This needs to stop
I really contemplated if to put these words down, but I am so angry and disappointed and sad at this point that I felt I had to vent.
Disappointed. I think that's the key word for what I am feeling right now.
I understand that people are upset/angry/enraged by the shit that followed JM's release of his first solo album Face. I understand because I am enraged as well.
I have no doubt in my mind that he was wronged.
He succeeded beyond anyone's dreams and probably kind of ruined certain dreams some of these people had of their own.
But to take that anger and to turn it on the one person that supported and supports JM beyond any of us is infuriating to me.
Turning on JK?
Because of what? A shithead called Scooter Braun, who has his own personal agenda and history shows us has zero real interest or care in the actual artists he is pushing?
Do people forget who JK is?
Do they need a reminder course here?
I guess I will have to give them one.
JK is JM's favourite person in the whole world.
And a full masterlist to show it:
JK is JM's number 1 fan and showing it to us whenever he just can, with or without the company's permission.
JK is one of the most artistic and creative people there are.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Suga about JK
And maybe read what one of the stylists working on the Seven concept had to say about JK and the concept.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
JK's concept. He came ready to the table. He knew what he wanted to show, what message he wanted to send.
He was given option, other concepts, other ideas, and he chose what he chose.
JK didn't steal JM's ideas. He didn't utilize them for the lack of coming up with original ideas of his own. Don't believe me, believe JK's talent, his artistry.
JK CHOSE this. This is what he wanted us to see.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's not about copying. It's about showing us who inspires him.
It's about showing us, not only telling us, who his catalyst is.
He CHOSE the EXACT same leather pants that JM wore.
Tumblr media
Do you see the scribble at the bottom of the jeans?
Tumblr media
JK CHOSE the jeans with the mud.
He CHOSE.
He did not copy or plagiarize.
He took artistic liberty to mirror JM's photoshoot to an extent.
Sending us all I'd say more than one message.
First one is what I mentioned above. JM is his inspiration.
Second is connecting himself to JM, to Face, to Like crazy.
Perhaps his way of showing us he's that person that stood by JM's side when he was struggling. The one that tread mud with him. The one that tried to wake him up, save him, but JM wasn't ready for that just yet at the time. The one that let JM embrace him while trying to escape reality.
And instead of seeing what JK is trying to tell us, his fans, Jikookers as well, are turning on him?
Making JK out to be someone that doesn't have an original idea and goes and steals JM's is disrespectful to both JK and JM, btw.
This coming from people that supposedly love and know JM and JK?
JM is a 27 strong willed young man. And evidently, JM has no issues with JK of late.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
JK is a 25 yo creative artistic young man, who adores and admires and lives for JM, and would NEVER steal something from JM, never take something of JM's and pass it on as his own.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Do they not understand that JM is joking when he calls JK his copycat? Has been for years now.
Did they not see the joy and love in his eyes when JK said "I'm hyung's copycat"?
Tumblr media
He knows that JK looks up to him.
He knows that JK is inspired by him.
He lives for that.
And to go and to make it into something ugly it's just so infuriating.
JM was wronged. We can agree on that. The COMPANY could have and should have done better.
THE COMPANY.
Not the other members.
Not JK.
I get the anger and frustration. But do we take it out on the one person that did right by JM? Do we take it out on the one person JM loves more than anything? The person that JM will stand by and support and root for to succeed? How is that loving JM?
Since when did two wrongs make a right?
Don't go around saying you won't support JK's single.
Support him all while continuing to support JM's songs.

JK..... Golden..... etc....
I do think that JK was given more "direction" than choices, for the album. One could say that the "direction" was in the form of strong suggestions, as he really had to put trust in higher management for this. He's still navigating through his own process of developing confidence in his writing abilities, and he has said that he doesn't feel that confident.
On X/Twitter, I follow someone who stated weeks ago that JK didn't have a lot of choice in the songs. This person is on the inside of things, and I think that it is true. When I saw who's names were attached to the songs on Golden, it confirmed my own sensing about the project. It's coming from Western/European creators.
Right now, JK has a goal of becoming a global star. He's put a large percentage of the necessary steps into the hands of Bang PD and Scooter, amongst others. His goal is set. What we are witnessing is the result of the direction of the people who he has trusted.
Tumblr media
For whatever reasons they are basically utilizing JK's solo music and goals to see how far they can take it, to the levels of global success. I think he's the trial-run, as they say. He's got the talent, the charisma, the looks, and the willingness to put it all out there in front of the public, anywhere they are willing to send him. It's no-holds-barred, for Jungkookie.
I dare say that the people above him (the ones making the BIG bucks) are seeing him as a means to an end, financially. I personally believe that Bang PD is entirely motivated by the $$$$$$$$$ that he's making, off of Jungkookie (as well as all K-Pop artists under his wing). Scooter is just another who is purely motivated by money. He's got the connections in the industry, and he knows exactly how to pull the strings.
Tumblr media
My biggest concern is the health and wellbeing of Jungkookie, physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. With the insane schedule that we are witnessing (flying all over the world, without true rest in-between), I am concerned about how this will all affect Jungkookie, in the long-run.
Yoongi had an exhausting schedule on tour, yet they designed it so that he was progressively moving in the direction of Seoul, through the tour. He wasn't going back and forth across an ocean every week, moving back and forth across multiple time-zones that can cause deep exhaustion and a difficulty in adjusting to the day and time. We saw an exhausted Yoongi at the end, even with the way that they scheduled his tour. Yet, it was nothing like what they are doing to Jungkook, with his schedule.
Tumblr media
So the point here is that there are many levels and many things happening that Jungkook is navigating. And, everything is affecting him as he pushes through. He's giving it his all, his best, and pushing himself beyond what a normal human would do. It's all or nothing.
When Jimin expressed his concern, it was something to pay attention to. Jimin obviously cannot speak at length about it, yet what he said spoke volumes. He knows more than anyone, what Jungkookie is navigating. He knows more than anyone, how it is affecting Kookie.
Tumblr media
You know, sometimes it takes me a minute or two, or a day or week or two, to come to clarity on things. Sometimes it takes typing it out, as I filter through thoughts.. That's what is happening right now, as these words flow from my fingertips...
Jeon Jungkook needs our support and love. regardless of what is happening, what his songs are, who wrote them, who he's collaborating with, etc., etc., etc.... Because, he's literally carrying the weight of it all, on his shoulders, and in his heart. Because, Jungkookie is putting his all into every single note, step, action and intention. This is Jeon Jungkook, doing what he is needing and wanting to do right now.
