“you’re overacting!” your boyfriend alexander kept screaming at you.

overreacting?

“so you’re telling me there’s nothing between the two of you? that i’ve been hallucinating for the past month?” you screamed back, tired of trying talking with him.

“there’s nothing between me and her” he said, lying. because of course you had the proofs that he was cheating, that he was seeing someone else while you were out touring.

“how can i fucking believe you when i have proofs!”

“what proofs?” he asked, not caring about the whole cheating part.

“the pictures of you two together? the messages? the-…”

“you went over my phone without even asking me?” he was angrier that before.

“i did! because you wouldn’t tell me the truth! you can’t deny what i just found!”

“okay, fine! i cheated, is that what you wanted me to say? i did it, and i wasn’t proud of it but you were always gone and i was here alone waiting for you every week to come home, i got tired and i wanted to have some fun and one night i went to this club where i met her, and she was always there for me, it wasn’t just sex, there was a connection…she understood me, she was there when you were out wrestling with your friends!” he said, not feeling guilty at all.

you couldn’t believe he was blaming him cheating on you on the fact that you were away from home because of your job.

“i can’t believe it that you are blaming your fucking childish behaviour on me being away because of my job!”

“i needed you and you weren’t there!” he kept screaming.

“so the best solution was fucking some bitch you met at the bar uh?” you were done with it “you have ten minutes to pack your things and get out of my house!”

“what are you talking about? where am i supposed to go?” he asked you.

“i don’t know, ask my replacement if you can stay at her’s, i don’t care, now, move before i call the police. this is my house, do you remember?” you said locking yourself in the guest bedroom and waiting for him to be over with packing.

you were sure you heard him closing the door once he was done packing and leaving your house. you were too tired to even go back into the master bedroom that you cried yourself to sleep right where you were.

the morning after you were supposed to go at rhea’s as you guys needed to prepare your upcoming match but you were drained and had no energy. you felt like shit and all you wanted to do was staying in bed and cry.

the team immediately knew something was up when you didn’t show up at her place. so instead of calling your or texting, you found them in front of your door.

“what are you doing here?” you asked them.

“we were worried. you didn’t show up, you didn’t call or text, we thought you were sick or that something happened…wait, were you crying?” rhea stopped when she saw your red eyes.

“no” you lied.

“whats going on love?” finn soft voice almost made you want to cry again. he always had a soft spot for you, treating you like a daughter.

“i just…i wanna be alone today…now, can you please go?” you almost begged them but they got it as an invitation to come inside so now you found yourself with your friends sitting on your couch, waiting for an explanation from you.

“what is going on uh?” damian asked you again.

“alexander and i broke up…” you whispered and waited for them to talk but they let you continue “he was cheating on me and i found out…instead of apologising he blamed it on me, saying that it was my fault because i was away touring and he needed me here…i just…what did i do wrong?” you cried again and now rhea was sitting next to you, holding you in her arms.

“you didn’t do anything wrong y/n…” she whispered.

“he was saying how much he wanted to marry me, to have a family with me just to find out that he was fucking someone else behind my back…it fucking hurts because i was ready to be with him for the rest of my life…i really loved him” you cried harder and rhea swore that alexander was a dead man.

“hey…” finn, the parental figure inside the whole group sweet talked to you “it’s not worth it…crying for him? it’s not worth it, he’s not worth it…i know you’re hurting right now and it will hurt for a while but eventually it’ll pass…it’ll get better, trust me…”

“thank you…” you whispered.

still crying in rhea’s arms as she let you. you never experienced such heartbreak and the pain you were feeling was too much.

“i just don’t understand how it went so downhill…everything was going perfectly…i would have noticed if something was wrong but i swear, everything looked normal” you cried.

“it’s not your fault love” finn said.

“finn’s right, you couldn’t have noticed…if he was acting normal, you couldn’t have noticed the sudden changes in his persona…i’m so sorry it happened to you, you don’t deserve it…” dominik said while sitting on the carpet, in front of you.

“i swear… i don’t wanna fall in love anymore” hearing such words coming from you hurt the group. you’ve always been the sweet and romantic one, you’ve always dreamed of a fairytale life and now you believed everything was a lie.

rhea looked sad “don’t say that love, it’s just a phase but you will feel better, i promise you”

of course. you were complaining about your disastrous love life with dom, who just got married, rhea, who’s gonna get married soon, finn, who’s been married for years and damian, someone that wasn’t looking for love and couldn’t understand anything about love.

“it’s easy coming from you…you’re all happy and in a healthy relationship, you all trust each other and i’m pretty sure you’ve never been cheated on” you regretted immediately saying that but you were hurting.

“we had our painful break ups too honey…” rhea said. she knew you were hurting so she didn’t mind it.

“did they cheat on you?” you asked them.

“no but…”

“exactly” you said, drowning your head in your pillows.

“what rhea was trying to say is that break ups are always hurtful, whether you get cheat on or not…and this pain you’re feeling, will get better, in a month or two you’ll be feeling better…” damian spoke softly to you. knowing that you were already in pain and that he didn’t want to upset you more.

“we will leave you alone if you want to…” rhea said, not wanting to leave you alone but she knew you probably needed time for yourself.

“no please…” you said shocking everyone.

“okay…then we’ll stay here…we can watch a movie if you want to” finn suggested and you all agreed.

“no rom com please” you said making them laugh.

rhea’s idea was to watch a horror movie but while they were all watching the movie you ended up falling asleep, too tired for all the tears you’ve been crying.

At the birth he probably passes out while seeing your child being born

But it’s not out of disgust, it’s because his emotions are out of control.

Second child he’s more calm but is still VERY strict with you

Also since you already have a kid, the dynamic has changed.

He completely takes over anything that you were in charge of parenting wise.

And the only thing you would be allowed to do is stuff you can do in bed

The second birth goes more smoothly, and he actually stays awake through it and is able to watch your child be born

Third pregnancy he would probably be ramped up in worry especially if you have had complications before and this being your last child

Since this would be your third time going through this I think he would be sick with worry but confident that you could take care of yourself.

During the third birth he actually has the confidence to cut the umbilical cord and would probably be excited to do so

Would probably be hesitant to have sex while you’re pregnant

You have been sneezing non stop since this morning and it’s already frustrating you. You always hated it when your allergies would kick in for no reason, or… it wasn’t allergies at all.

“Detka, are you sure you’re alright?” your concerned girlfriend asked you.

You blew your nose onto some tissue and then sniffled, “Yes, I’m fine love, don’t worry, I’m not sick anymore, it’s just my usual allergies. ” you replied.

That night, Natasha woke up from her sleep when she felt some type of vibration beside her. She looked over and saw that you were shivering but you were sweating and that was not a good sign.

She touched your forehead and felt that you were heating up. She expected this to happen, especially when you started to cough uncontrollably, “Love, hey, wake up.” Natasha whispered as she tried to shake you awake.

You woke up and stopped shivering but you still felt cold, “C-cold.” you weakly said.

Natasha cupped your cheek, “You have a fever, detka.” she said and then you groaned subconsciously, “I’ll go get some medicine and some water, I’ll be right back, okay?” you heard your girlfriend say then you nodded in response.

Natasha was never sick, not after she was injected with the serum back in the Red Room. Whereas you, you were always sick, mostly during the cold season, it always pained her to see you sick especially when you become frustrated because of it. She would always take care of you and never in a million years would she see herself get tired of taking care of you.

“Drink your medicine, lyubov.” She said as she helped you sit up, she then handed you your medicine and a bottle of water. After that, you laid back down and Natasha started to wipe your body with a towel soaked in cold water which made you grimace, “I know it’s cold baby, but it will help you feel better.” she cooed as she then placed the towel on your forehead. She kissed the top of your head and lastly said, “Get back to sleep my love, don’t worry I’ll take care of you.” then your eyes felt heavy making you sleep once more.

A week has already went by and you felt better by the 3rd day but you got sick again the following day. As for Natasha, she has been nothing but caring for you, she even called Tony to say that she wouldn’t do any missions not until you fully recovered. She also called Yelena to tell her about you being sick and Yelena immediately went to visit you at your home.

“I got some of my special Mac and Cheese, I know you love them.” Yelena said as she sat beside your bed.

“Thanks Yelena, you’re the best.” you said to her with a smile.

“What about me?” your girlfriend suddenly chimed in making you laugh.

“Well, you’re the best girlfriend ever while Yelena is the best friend ever.” You replied then you heard Natasha chuckle and she kissed your temple.

You suddenly felt a pang of guilt, “I’m sorry.” you softly said, which made Natasha tilt her head in confusion, “What for detka?” she asked.��

“I’ve been sick for these past few weeks, I felt better then after a few days I would get sick again.” Tears started to well up in your eyes, “You could’ve been on a mission right now but you’re stuck here taking care of me. I know how much you love your job, I feel like a burden.” You then started to sob.

