour or two.
The concept in question is Bill's very first moment of great surprise. That when he isn't being the most charming, terrifying, and exciting guy in the universe, and just chilling out for like, five minutes, Dipper comes over and snuggles up to him on the couch, or wraps his arms around his shoulders and kisses the top of his head. And when Bill asks 'what was that for?', Dipper shrugs and goes 'eh, just felt like it'. It's both baffling and extremely compelling.
A short where Reincarnated Dip is Definitely Sure he's Not Gay!!! Especially not for this Hot Demon Man who is getting so close and touchy with him with his big smile and horrible wiles. Yep. Just keeping an eye on him to make sure he's not up to something Nefarious ™.
A discussion between Dipper and Bill where Dipper insists that Bill should understand this, or not do that, because, like. Y'know, Bill's a guy! There are guy things! Making Bill stare at Dipper like he's an idiot. He proceeds to informs Dipper how that's stupid for multiple reasons! First, that Bill's Not Human to begin with, his gender can't be put into a little box! And frankly, he never filled out the paperwork for his original one, come to think of it. Sure, he/him's fine, but c'mon, sapling, thinking of the whole shebang like a binary is dumb as hell. Now Dipper has to do some mental readjustment re: his own issues with masculinity/gender.

Oof I'm kinda scared to ask... Why do you not want to be an artist professionally?
Its just like, incredibly miserable in my experience.
Everyone wants their dream job of being paid to draw whatever the hell they want but 99% of the time you are hired and tasked to draw things that you don't have a lot of interest in, professionally speaking, and constantly getting your artistic efforts undermined by the rest of the team (this is esp. true in the videogame industry) artists always try to push for better designs and get their takes watered down for the sake of general public pleasing. Also you don't have a security blanket unless you're under long term contract. Most freelancers live gig to gig with the fear of not being able to support themselves if they don't take a job to take a break. Videogame and movie jobs arent stable because companies never keep the art teams, they are laid off and rehired whenever there is a new project
During my major, I drew nonstop for 4 years for class. Not always things I enjoyed, but also not always things I didnt like. In fact I enjoyed my major immensely! It was so fun. But the burnout is very, very real, and the workload was similar (even inferior to) regular art jobs.
What happens if you like to draw in your off time? You spend your days making and pumping out art nonstop for hours, and then on your free time breaks you draw some more? I personally couldn't do it. I just wanted to do other things
And like.... I spent the first three years being told by teachers (people with stable, contract based jobs) how cool of a job it is to do art, and then the last year getting grilled on how insanely hard it is to make it out there. If you don't have connections, money, an audience, a studio, it's actually impossible. You need to be your own lawyer, abide by the very strict self employment rules that take a severe chunk out of your earnings. Do all of your finance/schedule/marketing etc while on top of that constantly producing work (I know there's people who can do it but, personally, I cannot)
I really admire the people who were able to build themselves up as artists from the ground like this (because its definitely possible, just insanely hard)
Also, making something you love into your job ends up being miserable too. I experienced this with patreon, which I posted to as like a chill thing and it just got increasingly hard to make content for it or just post in general, even drawing my own ocs and sharing stuff about them started to feel like a chore.
Maybe it's just me though, this has just been my personal experience but yeah in general I realized I am immensely happier just keeping art as a hobby or its gonna suck my soul out (Since I already experienced it)
I don't mean to discourage anyone, I think the world in general needs more artists. But for that we would need to actually be taken seriously and valued, which sadly we are not, at all. And if there's anyone reading that is considering art as a job: it is absolutely grueling. It's not an easy job. Even if you desperately love art it can suck the life out of you and the joy for what you do
(As an extra sidenote. Artists are usually exploited using this mentality as well. That they are supposed to love their job. So they expect you to work your wrists off "For the passion". Dont fall victim to it)

Embrace
Zelda woke to am embrace.
It was... lukewarm. Cold initially, and soaking wet, but with hot breath on her shoulder, with shivering muscles and a foggy mind and desperate strength holding her close.
What was...? The last thing she remembered was...
Blinking to get water out of her eyes (water? Why was there water?), Zelda turned her head to see dirty blonde hair plastered to wet skin and clothes, she recognized the light blue immediately, the sword on his back.
"Link...?" she breathed.
When--how did she get home? She'd swallowed the secret stone, and--
Link held her tightly, and Zelda's eyes stung with tears as she laughed.
I'm home.

Good morning babe 🥰🥰🥰
(I’ll take no responsibility of how you’ll react to this pic… I’m staring at his neck for days now and decided today is a great day to share it with you 🤭)
(The way I’m obsessed with his neck is insane, you’d thought I’m a vampire in disguise based on how much I want to bite and suck on that thick neck 😭 leaving marks behind, kissing & licking them better 🫠🫠🫠🫠)
(My horny ass can’t be stopped if it’s about him)
(when I say Silvo was my fav weekend, this is one of the reasons 😩 - and his amazing performance ofc.)
(His hair is sooo long here too I want to run my fingers through it, grabbing it gently also to move his head aside to have more access to attack his neck 🫠🫠🫠)
Okay I’m done, I’ve said what I said 🫣 sorry not sorry
ohooooooo noooo… this………………… this has made me feel so many things…….. i feel unwell

Twitter takeovers should either have the rule that no ships are canon or ALL ships are canon, either we all win or we all lose no in-between.
Not like it matters, Twitter takeovers are dubiously canon at best.
ehh my problem isnt "nooo theyre teasing ships i dont like instead of the ships i do like".. i mean yeah i Dont like knuxouge and thats part of the reason i found that answer annoying but the main reason is i just dont like it when they bring up ships or intentionally hint at ships in general. its annoying and unnecessary especially if m/f pairings are gonna get stuff like "the gang teases knuckles about how he may or may not have a crush on rouge" and the only mentions of a gay ship ever were just "EWWWW sonadow is so GROSS!!!!!!!!!" which is just... weird.

