He knew of his crush on you, but didn't let it affect his behavior since he didn't want to accidentally make you feel awkward or bad

He always had that joyful feeling around you, always looked forward to seeing you everyday

So it hit him hard when he noticed you were avoiding him

At first he would be bitter, telling himself that you didn't want to be his friend anymore, but he eventually started to be more sad about it

He would approach you about why you were avoiding him, wanting to get his thoughts off his chest

When you bashfully explained you were just shy because you were developing feelings for him

He laughs at you, making you shrink further into yourself until he wrapped an arm around your shoulder

He asks what took you so long, smile getting wider the more relaxed you became with his affection

His flirting can get overwhelming, though- especially when he takes surprise pictures with you for Magicam

He doesn't approach you when he figures out that you're avoiding him, he feels it would've happened eventually

If he starts to notice your true emotions, however long it may take, it'll push him to start interacting with you again

He'll see his feelings as more valid and uses the opportunity to win you over more

He confesses to you by taking another sneaky pic and posting it on Magicam, putting you in the caption as his s/o

You'll have to confront him about it, but he's definitely messing with you as you question him in a flustered tone about your relationship

He likes talking about you on Magicam from then on, asking if you would do a lot of the couple's challenges or tags with him

You'll try to avoid him, but it takes a while for him to get that and he'll approach you all the time anyway

When he does notice your attempts to avoid him, he gets a bit sad and wonders if he did anything wrong

Probably tries to make you something food-wise to apologize and will bring it to your dorm

He has such a sad but adorable pout as he holds out his dish to you, asking if you could forgive him-

When you tell him about needing time away to gather your feelings for him, his smile returns and he agrees to give you space

Very happy to accept any feelings you have for him, he'll ask if he can throw a party to celebrate your decision

Won't if you ask him not to and just settles with taking you with him on a magic carpet ride instead

Heyy! I was catching up on your NCT rising sign posts and firstly it was sooo cool to see how in-depth u and other go that’s my fav like if u wanna guess risings u can’t just go off of looks! U gotta think any house and planet placements lol the whole thing. I wanted to come here to share my thoughts on Chenle and Heachan specifically bc I recently put a lot of thought into it for some reason lol

For Chenle I know he’s a sag/Scorpio cusp but I rlly think he’s a sag and I was running the numbers and for him to be a sag he would have had to been born after 3pm! I used to be rlly confident he was a cap rising bc he has intense bone structure and eyes but not in a Scorpio way, more in a strict saturn way. But to be a sag puts him past a lot of potential rising signs so the only ones left that have him at sag sun were Aries to Libra. I played around w some of them and I feel like he could be a Gemini rising! It makes sense cuz he’s known for being sooo friendly, bright, curious, and playfully witty and snarky. Here’s the selling point tho, depending on the time it could put his Gemini Saturn in first! Which explains why he looks like a cap rising to me lol

I’m bringing Haechan into this too bc I know a lot of ppl think he could be a Gemini rising and tbh I’d still buy it but I wanted to propose another idea. I think he could def be an Aries rising! And that would put all the sign in their natural house which I think makes sense w his Leo moon in 5th and the Gemini in 3rd etc. and when I try to compare him and Chenle in regards to whose more of a Gemini rising, it makes haechan seem less like one. So,I hope it's okay but I think with the recent info that Haechan allegedly confirmed his birth time (which I personally take with a grain of salt because I've read that he apparently talked about his birth time before and said it was around 12 pm so....we gotta take his word here but I think we all generally know one has to be critical with all casual mentioned birth times from celebrities, but guessing peoples rising sign is for fun so in the end it's not that serious and let's have our fun disecting the chart with the info we have now!!) I want to talk about Haechan's rising sign first!

So one thing that always stood out for me when it came to Haechan was that he seemed very sensitive to me. It's almost like it's kinda written on his face when he speaks (or doesn't) and I think by the way he acts (very animated and reactive) it just underlines this sensitivity and just emotional receptivness. So I wasn't really suprised to see that he has a Cancer Mercury. Being a Gemini sun already places a huge empathize on his Mercury sign, and Gemini with the influence of water really makes for some pretty reactive people, because they can be highly sensitive to the words, moods and hidden intentions of others. Makes one really moody as well, especially if it's a Gemini with water influence but that's just a random fun fact I wanted to add on asdfghkl. If we take his alleged birth time into consideration, he'd have not only a Scorpio rising, but also a Pluto in the 1st. I think the look of his eyes can be pretty droopey at times and yet very focused/piercing at the same time, kind of like he challenges you in that sense, and this is certainly a theme I noticed in a lot of Scorpio risings, especially if they have Pluto in the 1st as well (which a lot of second/third decade Scorpio risings have). Also, having his Chart ruler in the 1st and in the opposite of his Sun and Venus would explain why he is kind of 'on and off' in that sense with his energy and moods (when you watch him in interviews with 127 especially, behind the scenes, at vlives, etc), especially him asserting his presence in the room with a Sun opposite Pluto would make a lot of sense (btw, this is all written in a neutral perspective and no critique, this is just me explaining his behaviour with astrology here). Haechan also is extremely 'scheming', even when he just sits and doesn't talk in an interview he seems to think ahead and I think this os something that comes really naturally to him, just connecting the dots and adding his own twists and turns to a conversation and story. Also, his Mercury in the 8th adds to the sensitivity I got from him, and that with his Scorpio rising and Pluto in the 1st really add to his driness at times, just really flat with his responses and reactions (which come pretty quick and surprising as well). And let's not forget his Uranus and Neptune in the 3rd: very distinguished and unique voice, as well as having Uranus in the 3rd would contribute to his 'on and off' switch but generally very high energy he has, especially when having a conversation. Despite that having Sun and Mercury in the 7th in a conjunction makes one really sociable in the sense you could feel the need to communicate and interact with others (especially when the Sun in 7th is involved, outs great empathise on being with others, lack of social connections can result in strong lonliness at worst). Oh and not to forget he'd have a Virgo MC with a Scorpio Ascendant. For me at least, it only adds to the fact that Haechan is really a jack of all traits, Virgo MC people usually come across as pretty capable and are pretty self composed (also can come across as quiet judgy and they don't even notice it).

OKAY I WILL STOP NOW ITH HAECHAN WOWIE LET'S MOVE ON TO CHENLE okay so I think I've mentioned before that I think Chenle's face has strong Cancerian/Jupiterian vibes for me - his bone structure is phenomenal ofc, but I think his face seems kind of 'stretched' (same with Taeil) which is btw not (!) meant in any negative way because that doesn't exclude being pretty ofc. I know an anon before mentioned that they believe he is a Sagittarius rising but with him being a possible Sagittarius Sun that would explain the effect of his Cancer Jupiter! I think I once talked about him reminding me of young Leonardo DiCaprio so much that I just wished for him to be a Libra rising, but to be fair I think an Air Ascendant would make sense for his nature in general. Ex: to have a Libra rising he'd have to be born around 2am, which ofc would make him still a Scorpio but would put his Cancer Jupiter in the 10th house, also in a possible exact conjunction to his MC (and even if not it's still the closest planet to his MC). He'd have his Moon, Mars and Uranus both in the 5th house which would generally explain his extremely friendly nature (if we can believe Johnny's rising and I sadly kinda doubt it tbh because I can see him just trolling us with his birthtime I'm seeing the parallels here) and why it's so easy and probabl also important to him to conenct with others and be on good terms. Generally speaking I find him pretty jolly in nature and I think if he'd have his Jupiter in the 10th, possibly conjunct his MC and an Aqurius stellium in the 5th (+ possible Libra rising) that could be it. He'd have a Scorpio stellium in the 2nd house with his Sun in the 29th degree, and even if this is said to make people closed off, part of Scorpio in the 2nd house is a) maintaing close and intimate relationships is key for them, they really need that and b) they trive on being liked and admired. Not to say that he is fake in that sense (all people are to an extent but that's beside the point) but this can definitely add to a general charisma! But idk if Chenle is actually 'edgy' enough for this potential birth chart, probably not I believe

Another possible rising sign I thought for him was actually Taurus rising, putting his Sun, Mercury and Venus (exactly on the Descendant here if it would be in the 2nd decan) in the 7th house and his Aqaurius stellium in the 10th, Jupiter in the 3rd. With his Sun being already in Sagittarius I think it would add to a natural 'want to feel good' attitude and searching for pleasure and good times in every situation and Aquarius in the 10th can make for very sociable people, even if they feel more introverted in that sense they have an easier time making connections with others, or others feel drawn to their friendly and understanding nature. Also, his Jupiter in the 3rd would be in a trine woth his Venus in 7th (especially if it's on the Descnedant) which can grand him an easy hand with social groups and settings to begin with!

And I really like your idea behind the Gemini rising, depending on the decan, his MC could still be in Aquarius with his Aquarius Mars in the 9th conjunct his MC and his Uranus in the 10th conjunct his MC as well, and again, putting his Moon in the 10th. Idk but his Aquarius stellium being possibly in the 10th just really seems to resonate for me 🤠🤠 Also, having a Sagittarius Sun in the 6th would make him most likely someone who's easier to work with, because these people value having a good and rather lighthearded atmosphere around them. Very enjoyable and loyal as friends and extremely passionate in their work place/when they pursue something their heart is in.

