hii! i just found out about your blog! i wanted to request something but i also wanted to compliment your work! you have the writing style that pulls me in so that i really read the story word for word (most of the time i just skim through the entire fic to just get to the ending lol) so thank you for existing and writing these stories. they feel like a big hug! keep up the good work, i will definetly read your work in the future and catch up on your other work that i havent gotten to yet!

you and jeno didn’t live together, but somehow he always found a way back to your place. he loved staying with you. he loved the way that the pillows smelled of your shampoo and how your perfume lingered on the silky sheets…

side by side, you and jeno lied in your bed, heads sunken into your pillows.

“yn, why do you have so many pillows? we can barely fit on this bed.”

he was right, you did have way too many pillows, but you liked piling them up and burring yourself to feel cozy.

he tried to throw some off to the side of the bed but you wouldn’t let him. “noo. i need all of them.”

jeno rolled his eyes and pretended to act annoyed. he shuffled around a bit to get comfortable despite drowning in the fluffiness around him. the two of you lied in silence for a moment.

“talk to me.” he said.

“talk to you?” you answered.

“yeah. it helps me sleep.” his voice was quiet.

your lips stretched past your teeth as you thought of all the things you could talk to jeno about. you figured now would be the perfect time to confront him about something since he couldn’t really go anywhere...

“remember that time you got jealous when my secret admirer sent me flowers?”

“yeah… “ he said shyly. “also..i gave you those flowers.” he confessed, a bit hesitantly. “that was before we started dating so i was kind of embarrassed.” jeno rubbed the nape of his neck.

he avoided looking at you; he was just too flustered to.

hearing that made your cheeks light up. “jenooooooo!” you wanted to give him the biggest hug, but you knew he hated your cuteness aggression. so you just told him how adorable he was, and went back to drifting off to sleep…

“yn. come here.”

your head perked up as you gladly placed yourself the closest you could to jeno while still lying side-by-side.

“no” he said, “here.”

jeno put his arm around your back, and pulled your head to rest on top of his chest. “i meant here.”

you didn’t say anything, you just giggled to yourself as you thought about how funny it was that out of all the pillows you had to choose from, he was the softest one.

ya girl had a cheeky weekend in amsterdam to have just one good night...and afternoon 🖤🧡🖤 it's been the. best. and i spent it with some wonderful people who im missing so, so much 💖 (there's a group photo of my pals when i had gone on to m&g round 2 with them holding up my art that makes me SOB! 😭 goodest of eggs!) and ill remember it all for a long, long time. got to give dan the new piece after telling/showing him the piece from back at the start of tour needed a companion piece & the reasoning behind it. he was so SO sweet and said how he loves my style, especially with the circles always being used (😭😭😭) and then pointed out the photo backdrop with the eclipse on 🥺 yes 🥺 love a weird wonky dan heart too 🥰 i was a bit annoyed with myself cause i felt/heard myself fully tripping over my words and ugh but! it was really really lovely...

m&g no.2 however! 💖💖💖💖 (look, i panic brought a resale ticket cause i was so nervous about the matinée getting canceled in the wake of the promoters bullshit on this tour and knew i would be beyond heartbroken if it had happened) god, that felt so so special and im going to remember it forever 😭 i got so many laughs out of him and SO MANY HUGS idk what was going on there i guess being able to actually get my words out was the cause? (just lots of thankful words for the tour, meaning i could meet my wonderful friends, the show being something so special & important and that he BELONGS on a stage that is is home!) id been talking myself in & out of taking minnie ears for a photo for WEEKS, would i be ~brave enough to ask for a photo in them? no i couldn't it's too scary! but i found the perf wad aesthetic ones for him and dlp is my favourite place in the world, this was actually important to me! (see me fully not being alright when he got that fleece thing from anaheim disneyland...if u got to meet him in that ur on my list 😭) after a moment from him of "um...what are those?!" and telling him look, it's important! we got a bunch of photos with him declaring "ok these are cute, oh my god we're so cute!" yes! ears are silly & over the top but they are fun! and cute! and make u feel like a kid! told him he probs has no use for them but he can keep them if he'd like (the orange ones...not my prince charming carousel ones!) and he was all 🥺 that's such a sweet gift thank you 🥺 (also this is all backwards, we did the ears photos before everything else). i mentioned while i was so excited for the show again, it was bittersweet as it was my last one and i love that he responded with his whole damn chest that i better make sure i make it to the next tour then...that boy is never going to stop doing shows and i love that for him SO SO MUCH LIVE UR FUCKING DREAM! 😭😭😭

