You haven't seen one of these since they were just buttons and dials attached to a cord on the wall. It's amazing how much human technology has advanced in such a short time. Regardless of setbacks you're learning new facts about the modern world left and right, and you owe it all to your new companion.

You felt as if you owed him for his kindness, despite him insisting your company was payment enough. If that truly was the case, what better way to thank him than with gentle adulation using words you've picked up during late night binges scouring the internet. He always teases you for your "grandma speech" when you've complimented him in the past, despite the flush of his cheeks reaching his ears everytime. You wonder what his reaction will be when you call him by terms more fitting to the times.

C.C poses in front of his mirror - balancing on his toes as he bends to get a better look at the curve of his skirt over his rear. "So what do you think, babe? Am I cute enough for your first night out on the town?"

It's about the sixth time he's changed his skirt alone, but you think he's looked lovely in all of them. Nevertheless- it's your time to shine. Clearing your throat, you straighten your back as your eyes meet his from the mirror.

now that I have watched every tv show Daniel is in for more than 2 episodes, I'm ranking all his characters from worst to best, I'm using (-M) to mark points retracted for murder

6. The Weeping Monk - he's a tortured hot emo babe but I can't forgive the genocide (-M)

5. Lorenzo de Medici - appreciate what he did for the Renaissance but bruh could you be any more boring, plus points for cunty period costumes and saying Maddalena (-M)

4. Kaleb/Kol - points retracted for someone else establishing the character before him, extra points for making me interested in that character, a feat not accomplished by Nathaniel (-M)

3./2. Kelly Lord - the blossoming from an emo english meow meow into a flamboyant trainwreck with abandonment trauma is greatly appreciated, massive points for serving cunt (especially that pink piece that nearly killed me) and a little extra love for being the embodiment of middle child (-M)

2./3. Troy Otto - I do love me some psychopathy, especially when it's caused by a parental figure/childhood trauma (Kai Parker) (-M)

The tie between Kelly and Troy is because of their limited time on each show, I'm sure they will humanise Troy in FTWD enough for him to be clearly better than Kelly. That being said, Kelly would for sure be my fav character if they got season 2

1. Isaac Lahey - the full package: orphan, childhood trauma, abandonment issues, using humor and wit as coping mechanisms, an attempt was made to make him look edgy (I guess?), more chemistry with men than women, wears scarfs, no genocide, murder or attempted SA to tarnish the character

If all the other Choices Books were tv shows/books in the HSS universe, which ones would Evie and Aiden watch/read together?

For the life of me I have never quite been able to make headcanons for these until now, let's fucking goooooo

(For the purpose of these headcanons, I'm going to assume all the TV/book versions of these stories use the MCs, LIs, and other choices that I used)

TCATF, it's basically canonically a TV series in the HSS universe itself with the MC's bedroom even having a poster of it. It would definitely be something Evie is very fond of, especially for characters like Kenna, Val, and Sei. Although it wouldn't be as big of a favorite to Evie as she gets older, she'd still hold it dear to her and she and Aiden would love watching it together as a comfort show.

ATV, the whole futuristic scifi vibe is something Evie would adore and they would also looooove the soundtrack. And Aiden would have a crush on Kepler.

The Phantom Agent, they both (Evie especially) love the secret agent genre, James Bond films included. And they would both rave so hard over the opening music. And they'd especially love a wlm take on James Bond adventures. They'd definitely try and roleplay the dynamics between MC and Nurse Lou + Alexis Reid hehe.

BOLAS, Evie would love the adventure. Also Aiden would have the biggest crush on Imtura (and f!orc!MC, but I'm probably gonna have multiple MCs that I love equally) and Evie would be like the biggest "Imtura is goals". IIRC BOLAS was confirmed to be an actual game/TV series in AME Book 3, so there's that.