I will forever be biased towards this ship because of Jun’s own obvious favoritism

From Jun piggybacking Vernon since predebut to Vernon piggybacking Jun in a photo card

Even the members are constantly pairing them up because of their similar personality traits: referring to them as the alien duo, pure duo, and the only two members who identify as being less easily affected by stress

Jun’s habit of calling Vernon “Hansol-ah” even on cam, he doesn’t do that to any other member with a stage name

How Vernon acts as a great listener to Jun and helps reiterate his deep thoughts. He’s always giving Jun his full attention whenever he speaks, often instantly snapping out of a zoning out moment, it’s almost like he has a Jun radar

They just have a very casual/natural vibe around each other that I can never put my finger on. I guess it’s because they carry such similar “auras” that whenever they interact, their own little bubbles kind of merge together to form a big JunSol bubble? And there’s just this oddly peaceful feeling idk

Possibly have known each other for the longest as trainees in terms of actually “being together”, largely because they had an overlapping schedule with Korean classes in addition to regular trainee lessons; a friendship that was built on a language barrier within a language barrier

Both are the type to seem all elegant and pretty until they open their mouths, put them together for max dork energy (similar sense of humor is a plus)

How they both indulge in each other’s shenanigans despite throwing shade afterwards

Kind of a follow-up note to the previous point, but Jun really likes getting Joshua involved in whatever he’s currently into and is even comfortable with sharing things that might be considered on the weirder side to others. A recent example is Joshua sharing that Jun got him to try luosifen, but when the other members also expressed interest Jun was like “wait wait wait... it’s THAT thing, you know? you guys sure??”

Wonwoo’s the phantom member of the Jun fanclub (which is currently headed by Seungkwan and Mingyu). You can always see him on the side or in the back smiling to himself when Jun says or does something funny, and he’s also one of the few who immediately gets and reacts to his jokes, then proceeds to share and explain it to the others

They’re the introvert gamer duo who like to hole up in their hotel room together and play (presumably respective) games

Wonwoo indulges Jun so much, it’s literally like watching a cat lover with his cat sometimes, and he always has this soft (whipped) smile on while doing so

The only member who has referred to Jun as the one he’s closest to is Wonwoo, the BFF dynamic is canon

cravity ideal types- MY OPINION

🔸i decided to not include an empirical height since we don’t know all of their real heights, i just did it in comparison to them so “shorter” or “taller”, i hope this is okay!🔸

*once legal

serim: 1999-2003*

i think serim would like someone who was shorter than him, but still considered quite tall in society, with long legs. someone who also dressed well would match him perfectly. i think he would want someone who took care of their appearance and presented themselves well at all times. he would probably like someone who never really “dressed down” when they were out, saving it only for when the two of them were alone. i get a feeling he finds the alternative aesthetic attractive on others, including piercings (and tattoos possibly).

in terms of their personality, i think serim would look for someone who would stand by him at all times (when justified) yet would challenge him to better himself. i get the feeling that serim always wants to be number 1 and wouldn’t settle for anything else and so someone that gives him that confidence and tells him where to improve without fear would be perfect. i think he would really like someone who was always smiling too, someone who was content with their life even if they weren’t living the lavish lifestyle that they had dreamed, it would make him feel like he should be happy too and would allow him to appreciate the little things in life that maybe others didn’t. oh also, someone with god tier playlist hehe.

allen: 1999-2004*

i think allen would want someone who was a similar height to him, maybe a little shorter but he wouldn’t mind, with an athletic build. i feel like he would adore someone who wore a natural look most of the time and appeared quite youthful in their looks. the clothes that they wear wouldn’t really have any effect of allen but seeing someone in colourful clothing would make him subconsciously very happy. i see him with someone who has big eyes and big lips, quite like himself, with pale skin and light hair, shoulder length or shorter. idk why but i think he’d find tattoos kinda hot and would love to learn about their meanings when he was alone with that person.

personality wise, i think allen would want someone who was a little flirtatious and playful, but only to him. he radiates playful energy himself so someone who was also like that would compliment his personality really well, especially when the two of them were alone. i don’t think he would like someone with no goals and no ambitions, i feel he would want to be inspired by his s/o and so they really need to be driven and determined to reach their own goal, whatever that may be. allen would probably find it really cute if they saved a part of themselves for his eyes only, for example if they acted tough in front of others but were actually really sensitive and in touch with their emotions behind closed doors.

jungmo: 1999-2003*

i don’t think that jungmo would take height into consideration when finding an s/o, but the idea of him with someone taller is so cute in my mind ahhh. i think he would like someone with beauty that is unique but can still be appreciated if that makes sense. he would want the right amount of cute and the right amount of hot in a person, just like himself, but would maybe only reveal one of those things to other people, leaving the other one just for him. hair wise, i think he would like someone with long brown hair that he can play with. i don’t really think he would fall for someone based on looks alone and would probably weigh it wayyy more on personality and attitudes.

like i mentioned before, i think someone with duality would make this boy w e a k. he would appreciate someone with a kind heart but a sharp tongue, someone that wouldn’t be afraid to call someone out on their bs. their humour would be what attracts him the most though, his partner must have a sense of humour that compliments his or else he would feel restricted in what he says or does. i get vibes from him that he is a good listener, so i think he needs someone to talk to too sometimes, someone who could also offer him sensible advice when he needs it. cooking for him is probably the way to his heart and so he would want someone that knows their way around a kitchen.