On the other side of this solo album and all involved with it, we will be preparing for Jungkook's enlistment. Yeah. It's the elephant that continues to follow him into every room, 24/7.
We don't want to see a totally exhausted Jungkook, come December. We want to see him strong and at peace, with his accomplishments, prior to his stepping into MS. We want to see him healthy, rested, and ready for the next chapter.
Tumblr media
All we need to do is continually see him filled with Love, surrounded with Love, and always supported by Love. Divine Love. Yeah.
If you made it this far, thank you. I didn't know how this would turn out... In the end, it is about what we can do for JK. And yeah, Love is always the answer. 💜

“He [Harry]gives a lot of attention to the band - on stage and otherwise. He really cares about us feeling like a unit and feeling supported which is not similar to a lot of artists I’ve worked with. I mean, everyone’s given me that respect, but I felt like an integral member of the band when I was working with him in this last year — which was really beautiful, and I think that shows on stage. I mean, I had friends come to the shows and tell me afterwards that it seemed like we were having a lot of fun together, and I said that was real. We really enjoy playing with each other. It’s one of the reasons I love playing in that band. I gained a lot of really beautiful friendships and it’s nice to also be recognized by the artist on stage. He introduces us. He gives us a moment to be featured. There are some shows where I got to solo over one of the songs which is really cool, so I got to improvise over one of his songs at MSG which is, you know, unbeatable.”

Hello! Reading your comment about Gr@mmys, I thought of something that makes my head spin.
Was it what happened with J!m!n and F@CE that got us out of the OT7 utopia “seven exact and equal slices of the pie” for each member? I expected to see differences, problems or competitions during this stage but I feel that F@CE was a before and after, at least for me. Now, I could yell at my "me" from the last concert in Bus@n, how naive and overly positive I was being.
I understand the factors that made this reality. I don't know the internal agreements between them and their company. For me Jungk00k's debut only shed more light on topic (he's not the villain of the story, blaming him is just easy way out) Family = seven = equal. Wasn't that the driven narrative? From my place I see how the members go out of their way to demonstrate healthy competition among themselves but the label does not accompany them with their actions/decisions. Actions that make me see company as inexperienced. Did they really have no way to avoid these conflicts? Shouldn't they take care of every detail of career of the artists they represent?
This has nothing to do with the decisions of each member. Some armys force too much -members decide everything- speech and frankly to me it feels like a re-victimization and the removal of responsibility from their representatives. Even if we look at this as a team it seems like someone isn't doing their part. May I disagree? I'm a different person. If everyone says that BH is a great company, I will tell them that it should be even better. The company where my father works has often not fulfilled its duties as an employer, but he will tell you that it's the best job, and I proceed to respect it. Just like that i feel
Whose responsibility is it really that everything has gotten to this point? From company and its silences, from fandom that allowed solo stans to grow, from everyone? Is it just the natural course of things?
There is something in this chapter that gives me the feeling of improvisation. Or was I just too used to everything being calculated and perfect in the B/T/S world?
If you had to give a prognosis for the next chapter, what would it be?
***
“Family = seven = equal. Wasn't that the driven narrative?”
No, actually.
Listen, I hear you and I get you completely. OT7 literally means love the members equally right? And that’s the agenda the company has been pushing and should show right? Well, not exactly. What I’m about to say is going to be very unpopular, but it’s genuinely what I think.
People have a very narrow idea of how many things can look, and when they run up against a reality that looks very different from how they expected it, many people don’t know how to deal with that very well. And oftentimes what happens is that they turn to vilifying whoever they think is responsible for preventing them from getting that imagined outcome. It never once crosses their minds that maybe they had the wrong assumptions to begin with. It’s always the thought of maybe someone is gaslighting them, rather than, you know, maybe they were just wrong. For that context and for that group’s actual goals.
There’s one post I wrote a long time ago that I think made me fairly popular with Jimin biases here, it’s the one where I talk about some of the ways Jimin contributed to BTS that might not seem obvious at first. I prefaced that post by saying many in the fandom underestimate Jimin not because they dislike him or anything, but because they have a narrow idea of what ‘meaningful contribution’ looks like for a group like BTS. All I did in that post was point out things that perhaps were not framed in the right way to show how much Jimin contributes to BTS that’s more than songwriting, producing, or others. It’s the same thinking in recognizing that while SeokJin isn’t the strongest dancer or vocalist, he’s served as the stable emotional support in the group, he serves as the key hinge in maintaining the uniformity in their choreography, and that without him in the group, the members would certainly clash very destructively. It’s not ‘equal contribution’ in the way a lot of people envision, but I think it’s perfect for BTS.
Granted all I’ve said so far is in terms of contributions, not rewards which is what you’re talking about. You’re saying the company should facilitate things so that each member is meant to get equal rewards each time. Well, that would be dandy and possible for the company. Maybe. But it’s also not weird, bad, nor does is spell sabotage for a company to allocate different resources and use different strategies after consulting with the members for their direct input, and to pursue asymmetrical results for BTS at certain times. The understanding is each member prioritized will vary in different years and eras. And I’m personally looking forward to all of it. Since July 2022, all the members have put forward a good first step with their debuts. Jungkook is the member getting a solid push now and I love that it’s him. I’m secretly hoping he tours a bit too, maybe solo or with vmin, and maybe/not go to the military before 2025. Who knows?
A lot of things didn’t work right for all the members' debuts. Jimin’s performance was impacted by far too many though, and many were issues the company simply needs to get their shit together on. Period. BTS makes a shit tonne of money for that company and the least they could do is go the extra mile and then some. I’m convinced HYBE already does this for BTS (recall how HYBE navigated extracting BTS from that Jamboree concert disaster, though public opinion was also on their side), but they could always do more. And I won’t stop anyone from saying that.
But for anyone who thinks what they’ve seen so far is Jungkook / BTS / HYBE betraying their trust or going back on their principles or whatever, I want to say that they’ve done no such thing. This time around your bias wasn’t prioritized the way you wanted. That’s it. Am I being naive and delusional by thinking the guys are literally taking turns for this kind of focus? Possibly. But I also know there’s a Pharrell collab somewhere in the vault. Rina Sawayama too (her Le Sserafim remix is really good. Please listen to it). And that the guys have very grand plans. All of them. They’re focused and driven and will always get what they ultimately want. Every member is like this. They've put too much skin in the game to walk away for less.
Or lol, maybe I'm just being a company stan. I just hope it's clear I'm not dismissing your concern or care for Jimin, Anon, it's that I disagree with your conclusion. But I know I'm in the minority here anyway.
