During an interview about her incredible costumes for the film Crimson Peak (2015), Kate Hawley mentioned two paintings that particularly inspired her design of the leading female cast’s iconic attire. Proserpine by Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1874, top left) was taken into consideration for the character Lucille Sharpe, otherwise known as The Moth (top right). For Edith Cushing (bottom right), thought of as The Butterfly in contrast, The Bridesmaid by John Everett Millais (1851, bottom left) was said to have greatly influenced the character’s hauntingly beautiful look of cascading hair and the bridal-esque nightgown attire.

More Bloodborne! Choir set made by me for a friend, I actually have one of my own about half finished that I should really work more on one of these days.

The visor part of the blindfold cap has full visibility, the base structure is a lightweight millinery material called sinamay with millinery wire around the edge, covered in a black lace fabric with a light dusting of metallic paint. The top part of the hat is a normal wool felt capeline.

Hi there, I've been here for a long time, and I was just looking at people who are amazing at drawing turtles💗 And I decided that maybe I should start publishing arts turtles too here. I also drew turtles, and I'm a fan Tmnt.

I love many versions of the turtles, like 2012, 2003, 2007, and, of course, 2014–2016, and I like them all, but my love is Leo💙

And yesterday was Halloween, and I forgot about it. But I decided to try harder and drew a simple sketch with Leo in a "Scream" costume and myself as Jack's skeleton from the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas" it turned out cute and awkward.
