Listening to old Brazilian love songs makes me think of zolu so much i am smiling so big rn. I want what they have.

They make me imagine them slowly dancing to one of those beautiful old salsa songs where they gently hold hands and move their bodies so slow, that they sweated terribly but still want to enjoy the warm sunny evening with the chilly breeze of the entire seas they sailed alone together while they hold and look at each other with endless love and big grins. James doesn't know how he got here. This beautiful boy in his bed. His freckles almost glowing in the moonlight that slips through the crack in the drapes. His curls sprawled across James' pillows and -

"You're staring," Regulus says, opening his eyes and exhaling loudly as he turns to face James properly.

"It's impossible not to," James smiles, lifting his hand to tuck a strand of hair behind his ear. Regulus subconsciously leans into the touch, smiling too.

"Who would've thought; the Regulus Black, in my bed," James yawns.

"Definetely not me," Regulus yawns next.

Silence.

"Why didn't you like me?" James says softly, so softly Reg almost missed it.

He sighs before answering, "I thought you'd hate me once you got to know me. And so I pushed you away," He shrugs like it's normal, but it breaks James' heart.

He takes Regulus in his arms, cuddling closely and burying his nose in his hair.

"I could never hate you," James whispers and presses a firm kiss to his forehead.
