Thinking about an scenario where AFO found the Shimuras in time to give decay to Hana, but then Nao wanted to have another kid to play with her so Tenko was born with a healing/creating quirk.
Basing it on the fact that Nao's maiden name is Magi (related to magic) and her name means something like "fixing". Also, AFO didn't use Hana only because she was already too old, so maybe if he had found her a bit earlier...
I think it'd be cool to see the Shimura siblings working together in a fight. Kinda like Overhaul's powers (we know the context), but they can go further because each one is specialized in their own quirk.
I also think that given Hana's personality, I'd have made for a great character development. She lies to save herself, she blames others, she runs away and hides, she was just a kid, her quirk is meant to destroy— but her brother gets her back if she has his. They're okay. They have each other.

Idk why but since Endgame I can't take the "everyone arrives to the final battle through a portal" seriously. It's suuuuch a meme to me. Every time I see it, I think "something cheesy yet cute is about to happen!!!" Not my fav trope, but it does the job.
