Pregnant Geten/Iceman {Omegaverse AU}:

✳ Since he's such an aggressive Omega, nobody expected him to bend to the will of an Alpha, or to embrace motherhood.

✳ But in reality, he would occasion to tie you down, as his insecurity decreed. The sooner he could get pregnant, the more likely you were to stay.

✳You will always love your Omega; Geten will always have your heart, even through infertility. There's nothing for him to worry about, but he can't help it. He's never had a mate before, never given so much of himself to another.

✳ So pregnancy is an absolute must for him. A child is a flesh-and-blood symbol of your union, and a sign to other Omegas that you don't need them. You have a family - a perfect little family.

✳ He doesn't want to share this experience with anyone but you, so he'll be resistant to antenatal care. He just needs you there to calm him down.

✳ He's nervous, but so excited! Will they have your eyes, your hair, your smile? The thought of a mini version of you spells disaster for his heart. Is he ready to fall in love again?

✳ He knows you'll be an amazing parent, but will he be a good mother? Will the bond between mother and child be as natural, as loving, upon their birth?

✳ He'll purr when you rub his stomach

✳ Expect him to be very emotional. All his emotions are amplified. What was once mild irritation is now a meltdown, and anger is like an eruption.

✳ Morning sickness sucks.

✳ He doesn't want to take time off work, but he understands the importance of maternity leave. He won't put his baby in danger. Exercise is okay, but he won't train like usual. So he stays at home, where you can take care of him, and where his health is his only responsibility.

✳ When the baby kicks, he gets so excited! He wants you to feel it too! It was real before - it's been real for weeks…but now it's really real! Now he can feel his child - he can hear their heartbeat! Until this moment, it might've been a dream. But now it's real.

✳ He can't wait to meet his little one!

✳ He's very protective of his bump. He's baying for blood whenever someone gets too close. The baby's safety is his top priority.

✳ He'll love his child unconditionally, regardless of sex or disability. His child is his child, and the highest expression of your love. His only hope is that they're healthy and happy.

✳ The glow of motherhood makes him ten times as beautiful.

✳ He has a labour bag - a collection of items he'll want/need during labour. He keeps it on hand, in case the baby comes early. He's been dreaming of this day; it wouldn't do to be ill-prepared.

Hi! I'm sorry this took so long, I've been dealing with a lot and haven't been able to focus! As such, this is a little shorter than I'd like. Sorry!

S/O Tending to an Injured Geten/Iceman:

❅ He's so grateful for you. Does such a wild beast really deserve someone so kind? This question, though the height of folly, is always on his mind.

❅ He's so tame around you, and you're always gentle. You know he's hurting, even when he won't acknowledge the pain. He doesn't want to seem thankless, or weak. How can he protect you if he's always getting injured?

❅ Do you even want someone who so often plays with fire?

❅ You just want him to be careful, and to value his life more. If not for himself, then for you. You want him to quench his thirst for power, before it takes him from you.

❅ "I don't want a future without you, Geten."

❅ You listen as he complains about his fights and his enemies, and when he's disappointed in himself. You tell him that he doesn't have to try so hard; you're proud of him, and he's strong enough.

❅ He always wonders what you think of his scars. Do you hate them? Do they make you sad? Are you disgusted by them?

❅ They worry you, yes - they’re reminders of his mortality. But they're also reminders that he survived. He's tough. He fought and won, and he's still here with you.

❅ He'll never know how grateful you are.

❅ You try to hold in your tears. Your heart's in pain, but Geten's health comes first. He's kissed by divinity, a paragon of creation. You've fought Mother Nature for him; you've rescued him from death. You'll do it over and over, as many times as he needs.

❅ When you're done, he'll hold you tightly to his chest. You need to feel his heart beating. It reassures you that he's still alive, that he hasn't left you yet.

❅ But if he continues down this reckless path, then it's only a matter of time.

MHA Ch. 387 (surprise!) leak reactions

Yeah yeah, Geten is a Himura. Cool. But…

Woohoo, TOYA HAS A LATENT ICE QUIRK!!! That means he IS capable of healing and IS capable of turning down the heat if only someone not Enji would show him how!!!!

Endeavor isn’t seeing charred and blackened Dabi. He’s seeing lost twenty-something Toya. Ok, I saw some panels on Twt and this one just about made me cry. Especially the way Toya’s right hand is made of flame, just like Enji’s missing arm. It’s their dance in hell but it’s so wistful and tragic.

Just when Enji starts to go for a murder-suicide, taking Toya up high like he did with Hood, Enji falters. He doesn’t have the strength for that move right now…so Rei comes in with her ice to help cool Toya!!!! I am so happy to see Rei get there first — save your son and help him where you know Enji can’t!!

My Hero Academia AU where Rei is part of the League of Villains:

Escaped Fujiya shortly after Touya's 'death.' (Or discharged herself and didn't go home.)

Laid low for years until recruited by Kurogiri.

Efficient assassin of the group yet unintentionally became the 'cold-hearted' Squad Mom (Meticulously making sure everyone else has enough food/water, wears their hats and mittens when the weather's cold, hyper-alert to when someone starts getting sick/injured, everyone is too afraid of her to argue.)

She recognizes Dabi, he recognizes her, they're playing a game of chicken in who directly calls out the other first.

She doesn't say much, so everyone else is debating what beef this middle-aged former housewife can possibly have with society.

Cannot be identified by heroes since ice-based Quirks are common.

Always keeps her face hidden when heroes are present.

Kinda just want to see her mop the floor with Geten and after a brutal defeat, just coldly whisper, "Amateur."

'Dabi's Dance' (Rei’s Dance?) would be interesting because realizing your dead child is back from the grave is a moment of shock and horror, but realizing you've been fighting the mother of your children this whole time is bonafide WTF moment.

Honestly, though, I picture it looking less like an unhinged speech and more like this:
