People who make Harry Potter their entire personality have always been annoying and unbearable, there’s no doubt about that- there’s just no point in talking to them. They were annoying in 2005, 2010, and 2015. They refuse to accept what Rowling has done and said because of their irrational love for the media.

But people like you who have this black and white outlook on life are also annoying and unbearable. You refuse to accept that the books themselves were quite extraordinary for children’s books compared to others that released around that time. It helped a lot of people in the early 2000’s who had really shitty childhoods, and by extension taught thousands of children the magic in finding themselves, whether that be sexuality or gender or whatever. This is proven by groups like The Rise of The Order, run by and made for LGBTQ folks, who make it their mission to bring LGBTQ representation and support at the forefront of their non-profit fan-made organization. (But I know I know, you don’t care how gay someone is, you just think anyone who slightly interacts with the series is the devil or whatever)
