This post has been a year in the making for me, and I'm thrilled to say I have done something for a dear friend I thought would take forever to do.

I've been saving, making, and finding little mementos, letting my friend know that one day, even if we're thousands of miles apart, I will send them a hug, and these gifts.

This morning, I was finally able to have money saved to send about 85% of it to them. But my main goal was to send them Ford, in the form of a pillow, where, until we meet, he is the hug that I give.

Like Stan, I waited 30 years to find my people, and this person is one of them. I hope everything is a wonderful surprise, and they love it all a lot.

And I don't know where, and I don't know when, but we'll meet.