woobin: 2001-2005*

i sense woobin would want an s/o who understands him and his values and has a similar mindset to him, it would make communication easier and neither of you would be afraid to overstep any boundaries. i think he would want someone who knows what they want but isn’t afraid of making mistakes along the way, mistakes that they could both learn from together. someone who could show him new things would really spark his interest, he’d want to know more about your passions, especially if they were something he wasn’t too knowledgeable on. learning, to him, is an important part of a relationship and he sees it as quite an intimate aspect.

height wise, i see woobin with someone taller than him, whether that’s a lot or a little, he doesn’t really care. body type isn’t something he cares about either, nor the length of their hair, however, i do think he has a soft spot for mousy brown hair. i don’t really know how to explain this but i think he would like someone who wears neutral colours or house colours that compliments their skin tone, whatever that may be. probably likes people who overdress for every occasion and are a little out there with the style of clothes since the colours aren’t that bold. someone that looks put together is what he finds really attractive and makes him immediately want to learn more about them.

wonjin: 1999-2003*

i don’t think wonjin would be fussy and wouldn’t have a specific type, instead just going off vibes and the connection he has with the person. because of that, i think someone with a similar mindset would match him well since he feels like he can actually converse with them naturally. i think he’s quite an open minded person and so he wouldn’t care for cultural differences and would love to learn things about the other person’s culture. of course, since he loves to be funny and have a laugh, someone uptight wouldn’t be a great match for him and so he would love it if they could be their goofy selves in front of him. honestly probably just wants someone to vibe with more than anything.

height wise, i think he’d look good with someone shorter than him, it would probably make him feel most comfortable- like i said in a previous post, i think he would like to take the lead in a relationship and would prefer more of a “traditional” relationship. i think he would take an interest in the person’s clothing and would judge someone quite quickly off of their fashion, but is always open to changing his opinion on them. dressing well isn’t necessarily something he looks for, instead someone who is brave with their clothing choices and can pull it off. probably likes people who have their nails done, especially when they do it themselves and they aren’t really long.

minhee: 2002-2005*

since he’s an absolute g i a n t, i think he would struggle to feel comfortable physically (sharing a bed, cuddling etc) with someone taller or the same height, and so he would therefore like someone shorter (probably without even realising his reasoning lmao). not to mention he would find it insanely cute and would be his favourite topic of conversation. i think he would like someone with long, light brown hair, which is a lil bit wavy, and would find it very attractive if their eye colour was the same as their hair. he would really like it if they had an interest in fashion and could give him tips on how to make his outfits better.

i think he would like someone academically clever, always achieving good grades and reading in their spare time who could help him study sometimes and keep him motivated, but was also a little bit of a scatter brain. would probably fall for the “class president who everyone actually liked” type of person. someone who didn’t think too much into things unless they were really important would make minhee slightly intrigued. he would find it funny hearing their questionable thought processes but could also understand where they were coming from because he is also chaotic asf. little moments like those made him feel closer to that person and made him fall more in love with them.

hyeongjun: 2001-2003*

okay so, hyeongjun wants to be babied, that’s for certain. i think he’d love a person that was quite motherly, the mum of the group for sure. he’d really admire it if they could help him with things that he struggled with, even if that meant going out of their comfort zone just for him, it would allow him to trust them more. i think he’d be best with an extrovert. at the times when hyeongjun might shy away from things, he would be thankful of someone who could push him forward and make him do things that he might regret not doing later on. since he is sensitive himself, someone who wasn’t sensitive at all might intimidate him and he might feel pressured into acting okay when he isn’t and so i think someone sensitive, like himself, might be more suited to him.

his ideal height for an s/o would probably be shorter, someone who fit the “cute and bubbly” stereotype, while still having some more mature features. i think he would want someone with chubby cheeks and plump lips, both with a pink tint that was more than the average person’s. i don’t think he’d mind about the colour of hair, he might find shorter hair kinda cute tho. i think he would like someone who wore a lot of pastel colours and simple clothes, just like jeans and a tshirts. i think he would prefer someone more feminine.

taeyoung: 2003-2005*

his worst nightmare would probably be having an s/o who was really introverted and serious and so i think he would like someone carefree and just happy, ya know? he would like it if they were optimistic on every occasion and weren’t that cautious about new things, a risk taker. his ideal partner would be described as fun, simply put, there would be nothing that they wouldn’t try. he would appreciate some sarcasm, just to spice things up. for him i think it would be ideal if there was nothing he couldn’t joke about with them (idk i just get a dark humour vibe from him lmao) so he wouldn’t constantly be worried about what he was saying. obviously, it would be preferable if they had an idea about their future, but i think taeyoung would find it admirable if they were adaptable to any career and he would be supportive of whatever they chose.

in terms of height, i don’t think he would mind too much, perhaps preferring someone his height or a little taller. he would like it if they experimented with their looks, whether that be through their hair, their outfits, their make up, their accessories or all of the above, making them look different from the average joe. i’m not saying taeyoung has a thing for hands, but i think he would notice someone’s hands first and would make a judgement from this. he doesn’t strike me as someone who really cares for their appearance and would more likely fall for someone solely for their personality.

