Can i silly request the sadist trio (gin, sougo and kamui but u dont have to do all 3 if u were to pick 1 i would be okay with just gintoki lol) with an s/o who's pretty short in stature and definitely not a fighter by nature and one day they find out their s/o is strong enough to pick them up? Ohhh, I see that you're taking requests! Could you please write some headcanons for Hijikata and his s/o who's an artist? And who maybe hires Yorozuya from time to time to pose for some practice sketches? I think it could be fun to see how Hijikata would react to Gintoki in such scenario 😁

-Jealous is the only word that can define Hijikata at the moment. -He pretty much understand why is partner needs real life models to practice, but why the Yorozuya? Isn't Shinsegumi good enough? -Thinking about it, Hijikata would never let you alone in a room with Sougo…maybe Kondo but we are walking in a thin line… -So meanwhile thinking on who could be a great model without spiking his jealousy, imagine his face when opening his partner door he found a Gintoki, more naked than dressed posing for you. -It took awhile to make him come to his senses (thanks to the mayo he always brings) and no way Gintoki helped out. -Rather than Gintoki, Hijikata is ready to do any pose, as embarrassing as it may be, not to risk another heart attack. -And it's not like he is a bad sight…. -At the end they even got more comfortable between each other, so win-win situation

when hspod gets into. howwwwwwww every single act 6 introduced nonhuman char is a cruel lambasting of hs' own audience and the various contemporary audience reactions of being "in" on the joke about their own segment and laughing at other segments being the butt of the joke and how right any of those groups were about hssies intentions writing all this. this anime otaku v idol otaku scene was all i could think about.

Hijikata Tōshirō

➵ At first, Hijikata might be a bit taken aback by his partner's sudden displays of affection. He's used to being the one in charge and doesn't always know how to respond when someone shows him kindness. But deep down, he appreciates the attention and secretly enjoys the feeling of his partner's fingers running through his hair.

➵ Hijikata might try to hide his softer side from his partner, but Gintoki sees right through him. Whenever Hijikata's partner scratches his head, Gintoki can't help but tease him about it. "Looks like you're getting soft, Hijikata-kun," he'll say with a grin. Hijikata will scowl and tell him to mind his own business, but he secretly likes the attention.

➵ At times, Hijikata's partner might catch him off guard by being more cuddly than usual. Hijikata is used to being alone and doesn't always know how to react when someone wants to be close to him. But he's secretly grateful for the companionship and will let his guard down when he feels comfortable around his partner.

➵ When his partner scratches his head, he might let out a soft sigh of contentment. It's a small gesture, but it means a lot to him. He'll lean into their touch and close his eyes, letting himself relax for a moment. But he'll never admit how much he enjoys it, not even to himself.

➵ Sometimes, Hijikata's partner might catch him off guard by being too affectionate in public. He's not used to PDA and doesn't want to draw attention to himself, but his partner doesn't seem to care. Hijikata will grumble and protest, but secretly he'll be touched by their kindness. He'll never admit it out loud, though, not wanting to seem weak or needy.

➵ Overall, Hijikata might act tough and unapproachable, but he secretly craves the attention and affection of his partner. When they scratch his head or cuddle with him, he'll try to hide his softer side, but he can't help but feel grateful for the companionship.

You were sitting on the couch with Hijikata after a long day of work, absently scratching his head while he read a book. He seemed to be enjoying it, but you could tell he was trying to hide it.

As you worked your fingers through his hair, you noticed his breathing start to slow down and his eyes start to droop. He leaned into your touch, letting out a small sigh of contentment.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" you teased.

"I'm not enjoying anything," he said, but you could hear the smile in his voice.

After a few minutes, you stopped scratching his head and instead wrapped your arms around him, pulling him close. He tensed up at first, but then relaxed into your embrace.

"What are you doing?" he asked, trying to keep his voice steady.

"Just cuddling," you said, burying your face in his neck. "Is that okay?"

"I guess," he said, but you could tell he was secretly enjoying it. He wrapped his arms around you and held you close, his chin resting on the top of your head.

For a while, you just sat there in comfortable silence, enjoying each other's company. Then, Hijikata broke the silence.

"Thank you," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

"For what?" you asked, looking up at him.

"For... this," he said, gesturing to your embrace. "I... I appreciate it."

You smiled at him and leaned in for a kiss, which he eagerly returned. As you pulled away, he rested his forehead against yours.

"Don't tell anyone about this," he said, but you could tell he was joking.

"Your secret is safe with me," you said, grinning at him.