DLS, for... many reasons. One, Aiden would go feral for that absolute cunt-serving opening theme. Two, "Hey the main leads kinda look like us". Three, "OMG cunty genderfucking bottom dude and a tough masc buff GNC top lady". Four, it would spark Aiden's interest in trying sheer tops for when he wants to dress a little more cunty/GNC. Five, "heehee pegging coded innuendos everywhere". For all these reasons they would 100% try to roleplay the steamy scenes, or at least the steamy scenes would definitely inspire Aiden to get a little more initiative/controlling in the bedroom with Evie. Like there's one scene where the MC can make Charlotte suck his nips and be more commanding to her and I can definitely see Aiden trying that too, especially when he notices how much Evie loves seeing it happen on screen. So needless to say, she would GREATLY enjoy it.

BaBu, Evie may have negative-infinity interest in becoming pregnant, but that doesn't mean she and Aiden can't enjoy a cute pregnancy story every now and then.

It Lives, Endless Summer, TH:M, MAH, They're my other top tier favorites along with HSS and so I think Evie and Aiden would love them too. They'd quite enjoy imagining themselves in those adventures. Although I feel I should discount TH:M because I've been liking the headcanon that my f!MC Otto is an estranged maternal Aunt to Evie. And MAH because I headcanon Evie and Aiden become neighbors to and befriend Tyler and my f!MC Peggy when they move temporarily to an apartment in SF a year after they marry.

These cybermen aren’t nearly as cunty as the other ones the Master created but they have flair

No but seriously the detailed metalwork on these cybermen is so good. I highly suggest looking it up…they’re apparently going by cybermasters now. Did a 16 year old boy in 2007 come up with that?

I have been WAITING for this, the whole the Master made up Rasputin…but i apparently will have to wait a little longer as we return to, you guessed it, modern day London

I know this woman is a former companion, but I do not know who she is. Ok we have Ace and Tegan. I love that we have older women who were companions coming back for this. I wish I knew more about classic Who to know exactly what the deal was with the cybermen and Tegan. Obviously, no companion has a GOOD experience with them but was there something more??

Anyway she got sent the miniaturized one with the death thingy in it

The Cybermen and Daleks are way too robotic for the Master’s penchant for performing. They’re blunt instruments and he likes to drag out whatever he’s doing to make it hurt the most…but he’ll also play some bops while carrying out his plans

Excuse me?? Ok so…how does this get undone? Man…you can’t just expect Yaz to “get used to” you being the Doctor, not when she was in love with 13. I knew you were a lot of things, the Master, but homophobic??? Ick

This forced regeneration isn’t taking well, oh the outfit slaps though. He’s taken a lot of the most eccentric bits of past Doctors’ outfits (4’s scarf, the question mark sweater vest, the celery lapel pin, it’s a thing of beauty)

They really do just an excellent job making David Bradley look like the First Doctor

There’s just so much history between them

How on earth did Dan and Graham meet?? Graham just randomly runs onto—oh. Apparently there was some kind of invitation…oh, a support group for past companions! That’s actually really nice!

Summarizing my feelings for anyone who cares for the fts concert day 1 since I think I'll only pop in when I feel like it for day 2 (spoilers ofc)

Set list was great and every song had its own flair to be appreciated - live vocals and adlibs always hit differently

The boys def had their mics on and their performance energy never disappoints and can't be matched

They were glowing - literally and seemed to really be enjoying themselves 🥹 I hope they're always happy

Styling was great, a tad simple but not too simple idk I wasn't like blown away but I wasn't disappointed

So much seungkwan love ugh his presence was definitely missed (hi back up dancer with the perm istg u were in smth before) and he most certainly was not forgotten - he even showed up during vocal unit's perf in the audience! And was in the VODs!

LOTS OF FLASHING but the vods were both funny and hot and cryptic but I'm just glad I didn't get a migraine 😭

Vocal unit's performance was so bouncy and energetic and soft and full of love. Their part of the VOD def fit the angelic vocals my god I was sooo soft

idubily fuckin slayed and we got highlight too! They were hot af, served insane amt of cuntiness as expected and chan looked like a goddamn snack, dinner, brekky, lunch, and dessert

Back it up! She never misses! And fire was as amazing as I expected. Not sure abt the fits but cheol's low shirt and necklaces made up for whatever was going on

Vernon absolutely stole the show btw in general. He was so expressive n full of energy and he looked so good <33333

Jeonghan fucking popped off as well I adore concert jeonghan he always looks so good and is so so so dramatic

Jihoon's entrance, vocals, and hair - he is everything to me

Theaterteen! Ugh so full of joy and kidult ugh my heart I was just soft and weepy the entire time...

