so far i can only speak to a few of your portrayals, so forgive me, but this will be specific. i met you on your peter blog but we didn't really start to interact until ellis, and he is forever and always one of my favorite characters in the world. i think the cousland origin is one of the hardest to write well: you have to balance out their privileges and their power to ensure that they're still a compelling figure you root for in a game designed to make you root for an underdog. you crafted, in ellis, one of the most profoundly beautiful characters i've ever seen. he is as deeply flawed as he is utterly wonderful. and he feels so incredibly honest to me, almost like he's someone i met ages ago and loved dearly and lost contact with, at once very real and almost folkloric.

beyond ellis, i've loved all of your ocs, and i'm so excited to get more of rayne and iseva and fae. their lore had me practically shaking with excitement. i know vaeron a little bit better and i adore them, too. there's so much rage and tragedy there and everything you tell me about him makes my heart hurt in the best way.

and as for percy and cass, you have taken two canon characters i'm absolutely rabid over and you have fleshed them out so lovingly, so beautifully, that it's almost overwhelming. every time we plot with either of them, i have to get up and walk away from my computer or phone for a minute so i can give myself a chance to process it all the way it deserves. i go back and reread plotting and replies all the time. i can practically hear their voices in your dialogue. (i am so weak for percy's tooth gap, which we already know.)

the point is: you approach your canons with the same incredible intensity of your originals. reading any of them, all of them, is an immeasurable privilege. being a part of their stories in any way is such a gift. i could go on but the gist of it is that i am forever grateful you followed me on peter (honestly i think like a year and a half ago) and that you're sharing this creative space with me. you make me a better writer.

hahahahahahahHA HA HHAHHA AHAHA i wish i had a way to collect the tears i shed when you sent this ask but it was & is deeply touching. you have been an endlessly wonderful friend & hand fed my creativity more than once. of course I'm in love with astoria. she feels so tangible in any rendition you build of her character, a consistently beautiful addition to any universe you build around her or throw her into. i often find myself creeping on your blog, just reading your threads because you put the same care you place into your own muses into those you're writing with? you scour every detail & apply it beautifully in every dynamic on your blog. not even counting the incredible roster of muses you have on @sacraementals it is literally incredible what you do when you get your hands on a character.

in our plotting & conversations about our muses they have grown so so so much. your enthusiasm to build these complex relationships & write them with one another never fails to astound me. finding ellis & percy's voices & the consistency of their portrayals can also be credited sooo largely to the work we've done together. Usopp is pretty smart for being self-taught mostly! Especially when it comes to being a tactician, engineering, and insects! He's a quick learner, and really loves to dig into knowledge when something interests him. He wants to learn all about it!!! He studies art sometimes, and loves trying out new mediums and discovering their differences from other mediums.

✨Mental Illness Innit✨Bro is for sure not neurotypical. Like he's definitely stable enough that he's not a danger to himself or others. But boy has an anxiety disorder something crazy. On top of that, he's on the spectrum, ptsd, abandonment issues, depression, yknow fun stuff. He's not exactly diagnosed for most things, unless Chopper has done so. Although he is medicated for the anxiety, it's something he could not avoid if he wanted to life any semblance of a 'normal' life.

hhahha....therapy....man don't they all need therapy?? Especially since he still struggles with the death of his mother (nightmares and random bouts of deep grief) and his feelings towards his father are extremely tangled. His self-esteem issues probably should also be discussed, as seeing yourself as the most expendable crewmate is not healthy in any capacity (looking at you too sanji.)

with all of Phoebe's baby crazy, I wish they'd revisited her first baby. in "womb raider" at the beginning, she genuinely cared for her baby, was excited to see him in her dream/vision, defended him to her sisters, etc. but at the end suddenly it's "the baby was never mine, it was always the Source" which is a major tone shift. I would have liked to see Phoebe exploring her feelings about her previous pregnancy, or even finding a way to see an alternate version of the baby she lost.