“Work can wait dorogoya, you always come first.” she then kissed your forehead giving you a sense of comfort as she also held your hand. “Don’t ever feel like you're becoming a burden for me, okay? Because you will never become one, I love taking care of you as much as I love you.” Natasha said as she then wiped away the tears from your cheeks.

“I love you too Natty.” you replied to her then you smiled.

Yelena smiled at the scene that unfolded in front of her, she loved seeing her best friend and her sister happy with each other. Other than her, it was you who brought out the caring and loving side of Natasha, because Natasha tends to hide her emotions from the world and only show it to a few people she knows. She’s living her life, she has Kate, the woman she loves, while her sister has you, her best friend who is like a sister to her. customers fucking sucked no matter where you worked, and having a coworker that despised your existence only made things worse.

see, you liked minho well enough. you remembered his cats names from the time you had caught him in the back room, calling his roommate because one of them had been sick (but getting better at the time--he just had to make sure they took their medicine when he was home) and it was his roommate’s job to make sure that dori took his damn medicine. you remembered he was studying to be a vet when he wasn’t trapped in sandwich-making hell because he liked caring for animals. hell, you had even texted him one day to let him know he had left one of his textbooks in the back from when he was cramming during his short break--and he’d merely given you a stiff “thank you” before leaving just as quickly as he came.

you weren’t sure why minho hated you. you were just pretty positive he did, despite what the rest of your coworkers said. hyunjin said at least you could work with him without getting threatened with napkins (to which you had said that he was the one who invited that kind of threat with his antics). chan said that he liked you well enough whenever you tried to switch shifts with him (or anyone else, privately, never in the group chat that changbin had made because it was “easier” to swap with people if all of you were together). jisung had, too--but you were pretty positive jisung said minho liked everyone despite being kind of favored by him.

you were being yelled at by a customer for messing up his order--adding something he had asked for you to take off. he had gone off on a rant about tomatoes and how it could have killed someone if you were always this careless with orders, that people had allergies that you needed to be aware of (even though you always were--the storefront was busy that day and you slipped up once) and that you deserved to get fired for your careless behavior.

“do you have an allergy to tomatoes?” minho had come up beside you, and you noticed that he stepped slightly in front of you--almost shielding you from the angry customer.

“no, but--”

“then you shouldn’t fight battles that you don’t face,” minho said outright. “you shouldn’t berate an employee for a single mistake and demand they be fired.” he stepped a little more in front of you, already talking about how he’d remake the sandwich properly for free--the policy as it was. he was calm and cool, shutting down the customer and saying that your manager would be back shortly if he wanted to take the matter up with her.

he turned back, nodding for you to go take a minute in the back. it must have been obvious you were about to cry. you shut yourself into the backroom with a quiet thanks to him for stepping in, and hugged yourself tight. you’d never made a mistake like this--and the words about how it could have killed someone if you were careless rang in the back of your mind.

the door opened a few minutes later, and minho walked in with a bottle of water. “are you okay?”

you shook your head, accepting the water bottle.

“you won’t get fired,” he said, taking a step back to give you space. “you haven’t done anything wrong. that guy was an asshole. if he had an allergy or was ordering for someone with one, he could argue about it. he was just looking for reasons to berate you.” he clicked his tongue, leaning against the other wall, “you’ve always been careful with customers with allergies before. that’s why we have a sign.”

there was a sign on the glass barrier where people placed orders saying to tell sandwich artists about allergies, so that you could change gloves entirely and completely ensure no cross-contamination could happen. there were things in place so that you could do your job in a way that doesn’t kill a customer--hell, you knew that you (and your coworkers) had definitely thrown out sandwiches half-way through because someone failed to mention an allergy beforehand. hell, you often asked--and you knew for a fact you asked that guy because he had rolled his eyes and said he didn’t, like it was an inconvenience.

“you don’t have to defend me,” you said after a moment. “i know you hate me.”

minho scoffed. “i adore you, actually. don’t act like you know how i feel about anyone.” he crossed his arms. “you’re my favorite coworker because you care about everyone.”

you grew flustered. “huh?”

he was blushing, you swore he was. “you owe me for helping you,” he said quietly. “so...”

“so?”

