The casino scene from Madagascar 3 but with cartoon cartoons stars, just because!
I feel like my animatic skills are getting better, though I admit this was kind of a rush job since college is starting up again. I hope to continue this crazy story someday, though.
Growing up as a Cartoon Network fan (still a fan), I watched the entire Cartoon Network Original movie! From Secret of the Omnitrix to Big Picture Show. Recently I saw We Bare Bears: The Movie which was a really good and great way to end the series.
A cryptid Batfamily AU in which Gotham is the main character and follows its journey to consciousness as it follows its Bat and Birds. Chapters are short and a bit gloomy.
Main Characters: Gotham, Bruce Wayne, Alfred Pennyworth (more characters pop up later, will add them then.)
No romantic relationships
Stuff to know: Cryptid Batfamily, grim, Melancholic mood (let me know if I should add more tags)

Chapter 2 - Gotham Trembled
The boy had returned!
Their connection had weakened but the rope that bound them grew stronger with his approach and when the boy’s feet touched its soil the moon was high in the clear sky. The boy was different now, the shadows danced around him as he walked the filthy street, inspecting him. Gotham had learned much in his absence, new vernacular to associate with those who walked upon it; who lived on it. It seemed that the boy had learned as well, for he was now, what they would call, a man. He had shed the softness and hopelessness of a child and came back with strength and purpose. His steps were silent, his demeanor dark and when a slight breeze ruffled his hair the shadows swept its tendrils through playfully. How Gotham had missed its boy, now man.
Gotham could hear its nightly sounds, now ignored for its favorite being, but the man could hear them. He walked with shoulders hunched listening, watching. He noticed the broken street lights, the far off sounds of wailing vehicles, the screams of the helpless and laughter of the powerful. He walked faster and Gotham could feel his displeasure and it mirrored it. Clouds started to gather and blotted the moon. Thunder echoed through the streets but no rain fell.
The man abruptly stopped, looking into one of its many alleys and so it lightened the shadows for the man to see better. The man rushed in, a woman screamed, a man grunted, the shadows coalesced as running footsteps echoed in the darkness. A warm body lay unconscious on top of its cobbled stones and the man Gotham cherished took deep heavy breaths, breathing it in. Gotham embraced him all the way to his home and it settled anew within his grief, secured in knowing he would never leave again.
I just like to imagine what would look like an urban area reclaimed by nature. Like at the hotel mission in The Last of Us, we have some great scene where buildings are overgrown and underwater.