seongmin: 2002-2004*

i think he would like someone with a balanced mix of feminine and masculine, someone to compliment his mix of both (does that make sense? probably not). i see him being happiest with someone who is quite shy like himself but not exactly introverted. like they would still rather go out than stay at home to have fun but it would only be the two of them most of the time. he wouldn’t want them to be AS shy as him though because how else would he talk to them? i think he would like it if they were more sensitive than him and weren’t afraid to show their emotions, and at the same time made him feel comfortable about showing his emotions. at the end of the day, he just wants someone who accepts him for who he is without trying to change him in a way that he doesn’t want to, he wants to develop into a better person during a relationship.

seongmin having a smaller s/o would be so freaking cute like he could baby them and a g h so yea i think someone smaller would suit him well! i’d say he likes someone with black hair, maybe dyed underneath like a bright pink or blue or something (that’s a thing, right?), i think he’d find that so cool. i think the first thing he notices about someone is their smile and would like to see that person smiling like all the time. someone who radiates cute energy would make seongmin feel so weak he’d have no choice but to fall in love with them.

I’m genderfluid (but my gender typically only fluctuates between male and non-binary), my pronouns are he/they, my personality type is Intp, my Hogwarts house is Ravenclaw, and my zodiacs are Pieces (sun), Leo (moon), and Libra (rising). I think I’m an ambivert, since I’m introverted when I’m around people I don’t know well, and extroverted around my best friend and my family. I am quite mature, because I’m the oldest out of my siblings and it’s sorta my job to be mature, but when I’m with someone without my siblings, like with my best friend, I give up on being mature and act childish. I guess you could say I’m a “calm chaotic” type of person idk...Anyways, I’m just gonna talk about random things I like now bc idk how else to explain my personality. I enjoy partaking in creative activities, like painting, drawing, and pottery. I also enjoy reading! One of my favorite genres to read is horror. I always enjoy a good spooky story!! NCT AS DIMENSION 20

okay so firstly, this is very niche but its been on my mind for literally ages now. im mostly gonna be focusing on fantasy high characters because that’s the one im most familiar with(d20 release free episodes of crown of candy already ;-; ya girl is suffering) i think i might write a fic or a couple more posts based off this concept but im not sure yet lvfksdvsk let’s get startedddddddd:

so i believe that 2000 line would be the most accurate for fantasy high main characters. i WAS gonna have dream at first but there are 7 members and there are only 6 mcs. so 2000 liners are pretty much perfect for this.

okay idk if it’s me or renjun gives off the extremely polite vibes at first? like thinking of early dream era where he seemed really quiet and chill. buuuuut then i also flashback to him putting chenle in a chokehold in like mfal era which makes me think of the cafeteria scene. i dont think renjun is as anxious as adaine. hes def more confident and more forceful but i think he has that ethereal factor adaine has. renjun would absolutely be a high elf because he would be NOTHING less and he deserves it. i think wizard class fits him really well! also his tiny little elf ear may have convinced me to make him adaine....

so jeno is literally the most like gorgug and it makes me wanna cry kjfnvlsdkl they’re both such loveable sweethearts that are too good for this world but then sometimes???? they just get super intense and fucking insane and it scares me sometimes holy shit. gorgug deals massive damage in battle and can fucking wreck people and jeno,,,,,,lets not talk about it. HES A JOCK DWEEB DO I NEED TO GO FURTHER?? okay so i know that jaemin is pretty introverted and quiet at times bc he likes to chill and im the same way, but when he’s out of his shell or with people who share his energy HES LEGIT LIKE FABIAN. my man’s was a SPEED SKATER, which is so fucking surprising but not the point. im saying that he’s also pretty lean and quick when he wants to be and that makes him good for the type of fighter fabian is. not to mention the weird relationship both fabian and gorgug have and also jaemin and jeno’s relationship. a l s o fabian straight up punched gorgug and then started becoming his friend after being spending time in detention and stuff. jeno and jaemin legit joined at the same time and were seatmates in school and stuff like that.... but this aint about those two. also jaemin’s intonation is fucking funny sometimes but other times i AM willing to fight him bc he wont talk normally (this is a joke vksjdkjs) but the same goes for fabian. the confidence they both have is literally unmatched, its actually kinda scary

first of all look at how spiffy they look, its actually adorable. second, look at my gremlin childrennnnnnnn i love themmmm(yes i know riz is a goblin no i dont care) okay shotaro is literally a child and he’s kinda still new so he’s a bit shy. but he ACTUALLY terrifies me with how talented he is. like in the recent relay when he learned the dance in like an hour. my guy is so quick at picking things up, he’s the perfect riz. also his korean has gotten so good in just like 3 and a half months so that just showssssss how hardworking he is. i dont know, i feel like shotaro is hiding some feral energy and we just need to wait it out and he’ll be foaming at the mouth or smth. shotaro is a liiiiiiitle too cool for the Ball but they both kinda have that dorky feeling to them. like the kid brother whose hair you ruffle all the time. but all in all i just think he’s neat :]

okay the photos dont match that well but thats because i was trying to find him in the pink takeoff outfit and i couldnt find a good screenshot but that’s not the point. now you’re probably thinking “helios, yangyang cant be kristen. make him the Ball or fig or anybody else.” ohoho quite the opposite my friend. i think yangyang is the most like kristen purely bc of the untapped chaotic energy these two have. i literally remember both my first impression of kristen and yy were that they were mostly harmless and then somehow they started speaking and holy shit im terrified of them now. it also makes yangyang being a healer very interesting. they’re both really caring and outgoing, but some of the shit they say literally makes me head fucking spin bc it’s so ridiculous.

