IMAGINE THE READER TRYING TO WIPE THE SMOOCH BC "You smoked just now.."
Kishibe laughing at your reaction, leaning down and promising you he'll give you a proper one once you start to actually open up more. Lips barely touching before he chuckles and moves away leaving you confused
And true to his word once you start opening up he kisses you

He remembered when he mistook someone for his dad...
Tev once again sneaked off just to go outside, for the sake of gazing at the skies again without looking at the monochrome wall anymore. He hoped that his father would not catch him this time; he planned to walk the road in the middle of the night. He looked left and right, making sure that no one was watching, so that he could stroll peacefully without interruption.
Once he made sure that no one was there to witness, he continued to walk with a smiley emotincon on his screen. "(◍•ᴗ•◍)" He felt giddy and happy. Now he can stroll without anyone interrupting his peaceful night!
Then suddenly, he tripped on a rock. A frickin' rock, hahaha, how funny… Life, you little b#tch.
"!--ufrehtoM" Before he could finish his word, he suddenly glitched out of reality, which caused him to shriek.
"ÆÆÆÆÆÆÆÆÆ--!"

Ringing…
That was the first thing he hears when he slowly wakes up from the sudden glitch, his screen flickered back to life as a shocked emoticon showed on his cracked screen. "O_o" his vision was disoriented, he can't focus when there's a lot of error popping and appearing in his view. It's annoying…
He could've sworn he felt his ankle twist at a bad angle, or was it just that his sensation is not sensing anymore.
A loud thump was heard, echoing throughout the dark road; his small frame flinched at the sudden movement that seemed to vibrate the ground. He looked up to see who it was, but he felt a pang of pain right through his neck. He twitched and yelped, his whole body was in agony and in pain. So he had no choice but to lay still on the floor and wait for the person whoever it is to approach him.
In his view, a large foot bigger than his head appeared in front of him. He tilted his head up to see who this huge person was.
The curiosity slowly turned into shock once he saw the face of the person. The huge guy had a TV for a head, a black suit, and a purple tie. This guy kinda resembles his father, to be honest…
Wait a minute….
Aw shoot he's screwed!
He got caught again!
Tev was about to explain, but the large man lifted him up by holding his hood, his feet dangling in the air as he was raised high. "!!!" He could feel his soul fell on the ground as he faced his father. 'Not again!' He dreaded.
".bab ,nialqxe nac I" He begins, only to be interrupted when the large man speaks. ".obbik ,bab ruoy toN"
Suddenly, he felt embarrassed…
An embarrassed emoticon appeared on his cracked screen as he realised that this humongous man, is actually not his father. But the appearance kinda resembles him, not gonna lie though. "(・_・;)" Then suddenly, four monitors appeared from his back, each screen had an emoticon except one, because it had a question mark in it. He guessed this is how he show his emotions.
How embarrassing to think that this guys is his father, and know he cant get rid of this feeling. He'll forever remember this embarrassing memory….

After mistakenly identifying him as his dad, the large guy asked the you boy if he needed some help. Based on his minor injury, he looked like he needed some aid. But he denied being injured, so he asked to be let go so he could return to his home before his real father could catch him roaming outside. The large Tvman nodded and gently put him down, but as soon as Tev touched the ground, he felt his ankle hurt, causing him to stumble and almost fall to the floor. If it weren't for the huge guy catching him in time, he would have fallen flat on his face.
"..uoy knaht" Tev said as he hold his large digit for support. "…qleh deen od I sseug" Tev sighed.
And that's how he met him in an embarrassing way. And at the same time he met his first friend, Polycephaly…

The new neighbors, a rays christmas series part 2
Tiffany was busy looking out at the front porch as she watched the snow fall sipping on her hot coco that her husband willingly made for her. Tiffany felt a small hand grab the end of her mini skirt as she turned around to see her daughter lottie.
"Mom can we go and make cookies for the new neighbors?" Lottie asked with her smooth 6 year old voice. 'New neighbors?' Tiffany thought to herself. Nobody told Tiffany that there were new neighbors, but seriously who moves houses in the snow?
Tiffany looked down at her little 6 year old tucking lotties hair behind her hair. "Of course sweetface, you go and get the ingredients out while i go see who the new neighbors are." Lottie smiled as she skipped towards the kitchen.
Tiffany looked out the window again to see a little boy about Lotties age carrying 3 boxes stacked ontop of each other. She then looked over to see a much older woman that looked atleast in her mid 40's carrying bags and suitcases inside. "Looks like Lottie might have a new friend." Tiffany smiled as she made her way to the kitchen.
A few hours passed by and the cookies were finished and fully decorated. It also looked like the little boy across the street and looked to be his grandma had settled down inside.
"I'm ready!" Lottie called out to her mother who was carrying a plate of cookies and hot coco. Lottie finished buttoning up her coat as she opened the door "Alright lets go then." Tiffany suggested walking out the door with lottie closing it behind her.
Tiffany and lottie slowly walked across the street to a small beautiful wooden house. Lottie knocked on the door to be greeted by an elderly woman supposed as Michelle.
"Hello! i'm Tiffany and this is my daughter Lottie. Um, earlier she told me that there were new neighbors moving in and we wanted to make cookies for you guys!" Tiffany introduced handing out the cookies and hot coco. Michelle took the cookies and hot coco as she welcomed Lottie and Tiffany inside to sit them down.
"Well Mrs. Tiffany and Ms. Lottie my name is Michelle and this is my 6 year old grandson Sage." Michelle pointed at Sage who peaked out his bedroom door Shyly. Tiffany rubbed Lotties back as a suggestion to go and play with Sage.
Lottie slowly got up making her way to Sages bedroom, Opening his bedroom door as she Shyly waved towards him seeing him all cuddled up with his knees to his chest.
"Hi I'm Lottie! Your Sage right?" Sage nodded smilling a bit.
The rest of the day Lottie and Sage got more comfortable with each others and decided to become friends as they realized they liked hanging out with each other.
Lottie smiled looking back at Sages house waving at him through the window. "Did you have fun sweetface?" Tiffany asked as she hung up her and Lotties Coats up. Lottie nodded, "I like him! Can i go over tommorow?" Lottie begged as she clutched her hands together as she tilted her head.
Tiffany smiled knowing that Lottie just made her very first friend!