i had a whole lot of feelings during that last show, "embrace the void/one good night" really getting to me after getting that most recent sketch done & all the feelings that went into that and my decision to do it...it's all so much.

ALSO! getting to meet & spend time with some really, really special people ive gotten to know in this fandom and them being what made the weekend so incredibly special 💜 saying goodbye to those folks was hard but they all give the nicest hugs. i really hope i can see them all again in the not too distant future, thank you for making this trip all it was 🥰

Saw you wanted Vil and Rook rambles! So!

Vil honestly probably gets a suburban home vs a mansion. He takes great care of his home, and doesn’t really like having others do work he can do for himself. So yes, he scrubs toilets! Everyone acts shocked, but he just wonders how disgusting their home toilets are if they’ve never cleaned them. He does have a chef and gardener, but he honestly enjoys cleaning, and cooking. It’s meditative for him. He only has the chef come over once a month to make some premade foods for days he just can’t cook. Ada gets her own room, which quickly becomes a spare bedroom when she refuses to sleep without Vil. Vil does want a big bathroom, spa style! He’s got a jet tub, huge walk in shower, marble sinks, his bathroom is his pride and joy. He has a joint kitchen/living room, really he just has the couch pushed against the island and the tv across from the kitchen area. He prefers to be able to refill his water easily when watching shows. He has a small widowsill garden 🪴and Rook has named every plant and wants to know when eachone grows a new leaf.

Rook owns many properties that he rents out, but he views his home base as a cabin in the woods, it’s a dry cabin, so once a week he makes the trip into town to get water, and while Vil finds it gross he washes in the nearby stream usually, Rook enjoys it. Rook doesn’t have much in his cabin, lots of books, an old fridge, and a wood stove. It’s honestly just three rooms, living/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, which is more of an outhouse. Vil refuses to stay there for longer than a day or two, partly cause he has to share the bed with Rook and Rook cuddles in his sleep so when Vil wakes up for the bathroom, he can’t move. Rook’s favorite chore is foraging, takes the triplets out, and they have a blast hunting up mushrooms, berries, and he’s even found a small patch of wood potatoes! He does have his own garden too though, mostly carrots, potatoes and beets.

They both LOVE going over to Epel’s yearly for the harvest festival! Epel has obviously inherited his farm, and grandma has slowed down but still kicking. Vil and Rook both adore Grandma! Vil tends to stay behind in the kitchen with Grandma, cleaning up the house while Epel and Rook do chores. Epel has a BIG house, six bedrooms that he has on hold for when he finds someone and starts a family. He does plan on letting Vil and Rook help set up nurseries, but his partner gets final say. Except on the theme, it’s gotta be nature. Preferably apples. Yes, his house is full of apples paraphernalia, probably names his dogs after apples.

I dont think we talk enough about how beautiful bejeweled is in regards to her ED and yes im gunna go there, sue me.