“Whose responsibility is it really that everything has gotten to this point? “
The fandom, mostly. For reasons that are very obvious. Such as most of the fandom claiming they actually like the whole group and trust their bias, but rather kinda see the other members as background characters for their bias. Fandom is like a pressure cooker, so nobody ever really stays 'normal' if they move too far off-center - people who heavily biases a member in an unhealthy way will never remain an ARMY, for example, they’ll eventually break off into fringe parts; people who dislike a member, only grow to further hate the member. Neutral is rare.
If BigHit wanted to make another try for a Grammy this year, Seven would’ve likely been envisioned with all the members as a project to pursue, because a win for any of them is considered a win for the group. Especially considering the competition this year. And given BH already had a formula with the PET, they went with that same mediocre candy floss of a song that’s guaranteed to get the nomination chances, as in the past. Experience has taught the company Korean tracks will likely not be given fair consideration soon. So they went with Seven. Also, after that Billboard hit piece, Jimin’s chances with Like Crazy are close to zilch. If by some miracle he gets recognition, I hope he wins. But yeah, that debacle with Jimin is one in which the fandom (meaning his akgaes, biases, and the wider/whole fandom) bears some blame. But at the same time, Billboard has never been a friend to BTS and they were likely going to change the rules again anyway. And that’s something they can keep doing.
"If you had to give a prognosis for the next chapter, what would it be?"
I have no real idea, tbh. What I want more than anything, is for all seven of them to be able to continue putting out dope, interesting music that they take joy in. Seeing Bangtan have fun has extended my life by several years I'm sure. That's what I want for them in the prognosis. I'm sorry I'm taking your ask about a serious topic and going all sentimental on it Anon, but rather than chart placements that they don't really need to prove, I want BTS to still be comfortable making the music they want to make. More Arson, Dis-ease, All Day, Change Pt 2, Snooze, HUH?!, Amygdala, Like Crazy, SMF Pt 2, Rainy Days, Seven, The Astronaut.
I hope the people who remain in the fandom core are able to last and tough it out while the fandom regroups. Because even though there'll be chaos and the number of solos will likely triple, they won't ever leave. Nobody who comes in contact with BTS ever really moves on from them. They'll say they're taking breaks, calling it quits or whatever, but give them 6 months tops and they're back. I see it happen all the time. And it makes sense tbh. I mean, have you seen Jimin? After knowing someone like him exists, how can you just go back to your regular life pretending he's not real? Like his existence doesn't mandate you looking at him and caring for him and his art. At least, that's how Jimin makes me feel. And the other members to varying degrees.
If we disagree please don't send me follow-up asks on this topic. It likely won't be productive.

The angel chariot
Eagle-eye Army spotted the fact that Jungkook's company car that whisked him away from Incheon airport upon his arrival from Los Angeles was the same one that Jimin used this past December for his comings and goings to the airport. Same license plate. [First 4 numerals/characters obscured to protect the innocent and cover my ass. Also not providing the link to eagle-eye army in the interest of keeping the imbeciles away from them.]
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I tried to spy the license plate of the cars during their other past airport comings and goings but they were moving too fast/obscured by objects or people.
Maybe not Jimin or Jungkook but it was used to carry SOMEONE to Hobi's enlistment:
Tumblr media
Of course BigHit has a fleet of these identical black KIA Carnival limousines and who knows if actual vehicles/drivers are assigned to specific members, but it was interesting to see and think about.
However, here is a curious bit of trivia: the number 5469 is supposedly the "angel" number. Various sources describe 5469 as:
well mannered
conscientious
artistic
humanitarian
balanced
harmonious
protective
giving
fair
caring
kind
romantic
nurturing
supportive
And this:
"Looking from a numerology standpoint, the energy emanating from the four-digit number 5469 is a decidedly well mannered energy. It resonates with distinct patterns of compassion and perceptible vibrations of romance. The number also points to an awareness which manifests at a subconscious, empathic level — pointing to an almost empathic synchronization with the emotions and thoughts of society."
I don't make that stuff up, other people do.
Anyway, is there a real significance in coming and going in the same car for their separate activities? Of course not. Like I said, we can't know if it's pure coincidence or if members are assigned specific cars/drivers etc. It was just something someone noticed and I'm passing on this extreme level of delulu to you because I aim to please.
The Jikook hug: the live action "I miss you"/"me too" played out right in front of us.
You can't convince me otherwise that when these two are together on their own time, they are up in each other's space in a way that would make you and me blush uncomfortably. It's the way they look at each other and the way they talk to each other. Yes, Jimin gives the best hugs and right before he dove into Jungkook, he gave Hobi the warmest, tightest "I love you hyung" hug as well ... JK's eyes following Jimin all the way until Hobi receives his hug. Honestly, Jungkook seemed like he was patiently anticipating a hug from Jimin too ... it is the attentiveness or awareness of each other and creates a Jimin and Jungkook aura and adds an extra level to their closeness.
Tumblr media
Kookie keeps his eyes on his Jiminie all the time and he seems to enjoy his touching. The way JK pulled Jimin in and held on to him...no matter the level of delulu you subscribe to, their bodies in that full frontal, smushed together, I-MISSED-YOU-COME-HERE-BABY-I-LOVE-YOU hug just makes me really happy for them.
Tumblr media
So playful and easy with each other.
Yep, I know what I see. If you can't see it, I'm sorry. I don't know how to transfer that ability to detect it to you. If I could, I would so everyone can feel their love for each other.
Did they miss each other? Absolutely. How long had they been apart? 3 weeks? 3 hours? 3 minutes? What difference does it make?
Who knows, maybe they rode back home to Seoul in the angel chariot XXXX-5469 and spent some quality time together before they separated again for their respective solo activities and whatever those might be, we will find out eventually!

So I was thinking...
Yesterday, the article about the BTS contracts hit. I read the article and didn't get the big deal. It said they would sign...so they hadn't yet, I thought.
I went to twitter and saw all these people celebrating and I was like...do they not know how to read? Why are they celebrating something that hasn't even happened and that the company is saying will happen.
Why would the company not wait until it has actually happened to make a celebratory article? So I went back to sleep lol
Promise? Oh yeah. What a contract. The board agreed...not BTS. Well, only Rm so far.
But then legit people started talking about it and being serious. I saw the many ridiculous tweets and hateful ot7love remarks, solos being dissapointed, and real Jimin fans feeling sad.
That's when I decided to "believe", although it sounds like media play to me. Why are the stocks tanking even more? Investors didn't believe the news or think Rm's post were enough, apparently. Nothing is set in stone. It hasn't happened yet. The stocks will go up when it actually does happen, though. The investors are worried for now and then future, I suppose.
