I just had an idea for a Jegulus AU.
It’s inspired by
So yeah. Basically, It’s pre-relationship Jegulus, muggle, modern AU I suppose (but it doesn’t have to be).
Regulus calls James one night on his way home. The two of them have started growing closer from friendship to almost lovers. James calls Regulus pretty and he blushes furiously! But unfortunately, just after this moment, Regulus gets into a car crash over a bridge.
Let’s say, it’s raining quite heavily and Regulus hates driving in the rain. Let’s say, he called James because James is the only one that helps him concentrate. It’s cute, it’s fluffy! The two men and laughing and enjoying themselves as Regulus drives home, until ofc the accident happens.
Regulus loses control of his car and hits the guard rail. Regulus hits his head pretty hard and as James scrambles to get there as he knows where he was because he’s James, he always knows where Regulus is.
When James gets there, the ambulance cars are already there, so are the police. James then watches as they pull an unconscious Regulus from the car and he goes to the hospital.
It takes a day or so for Regulus to wake up and in this time, James sort of spirals. Sirius is obviously called once they got to the hospital but James is so scared he never leaves Reg’s side. James is coming up with all these what if’s and is slightly hysterical, running on no sleep for like 24-48hrs and when Reg opens his eyes, James starts sobbing a little, clutching Regulus’ hand and repeating “Youre Alive, you’re alive, you’re alive”.
The first thing Regulus does is smile and squeeze James’ hand in his, then he says softly, “I was so scared.”
James looks up at Regulus, his eyes flying over his face, checking him over, making sure he is okay, reassuring himself of this fact, and then mumbles, “So am I.”
And Regulus, the softie that he is, brings their joined hands up and kisses James’ softly and says, “I’m here, Jamie.”
UGH just… I need this so fucking much. If someone could write this for me, I’ll love you forever. Omg.

Imagine that Tom Cruise scene in the first top gun movie, where he is trying to flirt with that civilian instructor in the bar by serenading her. But instead of the civilian instructor, it's Y/N and she's sitting alone coz Bradley went outside to get some fresh air (he wants to propose and was just too nervous). When he came back inside, he saw her getting serenaded by the entire fucking bar and because our dear Y/N is too sweet, she just smiles and politely declines (these aviators can take a hint lol).
Then, she leaves the bar and drags Bradley along with her. She takes the wheel and drives to an abandoned parking lot where she fucks the jealousy out of Bradley.
