Ok ok hear me out: it could end in tragedy,, AND have a happy ending. The attempt(s) on Machete’s life force him to flee, he doesn’t even have the chance to find Vasco. Cue gay longing for at least a few years while Machete despairs over the loss of his love, his life, his status. He and Vasco only reunite (again) in their later years. Their relationship is forever flavored with loss and loneliness, but that only means they savor every moment that much more
I also I would like to see them as old men. Vasco would be so droopy :)
You gave me such old dog brainworms.

Poison Ivy is hired to revive an extinct flower. It's good money and the flower has no adverse effects on the environment so she's more than happy to take the job.
She thinks everything is good and continues to grow these flowers for her client. Until a child shows up in her greenhouse and informs her that the flowers she's been providing are actually going to a branch of the government and are being used to destroy the a different realm.
The government has been tricking her into destroying the environment, earthly or not. Soon they'd learn exactly why Poison Ivy is feared.

A lot of us with ADHD are familiar with the concept of time blindness, but for anyone who isn't: it's a neurological inability to have a consistent sense of the passage of time. If you put me in an empty room, gave me a button and told me to press it when I think it's been 15 minutes, I might press it after..... idk, anywhere between 3 minutes and 2 hours? And if we repeated it the next day the result would probably be wildly different!
But something I've only seen mentioned in one (1) Reddit post, which took some extensive digging to find, is the same effect extending to ALL things measured in numbers. Distance, weight, length, height, amount, space, volume, percentage... For me, small numbers are a bit easier, I could approximate a centimetre probably, but a metre would be much harder and 10 or 100 would likely miss the mark by a lot. Also, anything that can't be easily measured with a ruler or a measuring tape (like weight or volume) is even harder since I don't encounter reference points (like a 1kg hand weight) for those as frequently as I see visual representations of specific lengths.
It's not dyscalculia or anything like that, I'm decent at math (and the OP of the Reddit post was a math major) and I have no other difficulties with numbers, it's just a disconnect in translating real life experiences like sensory input into numbers (and possibly also inconsistent processing of sensory input? Like how the same sound volume is okay one day but hurts my ears the next?), which I think is basically the same thing as what happens with time blindness. For now I've been calling it "measurement blindness" since I've never seen a name for it anywhere, but maybe "quantity blindness" could also work?
I've talked to other people with time blindness to see if they experience this too, but so far none of them have known what I'm talking about. I'd really like to know how many of us are out there and if anyone knows literally anything actually scientific about this very inconvenient phenomenon!
Tl;dr: bc I am wordy:
It's like time blindness but for all things measured in numbers
Not dyscalculia or caused by it
Pretty much never seen it talked about anywhere
Please tell me if it sounds familiar and/or you know something about it, thank

Actually Jason and duke should have a series together, solving magic mysteries and bringing out the worst of each other’s chaos. It needs to be absolutely insane, with their solutions to the problem of the week being even more bonkers than whatever nonsense they’re fighting.

Really… Still seeing people reblog posts calling for the total eradication of an entire nation, and going “This is a totally normal and reasonable position to have - disagreeing means you support genocide” without a hint of irony.
It would be funny if it wasn’t so fucking awful - truly, has everyone lost their damn minds?
I unapologetically believe in and stand for Israel’s right to exist - and that has never, ever meant that I don’t believe Palestine also has a right to exist. Those have never been opposing positions and there are many incredible organisations working together for all the people involved.
If you honestly believe that the solution to this is the total removal of the only Jewish state on the planet from its indigenous land - without truly understanding or caring what that would actually mean in real world terms for the people living there - then it's you who are supporting genocide actually.

"Daniel, get off of me." Vlad hissed, trying to get the child off his back.
"No, I'm tired, sleepy, and you're the closest thing to rest on." Danny groaned, flopping himself further onto Vlad's back.
"Daniel this is not what you're supposed to be doing at an event like this get off of me-" Vlad reached a hand behind his back, trying to slap Danny away from him to the best of his ability.
"Nooo." Danny moved away from Vlad's hand and slapped it when it got to close for comfort.
"Daniel you were to be my eyes for the night get off-"
"Ah, Vlad! Good to see you!"
"...Daniel," Vlad whispered. "When and how did your oaf of a father get here-"
Danny creaked an eye open and peeked over Vlad's shoulder, only to recoil and hiss at the brightness of the smile on Bruce Wayne's face. "It's Bruce Wayne."
Vlad hummed quietly. "Ah, of course he was invited here." Vlad brought a hand up to rub at his face, careful to not touch the bandages wrapped around his eyes and sighed. "I can never escape Jack Fenton, even when he isn't here it seems." Vlad took a small second to sink into the depths of despair, before removing his hand and sending a beaming smile towards Bruce Wayne (Or at least where his voice came from)
"Greetings Bruce! Pardon my lack of sight but it seems fate is still kind to you, it seems!"
"You know he totally saw you not wanting to meet him, right?" Danny whispered in Vlad's ear, head on the man's shoulder.
"Daniel." Vlad whispered just as quietly, smile still on his face as he listened to Bruce talk about some charity he plans to do in Gotham. "If you will not be my eyes then at the very least keep yourself quiet."