As someone who loves Jimin and his artistry, I am worried too.
Ot7s and company stans want to make us feel like we are the akgaeist of the akgae for believing that Jimin got sabotaged by his company. But do people seriously think that all that happened to FACE was normal? They can't even offer a rational explanation.
Even if we entertain the idea that his company didn't sabotage him on purpose, they still didn't protect their artist and fix the things that were and are within their reach. Things like:
•Combining Like Crazy Korean and English version
•Restocking the Like Crazy single
•Sending albums to China on time
•Investigating Hanteo sales
•Investigating the erasure of Bb sales
•Properly timing the release of other member projects to avoid interference with other projects
•Fixing the Spotify profile and all that stuff that came along with that
The list is quite long.
Somehow, saying these things makes you a solo or an akgae or a manti (who even came up with this one? so stupid.)
Isn't it more hateful to normalize what happened to Jimin and to want BTS back despite the unequal support the company has given each member?
The people I know don't want Jimin to sign because he deserved better as a soloist and not because they hate BTS. The people I know are neutral and positive towards BTS. They literally only want fair treatment for Jimin. They are Jimin fans. Not solos, shippers, ot7s, rando labels. Just people who appreciate Jimin as an artist.
Somehow, the people who want BTS back, no matter what, and can't wait for the solo ventures to be over are better than all of us... because BTS is 7 and they are brothers who love each other and nothing can break them apart...not even solos, akgaes, shippers, and Chapter 2...(insert sad violin music).
Everything is backwards in this fandom.
I look at the members who told their story and shared themselves through their music and notice how happy they are. They were exhausted before, so done with the generic white garbage songs, and their creativity constricted. We've gotten to see the colors of their real music and therefore, their real selves. That's what being a true artist is about. I don't know how ot7s who want BTS back, no matter what, don't see this.
It doesn't make sense to me why any proper fan would want their artist to give that all up.
And people kept saying that this time around, Jimin's contract would include better deals because that's what contracts are for. Then I thought...where was the contract when he was pushed to the sides and no longer in the front of the group, when he was given 2 lines in a song, when he was the harmonizer but not one of the lead singers, when FACE era began and ended.
I guess I have no faith in contracts. Or that company.
Any proper fan who doesn't live in a weird fantasy bubble should be worried...and/or dissapointed.
If there is anything I've learned in Chapter 2, it's that it is a every-man-for-themselves chapter. Looking back at Chapter 1, it was like that too, except I was drinking too much of that purple kool-aid to notice it.
I guess we will see what happens when actual contracts are signed. I can only hope that things go well for Jimin. That's the only thing that matters to me.
I guess we will see.

The odds we faced, with FACE
Just as a reminder for the record:
Antis and cult members began systematically targeting Jimin-focused accounts two weeks before his Set Me Free Pt. 2 prerelease, resulting in some key, experienced ARMY getting suspended right when their wisdom and fanbase alerts were needed most.
Ramadan meant that practicing Muslim ARMY could not listen to music during the release time.
The stores ran out of pre-orders multiple times.
Most physicals shipped on time, but some did not. It was a challenge for Target to keep physicals in stock.
We got less than 0.1% radio play, practically nothing in the US at all, it wasn't even a request option for any station that feeds Hot 100.
True OT7s also had On the Street, Smoke Sprite, and People Pt. 2 to support.
Jimin had only 10 uninterrupted days to promote his first solo album. No blame, no shade, I am just saying it's been a challenge for our artists that their timelines are condensed and overlapping like this due to military service.
Fake ARMY boycotted Jimin altogether and came up with bullshit reasons to attack Jimin funders.
Antis dragged Jimin to hell and back online because of a technical in-ears issue that resulted in 10 seconds of a less-than-perfect live encore performance.
Spotify froze streams.
YouTube froze and deleted MILLIONS of streams, not just for Jimin but for all of BTS and ONLY BTS, with no explanation whatsoever.
Other Kpop stans and Jimin-akgaes joined forces to mass vote against him in MCountdown out of pure spite for him topping Hot 100.
His own media began commenting in articles on his inevitable free fall.
The haters also started up again mass-reporting his Insta account to continue his shadow-ban and try to get him suspended.
All that, and Jimin has beat such odds that his success is untouchable.
So I just need to say this...
It has been an exhausting three weeks, filled with extreme highs and lows.
Whatever happens in the charts now, true ARMY worked hard to show Jimin we love him and his work. Nothing will take away the fact that he made history with Hot 100 #1, and won 3 MCountdowns, and raised stocks for Hybe, the Kpop music industry, and South Korea with his solo debut.
All that, and Jimin still made history.
Jimin says he didn't do this for charts or awards, but he got them anyway, and they will forever be proof that true ARMY adore him. So thank you for your hard work.
Tumblr media
Whatever happens now for the second and subsequent weeks, everyone reading this can feel peace in their hearts, knowing they will always give their all.
Well done, puppykittes!
Please rest up because we need to ensure FACE has longevity in our playlists going forward and begin doing our due diligence for D-Day, too. And since YouTube is being a word my mother wouldn't want me to say out loud, we need to focus heavily on Pandora in the US and Apple and Spotify everywhere.
Let's get it for chimchim and lil meow meow, y'all!

Hope u are doing good cos i am not atall. When JK said Be happy even without us and cried on Live. He Literally cried infront of millions of people. Why did it felt like a Good Bye ? My heart is broken. I am sad. I have never thought about being happy without BTS in my life. I know this day will come when Army will have to learn to live and be happy without BTS but not now not anytime soon. I am not ready but what JK did in that Live has left sadness in my heart. I am happy about Set me free pt 2 teaser and been streaming it. Its going to be Legendry. I am excited for Jimin album but my damn mind keeps thinking of JK and his face with tears rolling down is bothering me. I dont know whats going on with him but i am praying to God that it was just Alcohol and nothing more.
I was bopping my head and sobbing along till I read goodbye
Ma'am step away from the light I will not lose you
Tumblr media
Saying goodbye to WHOMST???
Not me cos he and I are not done
We have JJK1 to promote, stream and get to number one.
Goodbye, chileee I will move into his basement and ship him from there. now both he and I are uncomfortable staring at eachother cos my fat ass didn't fit under his bed.