Is Mirage a traitor/mistaken as a traitor in this continuity as well? Lovely designs btw!
Happy ya like my Mirage design
Well he certainly is a strange one but aren't most the nobles, he doesn't seem to have any close freinds on the crew but he also doesn't really have any enemies ether, except if you count that one overly suspicious minibot. Mirage just tends to stick to himself and out of sight and out of mind of most bots on the crew.
Only time anyone noticed anything wildly out the ordinary with his behavior was when he freaked out because he didn't want ratchet opening his Chassis for repairs, But guess that's understanble some bots don't like being open up, so it's probably nothing to worry about.

some advice i see a lot regarding how to tell if someone is a fictive or just a character that the person is imagining is to try to imagine them doing something they wouldn't and see if it feels wrong or if they flat out refuse but i was wondering is there any way to tell if you've just imagined them refusing? like, if it's more in character for them to do so is that not simply where your mind would go? how can you tell whether there's a person behind it or whether it's just that your mind itself doesn't want to cooperate??
Honestly, I'm not sure how to answer that. BUT, it does remind me of when our old host met Jaiden (not a fictive) and they read that a way to check if someone is really sentient, you do this specific exercise about balancing a feather on their noise or something. Honestly none of us remember the point of it or how it would have worked, but what happened was, Jaiden was already Real. He split real, Jamie just wasn't sure (thank you denial). Because Jaiden cared about Jamie, he indulged him and did the exercises. But it would go on for DAYS to the point where Jaiden literally told Jamie to just "stop". "I'm real!" and even if Jamie told him to do these exercises, it was annoying him.
So yes, having them do something they'd like is an option. But have you considered annoying them to the point where they snap at you?? SKDFJS
OF COURSE DONT like. put yourselves on bad terms. but its something to think about. A lot of the time when we're in denial, the person we/the current front is in denial about, starts getting annoyed, and then we feel bad about hurting their feelings.
So I'm not your therapist and I can't tell you what's what- but I guess you could also think.. "If I annoyed them, and they react badly to me annoying them, and that feeling of them scolding me makes me feel bad.. why would I ever make that up?"
Also give it some time. Sometimes if a split is new (or you think someone just split) it'll be hard to tell. Denial is a BITCH. If you already are used to having alters or system members in general, The fictive who just split WILL eventually be comfortable enough to be "concrete enough" with you, if they already even know who they are. maybe your brain itself is still figuring things out. We talk about splitting as a community a lot--where spliting is usually depicted as like this FAST thing. but sometimes its slow! which DOESNT help if youre trying to figure out if you have someone or not!

I'm not diagnosed autistic but I do get irrationally angry if someone posts a tumblr poll where the available answers don't actually answer the question asked, and instead the question is a Different question that almost resembles what I now have to assume the poster is actually trying to get you to answer

I didn't base Wish off of it being 100 years of Disney and I still felt let down. Just as a movie it was, in my opinon, a badly written movie. It just never gives you enough investment in any of the characters to make me care about the plot. And it doesn't have to be complicated. Moana for example, has a very simple plot. It still spends time with Moana and using that time wisely, to get me to care about her and her relationship with her parents and her island. Wish, just fell to a mid point and it's okay. Sometimes a lot of people can hate something bc it is in fact, just a poorly written movie. Not everything is an "underappreciated" movie.
Well good for you
You know I was going to leave it at that but I'm not strong enough. Because sorry but what exactly do you expect me to do now...?
You yourself said that it just fell to mid point, I agree, it's not a masterpiece even if I personally really enjoyed it. But despite that I don't agree with the opinions that it's the worst Disney movie to date, an absolute disaster, unsalvageable or any other of the extreme opinions I've seen online. Obviously I don't mean you here, since I don't know you or your opinions on the movie and frankly I'm not going to assume anything about some anon. But I just want to point out the amount of, I don't know, fics where people outright admit to not having even watched the movie but feeling cheated/robbed/betrayed whatever and deciding that they can do a better job based on the cancelled concept art.
I don't even want it to be more appreciated, but the worst it deserves is to just pass silently like, frankly most of Disney's movies this year, because, and I can't stress it enough, it's not as bad as people are making it out to be. That's the stance I'm going to defend. I'm not saying you have to like it but I'm saying that the reaction is majorly undeserved and unfair. Most of this hate should go towards the executives and advertisement people, who created false and too high expectations and didn't allow the movie to stand on its own