Until anyone came on and I was like yeah racerteen slaps and I got my center dancer kyeom AND THEN HE TOOK OFF HIS JACKET FOR A BIT ROAR

Beautiful btw was 💔💔💔💔💔 so fun and they make US feel so loved I'll cry again

Hoshi was so annoying remind me he's the introvert but I love him and his hair looked great p sure his whole ass arms were out for no reason and his intro im in tears

Joshua was so embarrassing but he looked so good and sang so well I'll forgive him

They all looked great!

They bullied tf out of wonu and Jun in the beginning lmaooooo I'll save u boys from the menaces 😭

Hao's hair popped off and his nails were painted!

Cheol was SO sweaty ajkslalaksjd and his facial expressions were soooo 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 he had sm love for his members and carats istg it's good he had blonde hair or I would've clawed through the screen when he put glasses on

Seokmin looked so fluffy and cute and he wasn't terribly sweaty despite being dressed in two layers most of the time until the brushed his hair back but whatever 🙄 vocal king and menace to gyu

I fell asleep halfway through the encore and ments but I just love svt sm ❤️

act III has so much hate but i thought it was fine SJSJSKSJFKFIDKFK it did what it set out to do and it certainly isnt as interesting as act IV but it did So much of the foundational work for the next act and managed to work well enough. it got a bit repetitive so like no it wasnt perfect at all but idk when u go in with the right mindset its perfectly competent. but i can see it feel horrible when u Really just wanna get to the action parts so like its fine if ppl dislike it jsjajsk not too pressed either way

I do agree they have a very unfriendly relationship and it is 100% over the fact that Greg chooses Tom (or rather Tom chooses him lol) that veers close to hate because of who she is and how she treats everybody, especially Tom.

However, I can totally see a world where if Shiv and Tom were an actual team instead of her treating him like shit, the 3 of them could be a fucking powerhouse, covering every angle and take everything from under Logan/Ken.

Because at the very beginning of the show we see Greg choosing Shiv over Rome with the papers thing in ep 1 (which is also the thing that killed Greg in Rome's mind, he didn't do the one thing he asked so Greg was dead to him after that).

So potentially Greg was totally down to do Shiv's bidding and then he got close to Tom and became Tom's Greg and nobody paid any attention to what either of them did.

I love the scene at Caroline's wedding when the 3 of them are talking about Comfrey and making fun of Rome. The potential that trio had was totally untapped with how fucked up Tom and Shiv are, so naturally Tom and Greg gravitated toward each other, which is turn makes Shiv not give a fuck if they don't serve her purposes.

Even in s4, Greg was willing to negotiate with Shiv and all she did was threaten him (which we all know doesn't work lol) because at that point she is the one that hates Greg for having a rapport with Matsson and obviously supporting Tom all this time.

I don't even like Shiv but that scene at the wedding has such a grip on me for some reason!

i think that's the point though - shiv and tom and greg are supposed to all be at odds. i do not think there would be quite so much of an issue with ts relationship if greg were not around. like obviously they would have their fights, tom would be miserable, shiv would be bored and unable to be vulnerable with him etc. the events would still happen, but i think greg is a huge wrench in the works as well. america decides helps show this too, when tom moves into a room and greg makes to follow, shiv tries to physically block him from getting to him lmao. the show makes pretty pointed parallels and cinematography to indicate that tg are having at the very least an emotional affair and i don't think shiv would ever tolerate something like that, and she wouldn't tolerate someone else being chosen/preferred over her and like. that's not exactly a nice feeling anyway lmao, so...

i mean i don't think he Hates shiv or anything he doesn't want her dead lmao but you know. he doesn't like her. he dislikes her and that's fine bc she dislikes him too. wrt the beginning of the show he ended up choosing her because she appeared much more personable than roman and like he probably thought she could potentially be nice to him, and perhaps he gravitated more towards females because he's used to having his mother and like, she's not the nicest in the world to him but she's pretty decent so it makes sense.