Jungkook is not going anywhere hajima😫
Like you said, he switched on live television to cry in front of millions of people. If he had somewhere else to go with his angsty ass he wouldn't be here doing al that 🥴
Imagine being his 'girlfriend' and seeing him shed tears and cry himself to sleep drunk in front of million strangers when he could have come to you and cried and be vulnerable with you so you console him
Tumblr media
When I think about all the times Jimin said I was talking with Jungkook, caressing our phones, crying, talking about how I want to be with the members for a very long time- these people have girlfriends my ass
Tae can't relate
Tumblr media
I was expecting this around covid and around the time they announced their Solo careers. Seems he didn't give himself time to take it all in and deal and now it's hitting him hard🥴
I think it's good he is processing pent up emotions and externalizing certain thoughts. There are so many things I want to address from that video but will save it for another blog.
He is at the height of his career and he knows it. He's gonna process that somehow, the doubt the uncertainty, the fear, I just hope it doesn't paralyze him. Suga went through a similar phase as did Namjoon. Every artist goes through this.
People think it's easy to step out of the shadows of a big band as BTS and just catapult into the lime light- they should as Zayne Malik💀
As RM said, it's just too many voices telling you you are no good without your bandmates, too many people tearing your self Esteem apart, telling you you will fail, suddenly you are doubting if that song you made is good, wondering if you will become successful etc
For Jungkook I heard him saying all these, raising all these questions and curiosity about a solo career even before they announced it. I don't think it's easy for him. There's a lot of expectations and pressure to excel. Poor thing.
I really wish Jimin was free and had time to cuddle him. He just needs to be spooned. He will be fine 🙂
I think sometimes they don't realize the effect their tears have on us. Especially when they're crying and being sentimental and ominous about your career😫
I don't think it's just the alcohol. There's something going on with him. But i think he will be fine. the fact Namjoon told him to be quick and release his album means he has something in the works which is good. I don't want to analyze him too much cos it will take me away from Jimin.
We love him and I'm sure he feels the love.
The best we can do is support him and assure him we will be here for him whenever he needs us.
I feel Jimin is competing with a lot of people for army's attention. I love the competition but it's becoming ridiculous.
Let's stay focused. Let's learn to prioritize.
When we are done with Face, we have all the time in the world to discuss Jungkook's moody phase.
I want to hug you and tell you everything will be fine
Here's something to cheer you up
youtube
If that don't do it try this🥵
youtube
In a few days he's gonna be dropping an MV that's gonna keep all the girlies active 🥺
That still doesn't cheer you up? Crazy😩
Fine. I'll post a full analysis soon😓

Honestly, tae has always been a distant third when it comes to streams. Most of his fans are the definition of visual stans and he is the main person that kpoppies token stan and they don't stream for their actual favs. His most recent ost debuted with 1.7 million streams, so they doubled that for his solo debut.
Jungkook and taehyung are mostly token stanned by other kpop stans. But here's the thing, those kpop stans might watch their fancams or whatever but i dont think they go out of their way to stream or buy for tae and jk's music. Those people usually don't care about the music.
We all know why jk is doing good on charts. I'm not gonna talk about it again and again.
But well.... Taehyung didn't get the things that company gave jk. And the promotion mhj might be going with for tae is not working either. Not yet at least. So tae only has his stans left. Those who token stan him don't support his music. And the funny thing is that his own fans mostly stan him for visuals and don't really care about his music. I even saw a tweet from one of his stan talking about how they should do a project on weverse to tell taehyung to go for promotions that will make him do better on charts.
Like as if tae doesn't know what he's doing. He's not a rookie. His two songs till now are just not good. That's it. I think it's not most people's taste. And seeing that tweet just showed that his fans don't care about music and are just obsessed with charts because otherwise how will they prove that tae is the most popular?
So i think it's better to have a strong, dedicated fanbase who actually cares about your music, works hard with streaming and buying, and cares about the artist's artistry. Like pjms. I know pjms have some rotten eggs too but almost all of them genuinely love jimin and not the y/n type, they care about jimin's music and respect his artistry. I'm glad that pjms are growing more and more. Jimin needs a strong and established fanbase.
Also I saw some anons in other pjm blogs talking about how they feel bad for tae and I was like "dude why?" Why are they feeling bad. First of all it's their fault that the promotion that they were going for is not working for tae like how it works for newjeans. And seriously I can't bring myself to pity him when we have seen the way Face got treated, it was jimin who actually got sabotaged and it's worse because jimin's music was actually good.
Taehyung is not being sabotaged at all, it's just that his two songs till now are boring af. Nobody is talking about it because there's literally nothing to talk about. The mv is not some art masterpiece. The lyrics are basic, the song sounds underwhelming. So people are just not talking about it. Both songs didn't create any hype for his upcoming album.
And I'm sorry but tae stans were the ones who are always actively hating on jimin, they didn't feel bad when jimin got sabotaged (yeah actual sabotage) so i can't bring myself to give two fucks about tae nor do i feel bad for him. I don't. There's nothing to feel bad about. He's not been done wrong, he's not sabotaged, why should I feel bad? I've never cared about tae and I'm not gonna do it now. Some pjms are too soft hearted I swear to God.

Hello Sea, Love your insights, they seem rational. I have one question to ask you - If Louis has a problem with Larry - his song choices - 7 , Where do Broken hearts go can you give your honest opinion on this
I think Louis is honest when he talks about his feelings re: Larries/ the Larry conspiracy/ how it has affected his mental health. He has always been consistent in his attitude, consistent when expressing his anger at Euphoria, and consistent when talking to fans or press about it.
Louis’ feelings have been reiterated by what Liam and Zayn have said in separate interviews from 2015 and 2016. Niall hasn’t chimed in only because he’s a fence-sitter.
Harry, as we know, is a coward and will benefit from Larry without saying a thing.
That said, Louis has also appealed to Larries himself. I think it’s part of his One Direction nostalgia (and marketing), and unfortunately old habits die hard.
Just remember that Louis took part in the rainbow bears in 2015, in a very active, personally involved way. He isn’t innocent— he led fans on in order to hang on to his fans.
While Louis has always loved Catfish & the Bottlemen, he could have chosen any song to cover, but he chose 7. Unlike some Louies, I don’t think this choice was random or innocent. He not only sang 7 on LTWT, but also in concerts for FITF tour (and at Tecate) when he’s needed extra fan support. It’s intentional.
However, I think Where Do Broken Hearts Go is one of those fast tempo, big stadium 1D songs that Louis chose not because Harry wrote it, but because he likes singing it— maybe because of Baba O’Riley too.
This is a funny 1D inside joke. When Best Song Ever was released, 1D were accused of plagiarizing The Who’s Baba O’Riley in the opening of the song. Pete Townshend wasn’t that bothered by it (his song is still better than Best Song Ever). By choosing to cover WDBHG, Louis gets to sing a popular 1D song and maybe make a funny commentary about a certain someone who continues to plagiarize older artists’ songs. I wouldn’t put it past his sneaky cryptic ass. Otherwise why sing Baba O’Riley?