it’s like. ik the original plan was to have queen of hell phoebe extend into like s5 which like. tg it didn’t i’m not a big fan of s5 as it stands but like at least the charmed ones were still the charmed ones y’know. but yeah. phoebe’s kid. like. i mean okay let’s start with the beginning of season four phoebe isn’t even sure if she’s ready to get married. she has the vision of herself as this wild free spirit, to get married is together herself to the earth and become a more grounded woman, someone less like herself. and she is genuinely unsure if she can make that commitment, she doesn’t know if she can become that person. if she even wants to become that person. and for all the mess phoebe went through in s4 i think we do see a lot of character development from her i mean this is the season where she gets a steady job and starts to build the career she will have through the rest of the show she had been in a committed relationship for like a season and a half she is far from the flighty ditzy spirited phoebe we met in season one. like s1 phoebe was not ready to be a mother. hell s4 phoebe wasn’t even sure if she was ready to be a wife. but we was her grow we saw her finally start to plant roots and grow and she was ready to have a child she was excited to have a child and this really was like a marker that pushes her to like her s6 manic state like you can’t jump from s1 phoebe to s6 phoebe you need a bridge s4 was that bridge the only issue was that bridge is a bit of a dicey subject so like we pretend it just doesn’t exist. but like. phoebe was going to be a mom. and yes the whole thing was a really traumatic experience yes she was being fed a concentrated dose of pure evil to keep her source baby insane but it being traumatic doesn’t mean it didn’t happen in fact as it goes it usually means it was more of an impact. i mean even with piper’s pregnancy as baby wyatt started to do wild tricks from the womb we got nothing from phoebe nothing like idc if the seer masterminded u getting knocked up you were going to be a mom!! u were looking forward to it!!!! and to see a baby of good magic kinda pulling the same stunts your “abomination” quote unquote did like does that not get the gears turning? does that not get you caught in the what-ifs?? and it wouldn’t be the first time we see phoebe turn to magic to get the answers to her own personal problems hell she does it all the time but i think the source’s heir will always be one of her biggest what ifs. even after she’s found coop and settled down and had three beautiful daughters of her own what if. what if cole never became the source. what if i had stayed the queen of hell. what if i got to keep my baby. what if i got to see him, to hold him in my arms, to raise him. what if pj parker and peyton had an older half brother. what if it doesn’t matter what your born from but rather who you grow to become. like it doesn’t matter where you are now is where you always wanted to end up. scars don’t heal. they’re there forever. and i think this really could have given phoebe a great new depth and introspectiveness away from the more impulsive behavior she seems to indulge in

So one day you get salads for you and him,,,, and nice little teas

SO you waltz over to his room at the league, waving and greeting the other members

Kurogiri loves you for getting him to eat healthier

You walk into his room, salads and drinks in hand 

And he turns to you (he was gaming on his PC) and is just like

“What- Why.” He scowls, and it's really cute

“Hey weirdo, you have to eat healthier.” “Who said that?” He basically yells, his controller falls onto the ground.

You flick him on the head, and say 

“Me, sit down. We’re eating.”

He scowled again and jumped face first into the bed and groaned

Although eventually, after enough prodding and poking

He’ll sit up and eat with you, he’ll look angry the whole time but like

He's not 

sometimes he just looks like that

He won't tell you, but the salad you got him isnt THAT bad.

And since you got it for him,,, he’ll tolerate it.

You start to slowly replace some of his snacks with something healthier, 

Cheeto puffs, to white cheddar cheeto puffs (they’re also gluten free!)

Microwave popcorn to POP! Popcorn (supposed to be healthier???)

Some things he won't even notice, or he just won't bring em up

He's happy you care enough about him to get him to improve his health, but jdsngdfhg

After that, he notices he's not bringing dr. pepper cans into his room anymore, now they’re cups of tea or water

Much to the leagues surprise, he's not too mad about

Even when hes gaming he’ll b like

“Hey, can you get me a snack, thanks.” 

And then you’ll bring him like some fucking good fruit snacks and he’ll be like

OH FUCK YEAH THIS IS THE GOOD SHIT

Has thrown fruit at Dabi and Toga

Toga ate it, fairly quickly

And dabi,,,

Well

He just burnt it to ashes

But i mean yeehaw

He's gotten into the habit where he’ll notice when he's been eating a lot of junk food, and he’ll cut back 

Although you and him have cheat days, normally together as well

Kurogiri has been trying foR YEARS to get him to eat healthy, or just healthier because he needs it

Literally pulls you aside and thanks the living hell out of you

Hes so thankful that someone was able to do it 

And especially someones whos close to him and can show the lanky man you love him.

No one makes fun of him for being so skInnY anymore.

Except you sometimes….
