What's Silja's story and her relationship with Heimdall?
Ah yes! I've mustered up a story for Heimdall and Silja inside my mind, so here goes! (This is gonna be a long post lol I'm gonna pour it all here)
🔮Some Heimdall x Silja Lore! 🌌
oh and their theme song is 'Circles' by EDEN 👁️👁️
Silja was born in the times when Freyr ruled over Alfheim. As Freyr was away a lot because of the conflicts with the Aesir and Freya, Freyr and the elves decided to 'create' a being which can hold the balance and peace between the light and dark elves. Freyr merged a piece of himself with the Light of Alfheim. From there, Silja was born/created. So Freyr is kind of her father.
Silja is the goddess of memory and remembrance, as her eyes were imbued with the Light of Alfheim itself, enabling her to see everyone's past. She was raised as a princess by the elves, but she's pretty much a trophy goddess who holds the peace in Alfheim when Freyr disappeared after Odin and Freya married.
In truth, Silja became bitter and judgemental as well from her hindsight powers. She could see the elves' pasts, even when they don't remember. She's always in Alfheim, and so she desires adventures more than anything - freedom.
During the time of Odin and Freya's marriage, Silja often comes to Asgard as an ambassador of Alfheim for diplomatic reasons. That's when she finds her joy, a chance to get out of Alfheim to visit other realms. And that, was where she met Heimdall.
(YES THEY'RE COUSINS) (BUT NOT REALLY OKAY) (Heimdall had 9 mothers while Silja is born from the Light) (God that sounds so bizarre HAHAHAH)
Heimdall can see her thoughts, while Silja can also see his past. For once in their lives, they met a similar person. They quickly become the Judgy Friends™.
One day, because she could fly (another gift from the Elves) she took Heimdall away from the wall and took him strolling along other realms, showing him that the other realms are beautiful as fuck as well.
When Odin knew that Heimdall had left his post in the wall, Odin became furious and disappointed, telling him how would he entrust Gjallarhorn with him if he left his post like this.
Heimdall (with his Odin's manipulation tactics) grew distant and pushed Silja away. With Freya's banishing from Asgard and locked away from other realms, she had to stay in Alfheim to keep the Light and Dark Elves from fighting again.
Without her father figure and her only friend, Silja, who desired freedom from her responsibilities as a trophy goddess, ran away from Alfheim, which left the realm in a state of war once again. She didn't care anymore.
>>> BOOM God of War (2018) <<<<
Silja roams the Midgard and Niðavellir, helping people with her powers of memory and remembrance, learning not to judge, but also how to empathize. At first she was still judgemental about the weakness of a powerlessness human and dwarves, but from her adventures, she learned to empathize, and helping tortured souls come to terms with their pasts.
She spent most of her time roaming Midgard, but after the death of Baldur and Fimbulwinter came down upon the nine realms, she had to go back and check on Alfheim. Finding it in chaos and dead bodies of Elves are everywhere, Silja sneaked towards the Light of Alfheim, and saw a glimpse of Kratos going inside the Light.
>>> BOOM God of War Ragnarok (2022) <<<
Still helping the Midgardians surviving harsh winters, and with her seeing the pillar of thunder-ice, Silja encoutered Kratos, Atreus, and Mimir in a fight against trolls and draugrs. Mimir introduced Silja to the father-son duo.
(The way Silja was SHOCKED when she saw Kratos' past tho...)
Kratos thought that Silja mean harm to them since they killed a lot of Elves, but turned out she paid it no mind, since they won't stop warring even if the sun lights upon Helheim.
They part ways, but Atreus bumps onto Silja in his adventures with Sindri, begging her not to tell his father. Silja being the naughty goddess she is, promises Atreus not to tell Kratos.
When Kratos and Atreus brings back Tyr to Sindri's house, Silja was left flabbergasted, because she couldn't see Tyr's past at all. It was weird, because back in the days, She could see Týr's past well enough as the others. However, Mimir suggested it might be one of the many consequences of Odin's tortures.
When Kratos and Atreus' relationship grows tense, she chooses to stay silent, because Silja understands what Atreus feels. When Atreus stormed out of Sindri's house and ran to Asgard, Kratos and Freya was worried shitless about Atreus going to Asgard, so Silja offered to follow Atreus, saying she'll make sure Atreus doesn't do anything too stupid.
Plus, she knows that the first person Atreus will meet in Asgard is him. Someone needs to protect Atreus from his antiques.
Time to visit a long-lost friend 😉

CRITICAL ROLE: BELL'S HELLS (2021–) ENNEAGRAM TYPES ★
Fearne Calloway – Type 7(w8): The Opportunist
Sevens are extroverted, optimistic, and spontaneous. They are high-spirited and playful, but they can also misapply their many talents, becoming over-extended, scattered, and undisciplined. They constantly seek new and exciting experiences, but can become distracted and exhausted by staying on the go. They typically have problems with impatience and impulsiveness.
Sevens are enthusiastic about almost everything that catches their attention. They approach life with curiosity, optimism, and a sense of adventure. they are bold, extremely optimistic, and vivacious: they are endowed with abundant vitality and a desire to fully participate in their lives each day. They are naturally cheerful and good humored, not taking themselves too seriously – or anything else, for that matter.
Enneagram 7w8s love to be in control of their lives and get what they want. Their natural charisma charms and inspires others. They love to start or try new things, especially when encouraged by others. Once they decide to go for whatever they want, they won’t stop until they accomplish it.

This is the final/touched-up version of the post I made a while ago, along with some story and character lore.
I've been thinking hard about what kind of story I want to tell with this graphic novel since I really don't want to put my time and effort into something that isn't meaningful to me.
Story Time: I recently broke up with my INFJ boyfriend of 7 months this December. He was an immature INFJ and it was an unhealthy relationship where I was consistently neglected and my Fi ("Introverted Feeling"), including personal feelings, were not taken seriously or valued.
It was a necessary break-up, but it unearthed a lot of past trauma I was subjected to from *unhealthy* Fe ("Extroverted Feeling") users throughout my life. The realization of my resentment towards high Fe users has brought up a lot of mixed feelings, including both shame for hating Fe and fear of being rejected by it.
I hadn't known Fe to be anything but abusive or manipulative and I had believed firmly that I could never be fully embraced or understood by Fe users because I was too "dark", "depressing", or "anti-social" just for being myself and expressing my Fi.
That is, until recently...
(To be continued with my next post) ;)

aesthetic - naven
I want to watch the universe expand. I want to break it into pieces small enough to understand and put it all back together again in the quiet of my private collection.
It feels like an out-of-body experience, but something gets lost from a safe distance. Now I can't put my mind to rest, and I can't help but second guess living behind this one-way mirror.
I'm hypnotized by this anomaly. Such strange, uncharted territory.
A white flag waves in the dark between my head and my heart. My armour falls apart, as if I could let myself be seen, even deeply known.
Like I was already brave enough to let go.
And now I want to generously lose this energy that I've been hanging onto so desperately. I finally feel the universe expand. It's hidden in heartbeats, exhales, and in the hope of open hands.

One of the issues with the “Love Languages” is that people can fixate on how they are wanting to receive love and miss the way people around them are trying to connect. We can miss the love that is coming toward us because we are wanting it in a different form.
We need to take a step back first. None of us resist connection all the time, but we need to develop self-awareness to see how we are resisting connection. How are we missing or blocking connection coming from others because of our inability or resistance to receiving?
Reasons people might resist connection, by Enneagram Type:
Ones can struggle to receive because it’s difficult for them to leave the evaluation mode of seeing where the relationship needs to improve.
Twos can struggle to receive because they don't share their deeper needs.
Threes can struggle to receive because they are trying to earn whatever they get.
Fours may miss the connection in front of them due to focusing on an unrealized ideal.
Fives can resist connection when they are depleted because it can feel like it requires energy they don't have.
Sixes can resist connection because they can get preoccupied with what could go wrong in the relationship or doubting the connection is secure.
Sevens can resist connection because of their desire for freedom and the fear of being trapped or having to meet others’ expectations following connection.
Eights can often resist connection because it can make them feel exposed and there is a sense that connection now will be more painful later.
Nines tend to avoid situations that might lead to disconnection, but this avoidance can prevent them from addressing important conflicts that, in reality, can strengthen connections over time.
As always, this could never be a complete list or sum up the specific nuance of you. But consider, how would you say it? What is your pattern? Can you see the way those around you are already trying to love you and connect with you? Can you see the ways you are resisting connection?