As you settled back into your cuddle, you could feel Hijikata's breathing start to slow down and even out. You knew he was falling asleep, but you didn't want to disturb him. You stayed there, wrapped up in each other's arms, until you both fell asleep on the couch.

Kamui

Time to call myself out 💁‍♀️ I like more than one type of dynamic, but there are some elements that a lot of my ships have in common if I put them side by side: it's the "whatever souls are made of, yours and mine are the same (sometimes derogatory)" type of dynamic. I love characters that are complicated and think they're unlovable until they find someone that's Kind Of Like Them. It's even better when on the surface they seem very different, but they can tell they're the same. And the reaction of the two might be to be wary of each other, to antagonize each other, to clown each other, to take refuge in each other. Could be the premise of good enemies to lovers ships, but I usually like lower stakes. ginhiji (gintaka also), buckynat, wenzhou, heihua etc different flavors but I think they have this common thread

I haven't found something clear in common about ships that don't fit the above

There are romance tropes I dislike, fandom tropes I dislike, maybe I'm too tired to think of things that annoy me right now even though there are many

Mainly Miraculous Ladybug at the moment. I do want to write some for Soul Eater and Gintama.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I do try my best to respond. They always make me happy and I love knowing my readers' reactions and thought processes regarding the stories I wrote. If I don't reply, it's mainly because I'm overwhelmed and tired hahah! But every comment always makes my day and I do reread them.

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

It's probably got to be "Goodbye" is bitter. It's a SpyXFamily story and I killed off the entire Forger family. My readers' tears were a joy to drink in a mug.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

A lot of my stories surprisingly have happy endings. I think the most tooth-rotting one would be Wo Ai Ni! which is an ML fic. It's literally fluff and fluff and so much fluff and if you love seeing Adrien being a madly in love silly goof with one Marinette Dupain-Cheng and being a hot mess about it, this is for you.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Surprisingly, I haven't gotten any hate on my stories every since I started writing for ML. I did get death threats from this one buffoon over a pairing in my last fandom but I put that menace back in his place and since then he hasn't gone after anyone else in the fandom :)

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

My name is MissEcchi for a reason LMAO. There's so much smut I haven't even posted publically yet because they need polishing and editing and I'm a lazy bitch. Here's a few I've written for ML (and they're all and always will be lovesquare~)

Unmasked - Identity reveal, mutual pining and some comedy.

Red - Identity reveal, vampire Chat noir (after getting zapped by an akuma).

Paperthin - Identity reveal, mariblanc!!!!!, angst, happy ending.

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

I have ideas for many! Just haven't written them out to fruition yet unfortunately. I do have an Ouran High school x Miraculous crossover story that has been chilling in my WIP docs for years lol...

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Some dumbass kids thought they were slick when they re-uploaded my stories on wattpad. Got them taken down. I haven't checked around since then so I hope no one else has done that.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

I don't think so.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

LOVESQUARE OF COURSE. Especially mariblanc!!!!!!!

15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

In my last fandom, I had a multi-chaptered fic that I haven't updated since 2018 I believe? It was my most well written story in that fandom and I did enjoy writing what I did. I don't know if I'll ever finish it because I just no longer have the same love and passion I had for it. I'd rather it's left the way it is rather than trying to give it a half-assed ending.

16. What are your writing strengths?

I've been told I'm really good at writing emotions, especially with angst and comfort. I'm a huge slut in making my favourites go through the most horrendous, traumatising experiences ever and then have them look after each other. I also think I write battle scenes decently, especially when I'm in the mood. I like to enforce how powerful the heroes can be and make the akuma battles more brutal than as showcased in canon.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Currently, I think my weakness is that I write too much. I do waffle a lot in my stories because I'm very peculiar on my pacing and trying to time things. This also makes the writing progress more complicated than it should be and it is why most of the stuff I've written haven't been published yet because the editing takes too long.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I enjoy doing that a lot! But I do try my best to make sure to not do it too much because of language barriers. So the dialogue in the other language is either mundane or something simple. I've got the advantage of having learned a few languages since childhood at home and at school.

I have spotted that some people who like to add dialogue in a different language just used Google translate which is hilarious, especially when the translation is wrong or makes no sense.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Sonic The Hedgehog...

20. Favourite fic you've ever written?

It's got to be Connecting Everything (Connecting To Everywhere)! It is the story I've always wanted to write and I just love horror and supernatural. I've always wanted to read an ML horror fic where lovesquare are still miraculous weilders and everything is pretty much the same except they've gotta deal with ghosts and demons too hahaha. It is my least popular ML fic unfortunately and I do hope I can reel in more readers! It is still ongoing and ch2 is a work in progress.
