Who else suffers with an #AutoImmuneDisease? An occasional treat of #GoldenMilk is doing NOTHING for my current #AIFlare. I’m seriously at the #EndOfMyRope. If you’re not familiar, #Turmeric is known for its #AntiInflammatory properties and golden milk is a delicious concoction made with Turmeric, #Ginger, #BlackPepper, #Cinnamon, #CoconutOil, and #Honey or other sweetener that is said to aid in decreasing #Inflammation. Unfortunately, you’ve really need to ingest a lot to get any benefit. Last night, during another bout of #painsomnia, I ran across a recipe for #GoldenPaste. It’s everything I put in golden milk, just formed into a paste so it can be added to a multitude of things: smoothies, milk, stews, really anything!