and i mean even if greg hated somebody he would try to negotiate with them first of all, because it's easier and it's efficient and it gets him with good backup, that's just how he is naturally. no matter who the person was he would try to do the same thing i think. but yeah no there were multiple reasons imo that she ended up doing what she did instead and threatened him, but that wasn't the particular reason greg did what he did. he did it for tom, shiv was just the only person who could have saved herself. like, if she had offered something instead of threaten him she could've saved herself. but alas lmao.

i really like that scene too but i think for different reasons askJADLKJ like. i feel like shiv is being pretty cunty to greg and tom is Kinda joining in BUT he's giving greg these looks like. these kind of affair looks lmao. little smiles and bursting with happiness almost as though he knows what is going to happen later on.

10. Favorite Season

Ugggh if I had to choose only one its s3 just because the looks are so good and the drama in untucked is epic too. I think its as close to a perfect season that Drag Race has ever had. (but s2 is also my fave because the draaaama was LEGENDARY and so authentic. I mean, some of them still hate each other 8 years later!)

12. Jujubee or Manila?

Definitely Jujubee. I love Manila’s drag and she’s very talented but I’ve always found her personality to be a bit too much for me. Jujubee is the OG shady bitch. I’ve never seen a queen throw shade quite as smoothly as she does. And not only is she hilarious, she is also stunning! One of my favourite queens.

13. Raven or Raja?

(I knew someone would ask me this lol) BOTH! I CAN’T CHOOSE BETWEEN MY LESBIAN AUNTS I’M SORRY!!!

16. Best Feud

Tyra vs. Tatianna was and is still iconic. You could just tell they hated each other and it was real shit, no acted out, scripted fights. I mean, its been 8 fucking years and these two are still feuding, when will your faves?

20. Favorite ‘villain’

Willam. He was a cocky little shit in s4 but damn was he hilarious! I loved how he managed to get under all the other queens’ skin and caused so much drama during untucked. A legend.

24. Favorite friendship

I mean…duh. Obviously Raja and Raven lol. We already know why because I never shut up about them so I won’t elaborate. But I also love Raven and Jujubee, the AAA girls, and Monique, Asia and Monet this season.

25. Favorite Top Three

At the time it was airing I probably would’ve said s2, but obviously now I don’t fucks with Tyra. So Probably s5. I loved Roxxxy and Alaska and since the show have come to appreciate Jinkx’s humor and her amazing singing and acting abilities.

28. Least Favorite Queen

Tyra Sanchez (I don’t think I really need to explain why. Who scares people into thinking they’re gonna bomb a huge event like that??)

30. Meanest Queen

Outside the show, probably Tyra again. She just seems so aggressive and hateful. I know she gets alot of shit from “fans” of the show, but the way she responds to it is not cute.

On the show, there have been quite a few “mean queens”. Raven, Raja, Delta, Willam, Detox (pretty much all the WeHo queens lol), Phi Phi, Roxxxy, Gia etc. were all pretty mean and bitchy during their respective seasons. Aside from Phi Phi, these were all my favorite queens tbh (what can I say I like the cunty queens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

35. Favorite shocking moment

Probably Willam throwing up and being kicked off the show. I did not know it was coming at all so it was a huge shock when I watched. He served drama every second he was on that show.

37. Favorite Catchphrase by a contestant

I’m not usually a fan of “catchphrases” because I find a lot of queens try to force them to become a meme and its very off-putting. However, I still use Hieeee and Byieeeee to greet my friends all the time. Also Miss Vaaanjie

40. Least Favorite Season

Just regular seasons: s7. I just found there was too many mediocre acting challenges and even though we had some good look queens, they tended to all blur together for me with all the corsets and lingerie

All Stars: AS3. Most of the challenges were dumb. (The only good one was the Bitchelor) and that stupid jury twist at the end ruined the entire season even more imo.

41. Rolaskatox or The Heathers?

Rolaskatox. As much as I love Raja, the Heathers/Boogers thing did start to feel a little high school after a while. Plus I wasn’t a huge fan of the other members of the Heathers at the time. I really liked Alaska, Detox, and Roxy and definitely thought they were the most creative and sickening queens on s5.