BACKGROUND:

okay so, matias grew up in provincetown,massachusetts, i know wtf. it was very idyllic, and both his parents were quite happy with the outdoors, with a love for sailing and soccer, and his mom loved gardening, which they had plenty opportunity to do there.

his dad is like aby rosen, real estate tycoon and entrepreneur, owns a lot of prestigious buildings around the world. his mom is a retired supermodel and is basically like chrissy teigen at this point, socialite making cookbooks and fucking dishing out life advice on twitter and what not.

he has a younger sister, whomst he’d 100% throw hands for. even if all she does is probably roast his ass, it is what he deserves. she’s way smarter than him but then again, it’s not that hard.

so although he did live in provincetown and there were plenty fancy private schools in boston and what not, his parents had a designated fancy private/boarding school in new york. so he moved to new york for high school.

matias was always an immense soccer talent and all he dreamed of while growing up was to one day play for the big european teams, like barcelona, manchester, bayern munchen and what not. i wouldn’t say soccer was/is his life, but like it kinda is. it takes up a lot of his time and thoughts. if he’s not playing soccer he’s probably out for a run or in the gym.

so he graduated with a degree in sports management from ucla, cause if his career as a soccer player falls through. especially since he’s had injuries before and knows that certain injuries are career ending and he wants to do something within the sport even when he can’t plau. his dad has always lowkey wanted for him to take over the company but has also never outright not supported matias’ soccer dreams.

currently he’s playing soccer for the new york red bulls, which is a pretty sick deal and he’s just out here vibing to be honest.

PERSONALITY:

so matias is like a walking contradiction. on the outside he’s very grumpy and gives off a very snobby vibe, like he’s too good for you and like talking to you is a waste of time.

i’d say he’s an introverted mind stuck in an extroverted body. he like can’t help but socialize and talk to everyone but it’s not that he really wants to, in reality he’d rather just be left alone or with the few select he doesn’t mind having around. but has this energy that makes people think the opposite and also quite often is found smiling or cracking jokes lol. is rarely ever serious.

generally dislikes people, like immediately he’ll find something to dislike about someone, maybe he’ll be forced to realize it’s bullshit or maybe he’ll find even more to dislike, but he approaches anyone and anything with some level of dislike.

most of the negative shit stems from high school and realizing how shitty people actually are? like don’t get me wrong, he was like the golden boy and he loves attention pls, but high school was definitely where he started to like realize how fake all these rich people are, and like developed this facade to play along with them. definitely changed a lot in high school, least on the outside.

he’s very much a mama’s boy. full of energy and curiosity. honestly, quite caring when it comes down to it, even if he doesn’t actually give a shit, he will try and cheer up a stranger and make sure someone is okay, even if he miserably fails, he will try. very observational??? will notice even the slightest change in people, not always he acts on it or acts the right way on it tho, but yeah.

honestly, probably falls in love like five time a day and then the next day he’s over it. but when he falls he falls, like flat on his face.

he’s very straight forward, also very good at covering insults and shit up with jokes. if he doesn’t like you though, you’ll know, he wont try to hide that.

he’s mostly down to earth though, appreciates a good party and hanging with the boys getting some beer. enjoys giving out shitty advice, don’t ever listen to him he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, talks just because he can.

is honestly pretty flirty but it’s rarely on purpose, if he actually likes you he probably doesn’t know what to say and he’ll easily just wrap around your finger. boi where’s your backbone...

HEADCANONS/TIDBITS:

doesn’t have any sense of time, if you wanna invite him to something, do invite him an hour early and he might make it on time, that is unless he got a better offer.

soccer wise he’s centre midfielder.

although his family is pretty known in the socialite and business world matias has managed to stay out of the news except for one time when he was vacaying in the hamptons with some friends and they accidentally sped across fragile dunes and the protected nesting area of the piping plover, on ATV’s. it is basically the most powerful resident in the hamptons and it’s a bird. anyway he was taken to court but since they hadn’t found evidence of the bird on their ATV’s they weren’t charged with anything.

drives an audi rs7 sportsback in red because he’s just such an audi driver like….do i even have to explain?? such an audi driver.

painting: in what ways are you creative?

im gonna preface with i hated writing this answer because idk how to say im good at things and i feel like it all sounds pretentious

i dont think of myself as a creative person at all because im not very good at coming up with original ideas in art so this made me hmmm.