“you should go out with me later, if you want.” he wouldn’t meet your eyes. “if you don’t want to, you don’t have to--”

Raph (Red) (he/she)

literally the only one who doesn't wear clothes (outside of his shorts/mask)

still does the Red Angel of Preventing Harm thing

splinter... wasn't doing great for a good while after the mutation happened (esp since on top of everything in canon he ALSO lost three of his kids)

when raph was around eight or so though he got very very sick and almost died. she tried to take care of herself because she assumed splinter wouldn't, but could only do so much. thankfully splinter found out before it was too late and was able to save her. it was a pretty good wakeup call and while he's still super depressed he's been much more present since then

Leo (Leon) (he/him)

growing up with hypno (and eventually warren) did nothing but increase his flair for the dramatic and love of magic

he was 100% hypno's assistant for shows a lot of the time. the turtle thing was passed off as a 'costume'

knows ALL the best magic tricks

warren came along when leo was around five or six

when hypno and warren got mutated they (obviously) couldn't keep their jobs so they took to doing crimes to get money. small crimes because they don't want to be a bad influence on leo but they also do need the money to put a roof over his head

they do try to hide the fact that they do crimes from leo. he absolutely knows but he lets them think he doesn't

VERY in tune with his mystics (trained by draxum)

LOVES skateboarding. badgered draxum into having a skate ramp installed for them

doesn't hate humanity (and has even managed to soften draxum up a bit. not much but a bit) and actually thinks a lot of their stuff is super cool

mutating the humans was the compromise she and draxum came to rather than killing them. she doesn't see a problem with it bc 'it's better than killing all of them'

morals are a bit... looser than canon mikey's due to draxum's influence

take your kid to work day more like [draxum voice] someone will die. [mikey voice] of fun!

But Also: aww little guy - oh he's a bit fucked up actually

sneaks up to the surface sometimes to do graffiti. has ABSOLUTELY been seen more than once but thinks she's so sneaky

yeah i agree, rory's behaviour is appalling but i also feel like, it wasn't out of character for her at all. meanwhile emily's DAR outburst absolutely was. i thought it was funny though that paris went into assisted reproduction bc it was really fitting.

i really truly hated the funeral drama scene though (lorelei telling inappropriate stories about her father) bc i felt like, that was even too much for lorelei.

i also still can't help but feel like that i never really understood what made emily such a truly horrible mother in lorelei's eyes. yes, emily valued appearances and reputation too much and growing up, lorelei felt 'trapped' but idk, when lorelei got pregnant she didn't kick out her child.

i also honestly feel like mia is not a good person at all; if a teenager with a newborn baby is at your doorstep then why do you house her in a drafty shed (dangerous for a baby) & act like you're such a good person for giving her a job as a maid all the while emily was sick with worry because she didn't know where her daughter and granddaughter were. like at mia's wedding someone really said that mia was like a mother to lorelei in front of emily, i immediately forgave emily for her snarky comment on how she could never be with a man named howard lol

I honestly don't even think it was out of character for Rory to commit adultery in season 4, she was on a bad path for a long time.

The funeral scene was incredibly cringe and would have been way more believable (while still maintaining the same plot purpose) if Lorelai had simply excused herself when she couldn't think of something and then Emily got mad at her for not saying anything.

I love Emily but I also don't have difficulty empathizing with Lorelai. I would find my mother overbearing if she, for instance, installed new internet at my home, or bought my daughter a parking space when she didn't have a car yet. There's many instances where she says things that are vicious, and others where she has no sympathy or understanding of Lorelai's feelings when Lorelai really needs it.

Idk about Mia, maybe she was thinking if Lorelai was just going to run away again if she sent her home that it'd be better for her to have a respectable job in the suburbs than to live off the streets in the city :/

summary ; Nothing went right today, anything that could possibly go wrong, did. It's all too much and all that you want is for your girlfriend to hold you in her arms and comfort you, to promise that everything will be alright.

To put it simply, you'd had the worst day. You'd arrived late to work due to the fact that your girlfriend Peggy, who would usually wake you both up, had stayed late at her job last night and subsequently not being able to come home that night, meaning by the time you woke up you were almost an hour late and rushing out of your apartment with the overwhelming worry that you'd forgotten something.

You had. You'd forgotten half of your work uniform, so then you were showing up to your job in yes, the right shirt, but you had completely forgotten to change your bottoms and now you were wearing dark grey pants to your job as a waitress. And your boss was not happy.