Anyway, no one at the concerts gets this joke, apparently, because by their puzzled faces and silence, the Directioners have no idea what he’s singing anyway.
Now.
The difference between what Harry does and what Louis does is interesting.
Harry’s purpose is straightforward: it’s marketing for solo Harry Styles. There is no other purpose to anything Harry does publicly: he is a human billboard. There is no emotion so deep, nor a topic so intense or painful—from Fizzy to Jay to BLM to LGBT issues— that Harry Styles can’t find a Harry Styles marketing angle for it.
In retrospect, this is obvious from the first milk shake tweet in 2017. Harries try to explain it away but it’s obvious that Harry was using the combined 1D/ Larry fandom to launch his career. Even now, when Harry no longer depends on Larries supporting him, he can’t give up the old habits, and he won’t stop his team. It’s an addiction to a cheap drug.
For Louis, this is a bit more complicated, because he is so much the front face of his PR since a functional, positive PR basically doesn’t exist for him and never has.
Louis’ relationship to Larry is more complicated, like you pointed out. It’s intertwined with his nostalgia and warm feelings for One Direction fandom which he cannot sever. Louis has also been pushed into a corner where the industry that supports Harry has basically ostracized him. Louis is blacklisted from radio and streaming, and everyone seems to accept that this is normal for an artist who sells out arenas— it is very abnormal. Critics do not review his albums or shows. He isn’t invited to pop culture events. He doesn’t publicize high profile friendships. His own fans feel like they can punch down on Louis without any repercussions— and even fake “interviews” get written with no repercussions— like we just saw from Mark Boardman.
For good or bad, Louis and his team seem to rely on key One Direction marketing strategies to reach his audience. He doesn’t really have big support systems other than fans. This is unfortunately one of the consequences.
What Louis does is also, in a way, fairly private, almost as if he’s having a conversation with himself, and the intent is ambiguous. It’s obvious that the stage graphics of Back To You show “FUCK HIM UP,” but what does that mean? Is it larrybaiting? Does “him” mean Louis himself?
An aside. Today, seeing tweets from Harries once again attacking Louis, and after three albums from Harry and 7 years of being a solo artist, I have an observation.
Harry’s fans (Harries and Larries) have accepted that insider connections, celebrity status, and wealth are the most important values to Harry Styles. They accept the fact that he doesn’t care about them and his world is unobtainable, completely fenced off from them.
Instead of feeling neglected or hurt, his fans have learned to vicariously champion the goals of greed and selfishness. Harries love Harry’s operational strategy of [TPWK = the means justify the ends.]
Harries and Larries shame and criticize Louis for— wait for it— caring about the fans. For keeping prices affordable. For traveling to areas no one else goes to. For the promotional press tour to Latam.
They criticize Louis for not immediately getting higher ticket sales or higher streaming numbers from his trip, because why else would anyone do anything except to become wealthier and more famous?
Certainly not their idol Harry.
They laugh at AFHF 2021 for being free, when they have to pay exorbitant prices for Harry’s tickets because he datamines them.
They laugh at Louis for his fashion, when Harry’s wardrobe is strictly for marketing. Never misses an opportunity to sell.
Harries remind me of USA Republicans in the lower economic bracket supporting Donald Trump because he has the same values they do.

I'm sorry I need to get it out of my system but I feel like I'm the only one thinking the MV was fun but the whole song was boring. I LOVE JK but the whole concept was... meh. And the worst part is that my friends truly think it's because "oh, Theo, you hate when something is not queer coded" lol but it's not even that. It's just that I don't think the whole thing is... good? And it's terrible to be an Army sometimes because I feel like I can't give a honest opinion about it.
don't apologise op! you have a right to your opinions and my ask box is always open when you need to voice them 💞
i totally agree with you, the MV was fun - even though the whole concept is honestly fucked up and the only reason nobody talks about how jk is actually being a stalker is because, let's face it, it's jk and no criticisms can be made when it comes to him - but the song is just. yeah. it lacks intent, it lacks passion, it's a generic pop song written by straight white men for the most part that i just. can't relate with.
the main problem, i think, is when you like BTS first and foremost for the depth of their music, for the musical indentity they built, you simply cannot get behind most of jks solos cause, as i said before, they're not made to be good pop songs but to be products to be sold, music that will trend on tik tok and do well on the radio. hybe honestly works mainly on jks popularity, which has nothing to do with the quality of his music, cause they're desperate for those #1 songs.
in the end, jk has no musical identity. of the few solos we have of him only a few were written with or by him (and those are his best ones!), or with an intent behind them, the idea that they'd be made to be performed by that boy (basically the solos RM wrote for him). the rest are just. yeah. unmemorable (i am not sorry to say that dreamer is frankly not a good song and did not deserve the hype it got. which was short lived btw and only existed bc it was jk performing it lmao).
RM has been outspoken about BTS losing their musical identity to the pressure of being popular in the US since dynamite. those eras and songs largely favoured vocal line, especially maknae line, for reasons that had nothing to do with their musical talent.
I would have loved to discover jk as an artist. I love good pop music, so that's not the problem here. this song is just not it. he's staying in his role of performer, and hybe is just milking his popularity so they can make the most money out of it while armys that pretend to be ot7 give him more support for an average song than they ever showed for hobi or RM when their albums came out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ryo Nishikido's first TV drama since becoming independent, and the 38-year-old's "views on family", including a history of fist fights with his brothers.
Released three albums as an artist, successfully performed at Budokan during the Covid pandemic.
Actor and artist Ryo Nishikido returns to TV drama for the first time in four years with the drama Family I Loved, Not Because I Loved You (Sunday 10pm), airing on NHK's BS Premium/BS4K from 14th May. It is his first appearance on NHK since becoming independent in 2019. His first appearance was in the 2018 historical drama Segodon. We asked him about his feelings about playing the difficult role of a “phantom“ who appears in the drama even though he is dead, as well as his thoughts on his own family.
On the day of the interview, Nishikido was being interviewed by several companies. Nishikido was sincerely searching for his own words in response to the questions posed by the interviewer in the studio.
“Before when I became independent and now, being offered to a role has a different meaning. Now that I've been asked, I want to give it my all. I immediately said, 'If it's okay with you, I'd love to be a part of it.'"
