I decided to transform this old conversion in a functional food stand. Your sims can buy high school food trays. You can find it in the Surfaces-Miscellaneous section of Buy Mode. Invisible plate required and included. 12 recolors for the lunch station and 9 recipes.

It’s high school Steve. Preppy, douchey, scared high school Steve, who uses more hair product in a day than Eddie’s ever used in his life, with his collared, tucked in shirts and expensive watch. Steve who sneers and stares and stays quiet when Tommy H talks shit, when he trips people in the cafeteria for his own amusement.

Steve, who’s never worried about running out of hot water during showers, who eats bagel sandwiches in Click’s class every day and leaves crumbs on the floor. Steve, who asks all the questions in class that Eddie doesn’t bother asking, who seems to struggle just as much as Eddie, but nobody would know it, because Steve doesn’t look the type to fail classes.

Steve, who always looks a little tense when he thinks no one’s looking, a little too wide-eyed, a little too sad. Like he’s worried about someone seeing him, seeing through him. Like he’s not really Steve Harrington at all.

Eddie’s crush starts as curiosity. He wonders about him more than he admires him, why there are walls around him, why he almost glares at Tommy H when he isn’t looking.

Steve isn’t like the other ones. He isn’t loud and obnoxious, doesn’t call people names or throw fries at them just for fun. He picks up his trash in the cafeteria, smiles at the cleaning ladies.

He’s quiet when no one’s around. When he’s alone in class, he just works silently, doing something in his notebook that doesn’t really look like writing. And Eddie’s curiosity turns from just wanting to know who Steve Harrington is, to who Steve Harrington is and what he draws in his notebook when he’s not taking notes.

Then he notices how pretty his eyes are, and Eddie wants to slam his head in his locker until he collapses on the floor, because this was never supposed to happen. He has fucking butterflies. Christ.

He still doesn’t know who Steve Harrington is. He still doesn’t know why he tenses a little every time he mentions his dad. (Though Eddie can guess.) He still doesn’t know if Steve really even likes Tommy H. He still doesn’t know why Steve lingers one day when Tommy knocks some freshman’s books out of his hands, why he helps the kid sort his papers back out before he runs to catch up with Tommy. He still doesn’t know what he draws in his notebook.

And Eddie doesn’t want to know the king. He wants to know Steve.

Steve, who stares at Eddie across the classroom one day as Eddie is chewing on his pencil, who looks away sharply when Eddie’s eyes meet his.

Steve, whose cheeks flush pink.

i've noticed a bit of discourse over the span of me being back here about peer recognition &what that does to a person's mental on socials.

idk if it's because of my inactivity or because i've just been on tumblr for 10+ years but it really puzzles me when i see someone fretting over the amount of notes and/or social engagement their posts seem to lack. of course we as humans love peer recognition &validation but i'd hate to think that's all some people care to focus on when it comes to their blogs.

i think we all should be posting whatever we want without trying to calculate how many notes we'll receive on any one single post because that's setting yourself up for disappointment. if you're a simblr.. i'd like to assume you came here because you enjoy playing your game, creating content or using it as a creative outlet to express your form of individuality.. the notes in this case should sort of act as a bonus.

people have lost their heads.. ranting in txt posts about their content "flopping" or feeling like they don't belong here.. &it's just like.. take a deep breath.. it's okay.. you'll survive. also idk what flopping is when it comes to simblr, because.. if i get anywhere between 10-100 notes from loyal followers that have engaged with me from day 1, can recognize my OCs &are genuinely paying attention to what's going on (because they care that much).. that's a hell of a lot more rewarding to me than amassing 500-1k notes because a popular simblr randomly decided to reblog me that day.

please learn to love your game, your blogs, your cc & yourself. because what's the point of notes if you're not even genuinely happy with your game in the first place? you'll continue to have unrealistic expectations &end up in that rabbithole of forcing yourself to do tzrs, spam liking &reblogging others just to get that in return &trust me it comes off super fake &people will notice that too.

#ive seen ppl be like "i keep reblogging ppl &doing tzrs but my posts are still flopping #i think ive just been here too long #because 5 yrs ago you were lucky if you even got 50 notes &2 comments #i think the influx of ts4 simmers..patreon.. &renders changed how simblr looks today #because let me tell you.. 1k+ notes on post rarely happened and that really was only if it was a damn good piece of cc #i mean i have 11k followers.. am i getting 11k notes.. fuck no #which is why i wanted to make a new blog #so i can keep track of the ppl who really fuck with me and vice versa #i think we should just stop treating simblr like a high school cafeteria &get back to the essence of what makes us happy

下の子の卒業式。式後に最後のホームルームを教室で見学、ひとしきり写真など撮って終わったのが午後1時。お腹が空いたので奥さんと学食へ。ここのおっちゃんとは知り合い。お世話になりましたなどと話しつつ食事をして、腹ごなしに周辺を撮り回り。

僕が通っていた高校には学食がなかったので、学生の頃は食堂のある学校に憧れていたなぁ･･

式の前には降っていた雨も止み、お日様も顔を出して校門の周りに集まっていた卒業生を祝っていました。

love the idea that after their first kiss when louise threatens rudy if he ever tells anyone he takes their secret to his GRAVE he will never tell another living soul that louise belcher kissed him on valentine's day in 4th grade meanwhile louise got home and told her entire family almost immediately 😭

like seven years later at a high school party someone asks who rudy had his first kiss with and he still remembers louise's threat and he redirects the conversation SO QUICKLY. they've been married for 35 years and he will still never let anyone know that louise was his first kiss bcuz he promised her he wouldn't tell