He would never shut up about 'professionalism and presentation in the workplace' but really he just wanted to see his female employees in skirts and it was disgusting. You hated it but you couldn't do anything about it, you needed a job.

But sometimes, it was way too much for you to handle. The diner you work at just never stopped being overstimulating and overwhelming, it felt like a punishment for something you hadn't done.

Your hellish day didn't stop at being reprimanded by your boss for wearing the wrong uniform, and not just the wrong uniform but for wearing 'pants? I think you're a bit confused sweet cheeks'.

He forced you to wear a spare skirt from a waitress who had previously worked there, and it was not at all your size. It was dusty and torn at the seam, so every step you took you had to awkwardly pull it up to make sure it didn't fall right off you. You received weird looks all around you, and the occasional creep watching you carefully, waiting for your skirt to slip so they could see your exposed skin. You felt fucking sick.

And then every customer at the diner seemed to decide that today was the day they all turn against you, and make sure they were the rudest and most impatient people that is humanly possible, and push you to the edge knowing that you couldn't react for the sake of your job.

You'd had enough when you'd finally left your job, making your way home, and realised when in the rush of leaving for work this morning, you'd locked your apartment keys inside your apartment. Which in the grand scheme of things should not have been the mental blow it was, yeah maybe a bit of a panic before realising your girlfriend also had a key, and that'd be it. But no, today had been terrible. It had been so trying on you mentally and this, of all things, had been your last straw.

So now you found yourself sliding your back down the wooden door of your locked apartment, tears pouring out as you pull your knees up and hide your face.

You hate your habit of waking up late no matter how hard you try to change your sleep schedule in a way that would benefit you.

You hate your boss for being so backwards and idiotic.

You hate the customers at the diner for being so disgusting and rude.

You hate yourself for forgetting to get your key out of your apartment before you locked it in there.

But most of all, you miss your girlfriend and you hate how long it's been since you've last seen her.

You don't know how long you've been sat here, head between your legs, not even trying to calm down, just crying and crying and crying. You don't know if people have seen you sobbing in the hallway, and quickly turned the other way, or how many people have walked past you as quietly and rapidly as possible to get past and away from the weeping girl on the second floor of an apartment complex...

"Y/n!? Darling is that you??"

Your body immediately freezes at the familiar voice and hurried footsteps nearing your trembling figure.

"Oh love, oh dear c'mere, what happened?" Peggy asks you, bending down to rest the balls of her feet as she rests her palms on your shaking knees, her heart breaking as she takes in the view of you, broken and crying at the door of your shared apartment.

You try to slow your ragged breathing to answer your girlfriend, but all that comes out is a strangled whine, and Peggy's heart breaks impossibly more.

"Oh love, it's okay, i'm here," Peggy comfort you as she moves to sit next to you, pulling you to her chest and soothingly rubbing your back.

"It's okay dear, I'm here," Peggy whispers comforting things to you as you wrap your arms around her, she tells you about something funny she overheard about a co-worker, a memory of when she was a kid, she tells you anything sweet and funny that comes to mind, no matter how small.

She tells you about how her least favourite smell is that of strawberries, for no discernible reason other than the fact that it is far too sweet of a scent, and that 'really, strawberries taste nice so they already have that going for them, but then they also smell sweet? I don't trust it, no one needs that much going for them', which makes you giggle at your girlfriend, looking up from where you head is buried in her chest, to see your beautiful Peggy smiling down at you, love and adoration flooding her soft eyes.

"Thank you, Peg," you whisper, as she moves her sleeve to gently wipe stray tears off your cheeks.

"Of course love, I'm always here for you, okay?"

You let out a deep breath and nod your head, "Yeah.. Peg, I love you, ya'know?"

"I love you too Y/n," Peggy grins softly at you.

After a moment of you two just enjoying being in each other's presence, Peggy speaks up.

"Ok well, I don't know about you but it is so bloody cold out here," She laughs, starting to stretch her arms, "How about we head in, yeah?"

"Yeah, it is pretty cold," You smile at your girlfriend as she helps you stand up on shaky legs, still holding your hand as she goes to unlock the apartment door.

Smiling as the two of you walk into your shared apartment, you watch your beautiful girlfriend as she grabs her bag and carries it in with her, heels clicking along the wooden floor boards. You can't help but feel like everything is and will be okay, because as long as you have Peggy, the love of your life by your side, everything will work out.