however im really good at cooking which is nice bcs i often cook for my friends and they are like this is the best version of this dish ive ever had. and also being vegan means you kinda have to be creative bcs i really like meaty/cheesy/creamy things which is like the opposite of vegan lol so working out what ingridents can replicate that has taken a lot of research and testing. and then having no money bcs student loans, mental illness & drug addiction meant i had to do that without spending money or energy. so i had to work out how to create a food that was vegan, cheap, very easy to make, and would taste as good as any not vegan thing.

im also good at giving people different perspectives on their problems especially if it involves empathising with someone else. and coming up with reasona that could be causing someone to act a certain way. ive experienced a range of things and im intensly self aware so im good at explaining to people why they are acting a certain way or why someone around them is acting a certain way. having a lot of undiagnosed mental health problems as a teenager lead to me doing a lot of research into psychology so i now know A Lot about mental health and understanding why people do hurtful things to others.

i also study philosophy so i know how to structure arguments well and how to pick them apart very thourghly. i can come up with a way to argue anything and to refute any argument. this is similar to the last one but yeah im generally good at seeing things from different perspectives and understanding why people would have those perspectives from studying psychology & philosophy.

i amost forgot this one but i have an 'interesting' fashion sense. its something i actually dont think about anymore because its such an ingrained thing to me at this point but im good at coming up with styles and outfits for myself. i like finding what colours go together and look good and how to make something look simultaneously ridiculous yet coordinated.

i make pretty journals too, working out the combination of scetches, colours, personal writings, collage, etc is fun and some of my journals are BEAUTIFUL its annoying i cant generally show them around to people because a lot of the text is very sad and awkward to read but i appriciate them.

in general im good a curating beautiful moments, i often find myself thinking about how something would look from an ouside perspective. something ive been told a lot is that my life is very aesthetic. i will find a way to place myself in a situation eg. like watching the sunset from a roof top with a loved one smoking a cigarette. im just generally good at making life look like an indie movie. or thinking that something will be a fun story to tell so creating it.

and lastly i like tattooing people, im v much a perfectionist which is useful in tattooing by hand because its gotta be very perfect lol.

rosè: what’s your opinion on shyness?

firstly this seems like a weird thing to have an opinion on lol but

i guess its interesting how pathologicalised its become vs how it used to be considered a personality trait. things like avpd, social anxiety, autism/scd would make someone appear shy but then like are there people that are just shy without having a mental health issue? then then also introverts vs extroverts. like i seem shy to people because of my mental health problems but i dont think of myself as shy because at baseline im a massive extrovert, i love people, and i like sharing things about myself. but im not "shy" i just have a disorder like its not a personality trait its an illness. i kinda feel like the concept of being shy just dismisses social anxiety as something thats normal and okay when if your afraid to talk to people you should find ways to get past it and maybe get therapy if you can.

waterfalls: describe your perfect date.

i dont think its about the activity of the date itself but more about the person. i also dont think there would be any one perfect person. overall it would have to be beautiful, romantic, interesting, memorable, and long. probably having food and wine somewhere then going to a beautiful location and having interesting and deep converstations. i usually date people that are pretty into physics & philosophy & stuff like that because i like learning from people. maybe my ideal date would be sitting on a cliff at sunset while someone explains their theory of the universe to me. yet at the same time i appriciated the last date i went on where i went to the pub w a dude (who was not as attractive irl as he was in his pics) and he talked about how he had an incredibly smart lizard then i downed his beer bcs we were getting kicked out and i showed him my titty tat. i guess i think all dates, good or bad, are perfect because they are a good part of human experience also im a lonely lil bitch id take any romance rn. one of my favourite genre of dates is where the other person doesnt realise its a date because those are often very cute and less nerve wracking and i like the bit after where one of you if like haha that was a date and the other is like omg... i didnt know but u hoped

Well, when i was about nine my parents first seperated (they did twice, ultimately getting divorced 2nd time around) for a period of two years, and during that time we had very, very little money because my mom was a stay at home mom for years and had to get a job too, so we basically had to cut, like, everything/anything extra that we didnt need. The best my mom could do so we didnt get a total shock on top of everything was to get us the smallest cable package possible (im pretty sure it was way cheaper back then too, idk if even that would be manageable now) where we had just like, a little cluster of channels; one of those was boomerang. I was really, really sad about loosing cartoon network, so my mom hyped me up about being able to watch sm*rfs, even though i only had a very vague idea of what they were. From there, it kind of just became my permanent special interest. My mom and i watched it together a lot since her mom played into the really strange christian propaganda of “demonizing” cartoons that was everywhere in the 80s when she grew up. She would bribe her brother not to rat her out when she would sneak-watch it on saturday mornings and tbh that would literally be me

✖ - Is there something you Dont like about your special interest?

Definitely. The author of the original comics was uh… a really sexist, probably racist and a homophobic guy. Which, really shows in his earlier works – the full sm*rfette story is honestly much worse than the concepts of her origin that were kept in the cartoon. The 80s retelling is basically the comic but heavily censored for over obviously sexist content, while still being sexist in itself (just in a way where, maybe for younger viewers or a blind eye, its not obvious at first). Honestly just the treatment of most of the female characters is my complaint in the way a lot of them are portrayed, but especially sm*rfette. She cant do one self indulgent thing for herself without it being ridiculed or often portrayed as wrong, even when shes like the smartest and most caring person in the village. Its annoying and not a good message at all.

