do y'all ever think about the fact that bobby is literally chris' grandpa? like yeah, bobby is a father figure to buck. but buck is also chris' second dad.
that's a dynamic i am reminded of whenever i see eddie and bobby interact outside of the fire station and it's a dynamic that should be explored more overall.

Y'know what, I do love Spiderbit to pieces but I am actually very happy that Roier sorta backed away and told Cellbit that Bobby is his and Jaiden's son. Cellbit can very much be his step-dad! But it's him and Jaiden that went through all the love and grief together first.
#it also made me happy because I know some people tend to reduce Roier to his relationship with Cellbit#and while this is still very much about his relationship with Jaiden#i think it's very important to his character#cellbit wasn't in the wrong for assuming! because he also loved Bobby and he loves Roier so it makes sense#it's just. that was very important to me#qsmp#roier#jaiden animations#cellbit

Don was deep in thought while he walked to the general store. So much so that he didn’t hear Bobby yelling at him from across the street and the next thing he knew, Bobby was at his side, interrupting his racing mind with a nudge to his side.
“Going deaf on me now, Hume?”
All Don did was shake his head and continued walking.
“So where ya headed?” Bobby had to quicken his pace in order to keep up with Don’s long stride.
“The store.”
“What’re the chances? I’m headed there too!” Bobby noticed that Don was ignoring him. “You okay there, Don? You seem… quieter than normal.”
“I’m fine.” He wasn’t. Truth be told, his stomach was in knots and the knots were only getting tighter the closer he got to the store.
Bobby wasn’t convinced and, after prodding again, Don snapped at him. “We’re not in the boat, Moch; you don’t have to cox me.”
Bobby let his remark fly; Don was obviously worked up about something and was in a mood so for now, he’d let him be. Okay.

hi friends, i'm procrastinating doing my fema courses in favor of watching season 4 <3 have a lil bit of eddie vs the hoa
It’s just—Buck is big and it kind of drives Eddie a little crazy.
Like? God, okay. He’s a little stupid over it. You’ll have to forgive him.
He is so big, right, larger than Eddie and Eddie isn’t a small guy. He’s filled out since finishing his probationary year, settling in his career and getting comfortable in the life he chose for himself and Chris. He’s more functional muscle than big gains; his stomach’s soft, protected by a sweet layer of fat, but his core’s solid and his arms are twice the size they used to be when he was twenty-seven.
See? He isn’t small.
But, like, Buck’s just bigger, wider and broader and thicker, and there’s something so delicious about having somebody that large at his mercy, at his every beck and call. Buck has this quality about him, no matter his size, like he’s always ready to drop to his knees and let himself be taken care of, and it has Eddie’s head buzzing in a way that most definitely isn’t from the beer.

“I called Bobby, by the way.” he changes the subject again before Eddie can respond and deny that he’s pouting now, which he definitely is, lower lip pushed forward in the most adorable way. Eddie just sighs, which turns into a cough.
“What for?” he manages to croak out.
“To tell him you’re sick and can’t go to work tomorrow.” Buck moves towards the medicine cabinet and pulls out some cough drops, placing them on the table in front of Eddie. “Like I said I would. Don’t argue, you’re staying home and getting better.”
“Ugh, fine.” Eddie responds with less fight than Buck expected. Maybe he’s slowly starting to admit he is, in fact, sick. Or maybe just really wants to finally talk, and is trying to speed it up. Either way, Buck’s not complaining. “But you’re going to work?”
“Yeah, why wouldn’t I?” Buck turns away to check on the soup again, gets a spoon to try it.
“So you’re gonna leave me here all alone?” Eddie sighs dramatically, and Buck chuckles again.
“You’ll live. I’ll come here straight after. And-” he turns back towards Eddie. “I’m gonna stay the night and get Christopher to school tomorrow, too. Just so you can rest and really recover. Don’t fight me on this, you won’t win this one.” he says, half-teasing, and sees Eddie’s face melt into gratitude and so much love, now full on display, likely also tired of hiding it.
“You can stay forever.” he says so earnestly it takes Buck’s breath away. He wants nothing more than to stay here forever, in Eddie’s home, by Eddie’s side, with him and Christopher, the two halves of his heart.

I’m rewatching Mayday and I know we all noticed it the first time but I think this deserves to be talked about more:
Cap pairs Buck and Lucy up, they have an assignment they know what they need to do they’re getting their turnouts on to go in. Cap realizes May is still in there and decides to go in and tells Eddie to get turnouts. So the logical, easiest thing to do would be to have Eddie with him since Buck and Lucy are already paired up and going in right? Right?
Wrong. Cap knows Buck and Eddie are the best partners in the whole wide world so he does a whole switcharoo so Buck can have his partner back. There’s a reason I love Captain Bobby Nash