Nishikido plays Kosuke, the father of the main character Nanami Kishimoto (Yumi Kawai). He is 38 years old, the same age Nishikido is now, but he passed away from a myocardial infarction. It is a difficult role to play, but on set, directed by Akiko Ookyu, who also directed the film "Jikkuri Furete Ro" (2017), he is digging into the scene with Ookyu-san to shoot the scene.
"I don't have many scenes myself, I'm more like a spice. There are scenes where I gently push Nanami when she is in distress, but when I think about it, I sometimes realize that Kosuke has been more supportive of her. His wife Hitomi (Sakai Maki) and the rest of the family are all strong, but they are also fragile. As a father, I want to warmly watch over my growing family."
Kosuke is a mysterious figure who appears in the tv drama even though he is dead.
“I am curious to see the reaction of the people watching the drama and how they will react to it. It is a mysterious presence that you don't know if he is there or not. I myself have not experienced any “hallucinations/visions”, but last spring the dog I lived with passed away, and the other dog I had was depressed. It had been listless for a long time, but one day when I came home after work, the one dog that had been depressed was frolicking around in the living room. When I saw that, it made me think that it (the deceased dog) had come home and was playing with them.”
In real life, he has 3 other siblings "As we get older, we are able to talk honestly.”
In real life, he has 3 siblings: two older brothers, who two and three years his senior, and a younger sister, two years his junior. Sometimes he had trouble stopping his mischievous second brother, fighting with him until he broke his arm.
“There was a time when my two older brothers and I didn't get along and we didn't speak to each other. The fact that we hit & fought each other hasn’t changed, but now that we are older and have our own lives, we are calmer and we can talk more honestly. When my sister got married and had a child, she looked very mature.”
How does he feel about his father, who supported a large family?
“When my father was 38 years old, the same age as myself, he already had a child named me. I don't have a family of my own, but looking back at my own age, I have more opportunities to think about what my parents were doing when they were the same age.”
Since becoming independent, he says, he has looked at himself more objectively and calmly, and in addition to SNS, he has also focused on internet distribution, bringing him closer to his fans. In 2020, the year of the Covid pandemic, his first solo performance at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, was broadcast online without an audience for the first time in the Budokan's history and became the talk of the town. As a singer, he has released three albums. He looks wilder with a beard, and his slow speech exudes the confidence that he has built up over the years.
“I have asked myself many times the question of who I am. I can move everything at my own pace, but I have to take all the consequences. If there is a place where I am required to be an actor, I want to give it my all. I also want to keep my feet on the ground and not overdo it in my music career.”
The drama is based on an essay by writer Nami Kishida about her own family. Her father, a venture capitalist, died suddenly, and her mother suddenly found herself in a wheelchair. Her younger brother has Down syndrome, and her grandmother has memory loss …. The "information overload" of her daily life has been well-received by many people and has been published in book form.

Am I the only that thinks hybe getting Jungkook to collab with usher instead of jimin is slimy as hell? I’m not saying it wasn’t out of convenience, usher and scooter Braun have a history (he calls him his soul brother) so getting him to collab with a bts member was surely appealing to usher anyone would jump at the chance but to not give it to jimin someone who’s expressed that this is someone he idolized growing up is shitty as hell. Not saying jimin wouldn’t be happy for Jungkook or be supportive but after watching the dance performance he compliments jimin so well. It’s a shame he’s a Zionist and all so in a way it’s a relief he wasn’t working with jimin but before that came out all I felt was anger for jimin tbh. It’s like if jimin collaborated with Justin Bieber someone who Jungkook has idolized and basically shaped his entire personality around. I know he would feel some type of way but one of my mutuals also said jimin has changed the last few years so maybe usher isn’t his favorite artist anymore and maybe that’s true but I doubt it. He has namedropped him many times over the years just like he did for fast and furious but I think jimin is not the type of person to reach out to an artist, at least from the very small collaborations he’s done he was the one that was always being asked. Sometimes I wish jimin took initiative because I do not want him to work with usher anymore but I would love for him to work with kehlani, h.e.r., mahlia, aamaree, ariana, lucky daye extc. There’s so many artists that would compliment his voice but I just feel as though he never feels the need to reach out like the other members do.
Mmm I don’t think it was slimy more like a wasted opportunity in general or something that could’ve had more artistic merit had he been involved with jimin. Like you have an artist like usher and then just shove him on a remix? Dumb. Fts should always be representative of bringing someone on that you feel could either bridge a gap to make a more complete song or enhancing it. Not just putting someone on the track just to be there. If you do the later, it just ends up sounding disjointed in the end. For example, I can’t imagine usher being on any song on face cause he doesn’t fit the vision jimin was going with. Jimin even said there were no fts on face because he didn’t feel right with someone else singing on tracks about his personal experiences.
In jk’s case, usher fits what he’s going for. Which is basically an imitation of him and several others. They’re collecting the major male solo artists to get them to collab with jk. Not only to bring him more clout but to also have him aligned with that image of the next big male soloist in america. Justin beiber is gonna be the last infinity stone in that gauntlet and we all know they probably have that lined up already.
It’s also kinda unrealistic to call “dibs” on an artist just because someone idolizes them. Chances are if another member genuinely wanted to, they’d approach them. Doesn’t make sense to put something that you already have planned on hold just to wait for person A, who has nothing planned with said artist, to maaaybe put something in the works with them, out of courtesy to them. I understand that the novelty of it might be dampened since someone in the group nabbed him first, but that doesn’t mean usher can never be utilized again as a ft. And the product from the second time around would probably be infinitely better anyway. (In theory. I’d rather him not work with him) It’s very easy to conflate all these instances as slights towards jimin since hybe is always working against him and maybe there is some hint of that in this decision, but it wasn’t their goal with this imho.
Claiming jimin doesn’t take initiative in terms of doing collabs is odd to me though, cause you can’t say that if it was never on the docket for him. I could understand if he was constantly teasing or nudging at usher for a collab, but he never has. He just mentions that he loves his work. And like I said, if he didn’t fit the vision then there’s no point of putting him on a song. I’m sure there probably are collabs for jimin in the future that he has planned. Good chance it won’t be with anybody who any of us envisioned (I’ve dreamed of him doing a collab with banks for ages) and that’s gonna have to be okay. Cause if it works and it works for him then 🤷🏾‍♀️

Is Apo okay haha… I’m talking about his twitter spree with boc’s bvlgari hashtag. I do understand that he feels grateful and all to boc, but shouldn’t he understand that boc can’t force fans to spend their precious sparetime to support someone they dont want to support. It’s not people’s job and boc isn’t our employer. I love Apo a lot, but I dont really get this haha
BOC isn’t for Apo a faceless organisation as it is for fans. BOC isn’t just Pond or the bad social media handlers. BOC for Apo is the cleaning ladies/men, the drivers, the stylists, bodyguards, hairdressers, light operators, directors, artist managers, acting coaches, screenwriters, PR, every single artist including Mile Phakphum Romsaithong, etc. It’s all those people behind the scenes who depend on BOC success to live. Apo is selfless and a team player, he will put the team’s interests before his own, thus the twitter spree. We don’t know the deal BOC has with Bvlgari and all the implications.