Also, it tries to be written as insanely het all the time and just isnt. Like its so gay and theres so many moments where youre like “ppl really tried to pass this as het…bitch” but time and time again… straight people think its reasonable that an entire village is attracted to. a single person (who most of the time heavily shys away from affection from men too, lmfao…). REALLY hoping the new movie addresses that in some way thats not bad, but im trying not to get my hopes up (ive got my hopes up).

💕 - Something you like about your Special Interest?

Honestly this is a lot of things, but i would have to say?? Like. Everything, except the things i dont like ^. Its constantly been such a comfort to me in so many ways. I love the characters, i love how it was my first real introduction to fairytale fantasy (aside from disney) and its just… so calming. Some people find it boring and annoying, but for me it was so easy to fall in love with and kept me company/calmed me down during some of the worst times ive ever had. Even when some of those worst times were because people would make fun of me for loving it.

🍳 - do you have a stim related to your special interest?

In a few ways, yea! I do!

I always compare it to this, but i think being surrounded in things related to it is a kind of visual stim that relates to the old woman who wants most everything in her house to be green. Just as it makes her feel calm, happy, and energetic, i have the same expirience but i sm*rf theme as many things as i can, and collect ALOT. I try to be surrounded by it as much as possible, and it always helps me to feel happy and calm. If im not in a space where its all around, i’ll have sm*rf things that i use day to day, like my wallet, cups, things like that. It always provides a feeling of happiness and safety.

Another for a physical stim is that i have a sm*rfette themed slime that one of my best friends made me for christmas! (He made a little white hat to put over the lid too, it was so sweet). Its a glittery blue, and has lots of gold, blue, and flower shaped sequins in it! i love squishing gooey and squeezable stuff. Textures like that are the best ever.

🍭- a headcanon/theory you have about your special interest?

This is gonna be long and im sorry i talk so much, but Brainy, Grouchy, Clumsy, and Fette (so i dont have to block out the full word again) are all autistic!

- Brainy expiriences a lack of empathy, tends to micromanage more than one usually would (especially if one of his special interests are involved/its something he came up with himself) and, as mentioned, expiriences special interests (a need for worldly knowledge – especially of magic, and for papa, who he constantly seeks to impress and be respected by, no matter what it takes. He loves him and wants to be just like him, and often does things for him out of the blue just so he’ll appreciate and recognize him + his potential). He stims by chewing (probably with the handle of a wand) and by writing + drawing swirly doodles on paper with his quill pen. He infodumps, and he usually lacks an understanding of social cues; this often leads to him making “bad decisions” being highly ridiculed, often overshadowed by his peers.

- Clumsy does not quickly process information + events, his comfort object(s) is/are his continuously growing rock collection/garden that he waters and talks to everyday, he stims by flapping and jumping, and is very uncoordinated. There are often ‘simple’ things that confuse him that he is unable to figure out quickly (like putting together things that fold up - chairs, foldable tables where u have to specifically press something, stuff like that. I think its an autistic thing even though im not able to describe it very well since ive struggled w it all my life myself and i always get weird looks when i cant do it) and his special interest is Brainy. Because he is physically incoordinated and processes information slow, though people do stick up for him, he can often recieve even worse treatment from those around him than Brainy does, on top of being easily able to manipulate due to him being so easily trusting and loving. Because of this, him and Brainy often do everything together, and eventually their mutual love for each other + relatability brings them to be almost inseperable (even if Brainy looses his patience more than he should sometimes). aka theyre boyfriends it rly shows

- Fette struggles with anxiety (as alot of autistic people, like myself, do) and has hyper-empathy. Similar to Clumsy, Fette seeks comfort in her flower garden and flowers in general, often holding conversations with them. This actually is a real theory, but she believes that talking to the flowers will help them to grow, and cherishes them as if they were people. She knows the name of every flower in the forest and could tell you at LEAST 5 facts about every single one. She stims by flapping, jumping, and chewing on her hair. Fette is quick to act to situations whether good or bad, and raised voices from others can often send her towards a meltdown (in where she retreats to her house for solitude to calm down + renergize). Though she loves her friends and being with them, she is an introvert and enjoys being by herself or with her flowers to regain energy.

- Grouchy uses echolalia to express his emotions and partake in conversations, while being mostly nonverbal. He often seeks company in animals or baby sm*rf (who i believe is also his special interest) because they bring him comfort and dont ask him to explain or change who he is. He is often very distant from most people, and only opens up to being around people he feels he can trust.

😂 - something funny about your special interest?

It just made me type up like. Disorganized paragraphs when im supposed to be packing up my shit 2 go to my moms. Also just the idea that a whole village could be attracted to a single person and no one else… funnie as shit my guy