I have always associated people with butterflies. Not just because they were beautiful and had more liberty than me. But because they only come when they want something from you and leave you for another if they're done getting what they want. So I changed. I isolated myself on top of a boulder surrounded by thorns and made myself crippled from the blazing sun and frail from the harsh winds. I destroyed myself so that nobody else could destroy me. So that they won't want me. But then you came. You were the most beautiful amongst your kind, but I was guarded. You came to me through my thicket of thorns and steep rock and I was cautious and afraid. But instead, you stayed a safe distance feom me and never took advantage of my vulnerability, yet. You asked for my name and how I was. I stayed mute. You didnt mind, so you told stories of your journey of vast meadows and the feeling of flight. I stayed silent, thinking youre only entertaining yourself. I wondered why, why me? Why did you risk your time to talk to me. Time passed and your still didnt flew away. Frustrated with your annoying presence, I told my name in hopes you could go away. You smiled and stayed insistently. So, defeatedly, I told stories of my loneliness and the fear of their kind, wishing you would be offended and fly away. You stayed and apologized sincerely for something you yourself didnt do. I was awed and guilty.
We became friends at some point, I think.
Never once you fed from me or the other flowers, which made me even more curious but I kept it o myself thinking you might change your mind and eat from my pollen. You provided shade with your majestic blue wings and I gave you my stories of the dove princess that once flew by me, the crying rain that I whispered comforting words to, and the terrifying grim reaper that visits my adobe when hes bored. You laughed at my tales and I was enamored by your smile.
Time flew and my thorns dulled and fell. I came down from my boulder but far away from the crowded meadow, just satisfied with the soft moss and your company. My petals, from crinkled brown became soft and white. I unknowingly changed because of you.
I never asked why you came to me, but I was content with seeing you everyday and hearing your musical laugh. Frankly, I was afraid of the answer your would give me. So I was fine with your temporary amity.
Then, the warm season passed and theres a incoming chill in the air. You had to go and I could only stay.
You promised you would come back, but I was selfish. For the first time, I was selfish for something and it was over something I cant have. But I had hoped. I made you promise, even if you cant come back, at least remember me from time to time. You laughed, kissed my petals surprising me and promised. You flew away with the last glimpse of me and departed. I was content, at least one soul in this world knew who I was.

I think the invention of the term "traumadump" has done discussion of mental health a lot of harm. I keep seeing discourse vs whether or not it's okay to talk about heavy topics with your friends, and like... I feel like there is a very big and important difference between my definition of traumadumping (ie. Frequently and habitually diverting your conversations with others towards your own misery, often with the goal of focusing attention and sympathy towards yourself at the expense of those around you, and without recognizable effort to reciprocate your empathy towards those you are speaking to or to ensure their comfort) VS the mere act of having heavier conversations with those around you. I've seen a lot of backlash to the idea of traumadumping as a concept lately (they paywalled human connection etc etc) but I think it's worth recognizing there is absolutely a kind of behavior that can create a negative feedback loop with this stuff. Especially if you navigate a lot of spaces in social media, it's not uncommon to find people dropping really heavy stuff on complete strangers unprompted. Idk, I think there's a degree of nuance to be had that's maybe getting a bit lost due to everyone having different definitions of what it means to "trauma dump."

i know it’s like years old at this point but i love that one collab mumbo and grian did with tommyinnit bc it’s like the single most concentrated example i’ve seen of mumbo’s Chaos Nullification Powers
you get to see a bit of it on hermitcraft, mostly via his interactions with grian, but until seeing that collab it didn’t really hit me just how completely mumbo can no-sell other people’s attempts to control a situation. tommyinnit is possibly the single shoutiest, most chaotic minecraft youtuber out there, and in most videos i’ve seen he pretty much overwhelms everyone else and sets the tone for interactions because of this. but mumbo just. doesn’t let him. no matter how much tommy escalates in intensity, mumbo reacts with *exactly* the same energy he always does. grian largely comes across in the whole video as annoyed and reluctant to engage with the whole thing, but mumbo’s not even affected. he just rolls with anything he finds funny and basically ignores anything he disapproves of, only seeming more and more unflappable the harder anyone tries to get a rise out of him.
AND imo, this is the key to my favorite interpretation of him as a character
see, when the people around him are being more reasonable/calm, i think mumbo often comes across as anxious and a bit easily overwhelmed. the thing is, his nervous wet cat vibes do not scale. he has one setting. his responses to the last life ‘ah-ha!’ jokes and to hermitcraft 8 starting to crumble to pieces under a falling moon are almost identical.
mumbo jumbo is inexorably and eternally Just Some Guy, but that gets stranger and stranger the weirder his surroundings become. the giggly incredulousness that makes him an easy target for goofy puns looks Very different when it’s also his reaction to the impending end of the world.

trying to feel less bad about myself on this Tuesday night, so answer my poll please~
btw, this is not counting the random kiss you had with a kid in preschool who your parents joked you would marry. This is like actual first romantic kiss as a sentient human being.
