Vegeta, like all saiyans, runs hot and will keep you warm if you let him

he will never initiate snuggle time
but if you pull him in, or simply ask him to, he folds
he'll scoop you up in those beefy arms and hold you just how you like
he personally likes to be the big spoon, but he'll never even admit he likes spooning at all
if you get up or move around at any point in the night, you've lost your snuggle privileges only because he sleeps so heavily that he won't be up to readjust anytime soon
and when he's up, he's at it and going to start the day's training

sometimes work and research can get to Gohan, and when you can't get him out of the office you resort to sitting on his lap and tucking his face into your chest
Gohan is literally defenseless against it and will have no choice but to relax against you and take a break
he takes after his father and hardly snores at all
not-so-secretly likes to be the little spoon
when Pan is born, they become the ultimate snuggle buddies and you only feel a little left out because they look so damn precious when they're cuddling

Headcanon:
Goku's tendency to scratch the back of his head stems from the injury he suffered as a child. After falling and hitting his head, baby Goku kept scratching at the wound, despite Grandpa Gohan's best attempts to stop him.
The scar is still there, although covered by Goku's thick hair.

Crocheting somethin for them

I just had this genius idea pop up in my head randomly and it just seemed so darn cute
The them in question: denji, future gohan.
Don’t ask about the lineup lol there was more but I scratched the other ideas

Denji
The thought crossed your mind after he saved you from a devil. It seemed like he was a nice boy after all, especially when he was getting attention from a woman he liked. You talked a couple times after the incident and you started to like him quite a bit so in your spare time you’d took up knitting and make a long maroon scarf with his name embroidered in small letters at the end. The finishing touch being the heart sitting next to it.
You were proud of your work, it took a while to learn but, it was fun. Plus it was cold..winters in Japan are no joke what happened to being a island gyal??
Next time the two of you came across one other he greeted you in a fond matter, which made your heart rate speed up exponentially. It was beating so fast if you got close enough you were sure he could see it.
“ Heyyy, so I wanted to give you something since you really saved my ass that one time. So umm-“
You whipped out a small package wrapped in festive wrapping paper and held it out to him. He switched between staring at you to staring at the gift in awe as of asking if he could open it now before he gently took it out of your hands.
“Thanks..”
The blonde said while his fingers fiddled with the white ribbon that was neatly tied at the center of the package before glancing at you, who watched his hands with a kind smile on your lips. You nod towards the gift as you speak.
“Yes, you can open it now denji.”
When the words left your mouth you heard the paper rip instantly, revealing some weeks worth of patience and perseverance. When finally you look at his face again and can’t help but giggle a bit at his reaction.
“Woahh.”
His mouth is nearly open stuck in a “😮 expression as he examined the scarf, grinning when he sees his name at the end. Butterflies swarm and flutter in your stomach at the sight.
“So like, you made this? For me?”
Brown eyes dart to you immediately which makes you nervous but when he smiles your way with those pointed but adorable teeth of his it melts everything away almost instantly.
“Of course! I wanted to thank you by making you somethin’ you could use..”
You muster up the courage to finish the thought running through your head.
“And by giving you something else.”
Before he could say anything in response you lean into him and peck him on the cheek leaving him and you stunned if we’re being fair. You weren’t expecting him to react so fast though..
It was supposed to be a ‘smooch and go’ but the instant your plush lips met his face the teens hand was instantly placed on the back of your head, as he guided you to his lips, prolonging the kiss.
With a soft pop the lip locking came to a end. Leaving you embarrassed like no other.
“Well..I gotta go! Hope your like your gift. Both of em!”
You pretty much sprint away from him after that like your life depended on it with a hammering heart in your chest.
“Now why’d he have to go and do all thatt!”

Although he’s usually out fighting and trying to protect what little is left in this timeline he somehow nearly always finds time to spend with you. Of course you love it since well…you love him, even if he doesn’t quite know it yet.
Since he works so hard to protect you, trunks and bulma + anyone that’s still alive, it only made sense you did something in return. To show gratitude if nothing else. You also planned on telling him about your feelings forreal this time; after you had a full blown conversation with yourself about it in the mirror about it of course.
“y/n you got it all figured out! when no one’s around you’ll tell him..”
“Tell me what?”
Instantly, your shoulders tense and you spin around to face the man that invaded your inner thoughts, who leaned on the doorframe locking eyes with you with a worried expression.
“Y/n? Is something wrong?”
The black haired male questions walking towards you a bit, at which you smile a bit at, he seemed so worried and it was cute..heartwarming in fact.
“No, no, I’m fine it’s just that ummm…actually never mind!”
Unable to face him any longer without exploding into bits you turn back around even though it was to no avail since he could clearly see the face you were making in the mirror, already knowing it was only gonna make the worried expression on his face even more intense. He tries walking closer to you again, this time not stopping until he’s right behind you, scanning over your features from over your shoulder.
“You sure? You know you can tell me anything..and I’ll always listen.”
He nearly pleads with furrowed brows.
“Yess, I just-“
You sigh and look down at the little box in the corner of the vanity before looking back at him and nervously smiling, holding a hand out in a gesture that silently asked him to give you his in return.
“I wanted to be a bit more prepared but here we are. I can promise it’s nothing to be so worried about though..I think?”
The half sayain’s silence beckoned you to continue.
“You know, you’ve done so much for me..and I care about you a lot. I’ve wanted to do all I can to support you as a friend so I’m sorry if this makes you uncomfortable or makes you think differently of me but, I think of you as more than a friend. You’re so kind, strong, caring and selfless..I- umm wanted to do something for you for once! I mean regardless of how you feel about me..“
You blurted everything out nearly all at once, barely stopping for a breath in between. Your checks felt hot if he couldn’t see it, your hands were clammy to be able to tell you were nervous. Couldn’t even hold eye contact with the man in front of you; who stared at you intently. Almost shamefully you eyes were glued to your legs.
“Y/n… I care about you too. And knowing this doesn’t make me uncomfortable. Not at all.”
He gives the hand he was holding a reassuring squeeze before letting go as he tries to catch your now watering eyes again.
“I feel the same way about you. Don’t feel like you have to repay me, I do everything I do for you because I want to because well, I like you. I love being around you.”
He smiles at you kindly, reaching to move a stray curl out of the way. The action and his words melts your heart into soup, you don’t hesitate to wrap your arms around his neck in a hug. He indulges and wraps his arm around your waist lifting you with ease twirling the both of you around before setting you back down with a bit of a chuckle escaping him. Arm still around your waist.
“You..really mean all of that?”
“Of course. I wouldn’t just say something like like now would I?”
He assures you, kissing your forehead lovingly.
“You’re right..and Oh! I almost forgot!”
You perk a bit which makes him confused as you quickly wiggle out of his hug and retrieve the box and present it to him.
“So it ain’t much but I hope you like it! And hope you don’t think it’s too odd..”
Gohan raises a brow and unties the ribbon to reveal a mini crochet version of himself, you and trunks.
“Be sure to give trunks his okay?”
You gently say, smiling sweetly at him; a tad bit embarrassed but proud of your hard work learning a new craft.
“What about yours?”
He asks, staring and softening at the miniature version of u with adoration (so tiny and cute lol)
You laugh and kiss his cheek and his ears start to turn red.
“I’m all yours.”