He's grateful for the love and the support he receives from BOC, all the people there but also, he’s realistic and knows the business of fame. What it implies to get sponsors, to be seen, gain money to produce and ensure brands see unity among the artists in the company, etc.
Also, empathy and guilt may also play a part in it IMHO. Apo was with another actor but the media are mainly putting his face out there. Like Maya TV *put the company tag and just put pictures of Apo forgetting the other. No matter what we think about the other actor, he’s part of Apo’s circle, they seem to have a friendship. He probably feels bad and wants him to feel included. Fans shouldn’t police his friendship, perhaps Apo too has been hurt by the man’s words and chose to forgive. But you know what? HATERS will even HATE him for doing that and imagine the nonsense and grief he will get if right now he acknowledges his solo tag.
Apo knows and understands perfectly well that fans support whoever they want and can’t be controlled. Almost 10 years in this industry, remember? He isn’t forcing fans to do anything. He knows his fans, they are stubborn just like him. They love him, they want to protect him, baby him, etc. He’s comfortable being a team player and also IMMENSELY grateful for his fans for the trending, support etc. At the time of this writing BvlgarixApo received 1.5M tweets.
And here is Apo, a man who had the world at his feet tonight, being praised and courted by everyone, thinking about others, knowing well that some people won’t get it, but being a team player.
HE KNOWS his real FANS will get it, get him. They will give him the freedom to do what he feels is right, even if they don’t understand it because they don’t possess all the information and they don’t own him. They know how selfless he is, they know he would rather lose everything than being a selfish jerk.
And that’s why as I’m writing this, Apocolleagues, the unnamed are still trending for him, because this is a man worth trending for, there are not many in this industry who have values, principles and want fairness. Please tell me you do get it.
*They posted about the other actor 2hours after their Apo post (so when I wrote this and when Apo posted it wasn’t up).

We couldn't just be happy that Haegeum, after all the struggles, debuted at 58 on hot 100. Can we?
Yoongi biased Ot7s tweeting "did that without collabs, remixes, multiple versions….." "Agustd paves the way"…
Who are they shading? Jimin for releasing multiple versions? JK for collabing with western artists?
This whole ot7 is a myth.
How are you shading multiple versions/remixes when the most successful Bts song, Dynamite, that charted for 32 weeks inside hot100 had 11 versions/remixes. One A side and one B side mvs. Had vinyl, cassettes and Cds.
And western collabs are a drag? We have Boy with Luv and MU right there being successful.
My Astronaut didn't have remixes or multiple versions either and it debuted at 51. So Yoongi biased armys, humble down already.
And the person they are shading the most, Jm. SMF p2 with no CDs, remixes and multiple versions debuted at 30 on bb100. If SMF P2 had CDs like Haeguem and The Astronaut, it would have debuted inside top10 for sure. People need to stop being bitter about Like Crazy.
This is what leads to more division in the fandom.
Yoongi is not my bias, I am not into his music. But I bought and streamed for him. We wanted that hot100 debut so bad for him. These kind of talks are so disappointing.
***
You probably typed this out thinking it's a very normal and sensible thing to say lmao, but all it shows is that you're getting sucked in.
Listen, I understand you feel very passionately about the member you love, and I understand in fandom spaces this can be hard to put into practice, but, just... try to be normal. The fandom isn't filled with people who hate Jimin, he would not have gotten any of his chart accomplishments if that were true, defaulting to thinking a common mindless comment made for many achievements is targeted shade at Jimin is more a reflection of how you think OT7 Yoongi-biased ARMYs view Jimin, it's more a reflection of the siloed environment you're in where you see JM constantly targeted, than based on anything that's actually happening in the wider fandom.
One thing that amuses me about all this, is that people who act like this don't seem to realize they're creating a self-fulfilling prophesy. That they're directly creating the environment they claim they're fighting against. It's the same mentality with shooters, solo stans, and mantis. This isn't to say there couldn't be Yoongi-biased people saying that to shade Jimin, I'm certain his solo stans and the akgaes of other members could say that to target Jimin, but by defaulting to thinking it is targeted shade at Jimin by OT7 ARMYs (when it of course could apply to other groups/people besides Jimin), you're heightening suspicion on regular ARMYs, who to counter that will become ultra defensive and level that suspicion back on Jimin-biased ARMYs, and you're doing all that while needlessly victimizing your bias. You've apparently identified "what leads to more division in the fandom", without realizing that you're inadvertently contributing to that division with all the above.
Lol.
This is how y'all create the circus that is fandom.
*
One more thing.
You know, when I say I don't particularly care about charts, I actually mean it. Like, I understand how the charts work, I know what they imply for BTS and I stream, donate, buy so other fans can access their music and to better support fandom efforts, but arguments over chart placements between the members, and how xyz did this at abc, etc, whatever all of that is, I genuinely do not give a fuck.
I couldn't tell you where Joon, Hobi, etc debuted on the charts unless I go back to check it, and in about a month I'd probably have forgotten where Yoongi charted. Jimin's #1 will remain top of mind simply because of how rare and monumental it is, but I've forgotten everything else. I read all of what you wrote Anon, and it amuses me that I'm reading this in the same fandom space that until June 2022, prided itself on not caring about charts like those 'crazy chart-obsessed Twitter ARMYs'. Lol. BTS solo era started and suddenly the shippers, who often operate more like solo stans of the people they ship, suddenly care about donating, streaming, buying, chart accomplishments, etc, than they did a mere 6 months ago.
Lol.
Anon, I've got a few more asks like yours in my inbox (I posted yours because you seem actually coherent). All the asks are people getting up in arms about this or that person saying this/that about Yoonmin's solo debut, promotions, chart placements etc. You and the rest who are talking like this might not realize it now, but you're getting sucked in. There's only one thing you sound like, and only one place you're going to end up with that line of thinking. It's easily one of the most predictable pipelines in fandom. You can call yourself whatever you like, but take it from someone who has been here long enough, keep going on like that and you're only going to end up in one place.
And like I've said before, I have no qualms letting dead weight fall off.
Goodluck to you.