Colour Symbolism and Personality
Each colour has certain personality traits based on (mostly western) colour symbolism, and the effects they have on people. This is based on my knowledge of many typology systems, many character analyses, and love of colour theory. It’s mostly made up but I’ve found it VERY helpful for fleshing out/analysing characters and so far it’s accurate for real people too. I'll do another post for the subtypes at some point
You’ll pick three colours to make up the three aspects of personality, which I’ll explain after.
First, the ten colour types
Grey - practical: values efficiency, fears attention, curious, unemotional, logical, may be perfectionistic or socially awkward, combines the knowledge of purple and caution of brown
Brown - stable: values comfort, fears unpredictability, protective, reliable, timid, may be anxious or rigid, combines the subtlety of grey and attentiveness of white
White - pure: values morality, fears emotion, neat, prepared, direct, may be numb or obsessive, combines the good nature of brown and energy of pink
Pink - romantic: values simplicity, fears being overlooked, accepting, playful, energetic, may be immature or attention seeking, combines the candour of white and intensity of red
Red - powerful: values control, fears insignificance, passionate, emotional, ambitious, may be micromanaging or explosive, combines the pride of pink and spontaneity of orange
Orange - enthusiastic: values excitement, fears bitterness, adventurous, friendly, confident, may be arrogant or risk-seeking, combines the assertiveness of red and joy of yellow
Yellow - optimistic: values happiness, fears boredom, creative, persuasive, prudent, may be impatient or deceitful, combines the spontaneity of orange and maturity of green
Green - peaceful: values progress, fears conflict, calm, peacemaker, analytical, may be people pleasing or envious, combines the advocacy of yellow and calm of blue
Blue - loyal: values trust, fears change, honest, careful, calming; may be isolated or passive, combines the admiration of green and intuitive of purple
Purple - individual: values imagination, fears confusion, intuitive, authentic, compassionate, may be overthinking or judgmental, combines the devotion of blue and curiosity of grey
I don't see any of these as completely rigid or set in stone. It's more about symbolism and vibes than science, so definitely be flexible with how you interpret the colours.
Three aspects of personality
You’ll choose three colours for each aspect: your core (how you perceive yourself, how you protect yourself, what you value), your aura (how you influence others, the environment you create, how you present yourself), and your anti (underdeveloped personality traits, an overcorrection, unhealthy defence mechanisms)
A colour as your core will dictate how you like to live your life. A colour as your aura will dictate how you interact with the world. A colour as your anti will dictate what you struggle with and what traits you associate with stress. See explanations of each colour as different aspects below
Expanding on the ten colour types
Grey core appreciates privacy and protects themself with self sufficiency. Grey aura strives to be useful and wants to appear capable. In crisis grey anti will struggle to appear confident and use helpful systems neurotically.
Brown core appreciates consistency and protects themself with staying relaxed. Brown aura strives to be supportive and wants unwavering trust. In crisis brown anti will become paranoid of deceit and unnecessarily rigid.
White core appreciates strong morals and protects themself by disguising flaws. White aura strives for honestly and wants to improve others. In crisis white anti will become obsessed with purity and detached from emotions.
Pink core appreciates being understood and protects themself by projecting. Pink aura strives to make their emotions known and wants close connections. In crisis pink anti will become emotionally explosive and attention seeking.
Red core appreciates having authority and protects themselves by living for themselves only. Red aura strives for excitement and wants to make an impact. In crisis red anti will rely on adrenaline and micromanage.
Orange core appreciates novelty and protects themselves with positivity. Orange aura strives to be helpful and wants reassurance. In crisis orange anti will become overbearing and too impulsive.
Yellow core appreciates intellect and protects themself by avoiding risk. Yellow aura strives to uplift others and wants to always have fun. In crisis yellow anti will intellectualise/deny problems and become paranoid.
Green core appreciates teamwork and protects themself by analysing everything. Green aura strives to be logical and wants to be generous. In crisis green anti will become judgmental and greedy.
Blue core appreciates commitment and protects themself by feigning confidence. Blue aura strives to be reliable and wants to appear responsible. In crisis blue anti will put up emotional walls and become depressive.
Purple core appreciates originality and protects themself with escapism. Purple aura strives for a deeper understanding and wants self expression. In crisis purple anti will act superior and become emotionally erratic.