I have another Gohan x Videl headcanon...
This one I'm actually trying to write a fic based on it.
This takes place a few months after the defeat of Buu. There's a lot unsaid between them.
They're going on an outing to the museum as there's a really cool bug exhibit going on. Chichi suggests they drive, because she wants him to have as normal a life as possible. Videl is the one driving.
On the way, Videl is trying to make small talk, but Gohan only gives vague answers, or answers like he isn't really listening to her. He's leant against the passenger window, looking deflated.
After some time of the conversation going nowhere, Videl gets fed up and demands he tell her what's wrong, because he's obviously off. Gohan sighs and stumbles with his words, because he doesn't know quite how to say what he's thinking.
Gohan starts with lamenting about how he could have prevented Buu's terror had he just kept training. He let his mother die, he let Videl die, it let to Earth's literal destruction. He could have avoided all of it had he simply kept training. He would not be able to forgive himself. He couldn't even protect her from Spopovitch, who had beaten her halfway to death.
He recalls his time on the Kai planet, with he and his father trying to convince the Grand Elder Kai to train him, and the bargain Goku made with him in exchange. He tells her how Goku at first suggested Gohan ask Videl, not Bulma to kiss the Elder Kai.
Gohan doesn't dare look at her, and she just listens. He tells her how angry he got, how he screamed that he wouldn't let that old relic kiss his girlfriend. Videl turns red. Gohan stares intently out the window, unable to look her way.
He apologises for it. He knows they aren't dating. He knows Videl isn't his girlfriend, and he shouldn't call her that. He just got so mad in the moment, because he secretly wishes she were his girlfriend. Gohan then says he's now mad at himself, because she doesn't owe him anything, he isn't entitled to her feelings just because of their shared trauma, and he's mad at himself because he never wanted her to feel pressured, or to feel like their friendship has to change just because he's completely in love with her.
Gohan's fists are balled up, and his knuckles are white. Videl is being uncharacteristically silent throughout. She asks him if he wants her opinion, or if he wants her to just listen. He tells her desperately he needs to know her opinion.
Videl smiles, tell him she's loved him for months too, and holds his hand. Gohan's face softens, and they continue their journey to the museum, now officially her boyfriend.

Pt. 1 Goku shenanigans
Another DB art. This was created before the future timeline inspired art I posted before this. Goku is a little goof and has zero sense of personal belongings. He also likes the way Chichi looks before she gets ready for a hard day of work because he can physically see the results of her labor from the previous day. (which consists of her surviving living in the same house as him, overseeing Gohan’s studies while she cooks and attempting to not cry when she hears a newly broken item in the house💀) Will post Pt.2 when I’m finished (that’s a lie it’s been sitting in my drafts for months now💪🏽)

Headcanons about if the boys got their tails back
- Goku- would swing it around like when he was a kid, likely would incorporate it into his fighting style instead of tucking it as a belt
-Vegeta- would instantly go back to tucking it as a belt, over time would leave it untucked and use it to taunt his enemies, keeps it tucked when not in combat as a fashion statement and a sign of Saiyan pride
-Gohan- wouldn't know what to do with it, would likely try to hide it when he could so he didn't scare people, would use it for agility and balance in combact instead of offence
-Broly- would leave it out all the time and not know any better, is completely immobile when it's grabbed, most often hidden under his fur, it's green fur 💚
Headcanons for if the saiyan kids had tails
-Goten- would not know how to control himself, basically a puppy with that thing
-Trunks (future)- would keep it neatly tucked, it's purple fur like his hair, isn't able to stay awake when grabbed u til after his first visit to the past
-Trunks (young)- also purple tail!!!, Would walk around like his dad, sometimes tucked sometimes taunting, but isn't able to resist yet and still drops sometimes when it's grabbed
-Bula- little blue tail!!!! Still at the age where she's floating around with it, but surprisingly she never faints when it's grabbed...
-Pan- uses it a lot like Goku and Gohan, mostly for movement and defence in combat, still working on resisting fainting but it's getting better training with Gohan