But like, for real, taylor said that bejeweled is about hyping herself up to go out in public and oh my god, this will make so much more sense once I post my mv analysis, but I really think bejeweled is about her ED and her body-image specifically. Like, okay, we know with my discourse of style/yoyok/wcs/bttws that I believe taylor probably developed her ED after her abuse from Meyer and this becomes significant once you realize that taylor probably was dating people at one point to fuel her ED desires (see all of 1989 but esp wildest dreams)

So keeping that in mind, bejeweled being written as a song about her love life is very revealing and emotionally vulnerable. She spends the entire love song saying to the people in her life "I am fantastic, you better believe I'm still amazing and beautiful and desirable" (re the karlie/calvin situation) but the first/second verse don't really feel like she believes her own words... like she's doubting herself and begging them to believe her and then we get the bridge and it's just a complete tonal shift because we're shown the real picture of what taylor looks like from the stranger's perspective but she's internalized that perspective and it's clear by the time she finishes the end of the song.

Like "sapphire tears on my face, sadness became my whole sky but some guy said my auras moonstone just cause he was high" like the fact that she used moonstone blue for the album, it's clear the guy here is Joe but what's interesting is she says sapphire tears and sadness became my whole sky (another bigger than the whole sky reference please im sobbing yall) but some guy, like he's just some guy, she doesn't know who he is, he's a complete stranger and he calls her moonstone... she says sapphire tears but he says ur moonstone... the difference in shade here and like it's nice to have a friend.... it speaks to Taylor's innocence that she lost after the blue sky that meyer painted her* into and then turned to rain with his abuse of her... and there is this recurring theme that she thinks of herself as a dark, midnight blue shade of rain but joe sees her as the most ultimately light shade of blue...

Like this goes back to how she talks about true love being simple and childlike in its nice to have a friend, but it also cuts deeper than that because taylor has been lonely since she was seven (if im interpreting seven correctly, this was when she made the decision to be famous... we know she made the decision to be famous because she was being bullied and treated like an outcast) so like, in a way, her desire to be liked led her to finding some guy in this bejeweled bridge and he's the first person in forever to see the core of who she is in a really long time...

Like he saw her as moonstone and she forgot that she was originally a light blue sky before all the pain hardened her until that moment and it's such a cute song about how once you decide to heal and pump yourself up to go out in public and be seen as your authentic self, it can lead to great outcomes of emotional happiness for you.

Like, also, there is the fact that this album is also retrospective so she's looking back at it now with her now mentality so it's significant to me that she made a love song/song about feeling neglected in ur romantic relationships about hyping herself back up after being seen in public and going out and still being beautiful.

Like, there's real ED fears in that statement there she gave about the meaning of bejeweled and I like that she says things that we have to interpret ourselves as fans now in interviews. It's nice that she has that boundary up now, but like the fact that she still feels the need to dazzle and sparkle and wow, that's so vulnerable of her to admit honestly and I thank her for it.

Nobody really talks about being a healthy body after being sick for a long time and how that really is the biggest fucking trigger and the reason recovery can take years for people to go through because it's so hard to want to be healthy when everyone is disappointed with your healthy body, because they see it as a negative. So im sure she does need to hype herself up from time to time because I have to everytime I see my fucking mother, and it's obvious she's uncomfortable with being healthy in public at times, I've noticed a few tells here and there and I really commend her for being so brave and willing to stay true to herself even when society is not as nice to you as they should be.

awww!!!! pls, you are so lovely!! my mum and step dad are currently in the process of basically redoing their dream house, they purchased a house but it was in a really bad state, the previous owner did not take care of it at all so they've basically stripped the house, took the inside walls and ceilings down and are doing it up their way. it's gonna look amazing when it's finished. the house—for some reason—had 23 different wasp nests (no wasps btw!! thankfully, i'd of run a mile) 💀 the previous owner also had a lot of greenhouses but he smashed all of them up and there was so much glass in the garden. it took my mum and i DAYS to carefully dispose of the broken glass (and what's annoying, is that there are still tiny fragments of glass that you come across in the garden 💀) the house is in the middle of the countryside, and oh my god.... seeing all the lambs & calves 🥰🥰🥰 SOOOO CUTE. i really want to brush the hair of a highland cow, that's one of my dreams 💘
