today sucked, ish.
i woke up around 11, texted my plug, begged for bud, did NOT acquire. i got dressed, and then undressed to shower lol
after i got out i dried my hair, got dressed again, and did my makeup. i got all dolled up for NOTHING! at 3ish i decided i was gonna go on a run before work, so i got dressed, but then my grandma came by!! she told me i was losing too much weight, and that i looked very pretty :3 i was wearing all tight clothes, black leggings, black lowcut longsleeve, so that made me feel a bit better.
i went on my run and did a mile! but, it was more of a walk than anything. i ran maybe half of it but i got tired so quickly, i need to find low cal protein options lol.. there's a 10k may 11th that i want to do, but i would have to train super hard from now til then, and make sure im not gonna fall over and pass out mid run hahahsh
after i got home i chilled for a little before work, pet my cat and cried because i realized she's getting old, and i gave her a bunch of treats,, i went to work and started crying in the car otw, but i pulled it together. it was kinda slow, i didn't do too much.
when i got home i relaxed, then decided to take my dog on a walk.. while we were walking i dropped my phone face down on the pavement, and cracked it. this led to me hurrying home, and then having a complete breakdown for an hour. i snapped lol
my mom comforted me, and then i sucked it up and went to watch tv with my family. she made flatos for dinner, but since mine were black bean they were only 180ish each, i had two and gave the rest to my dogs. i waited 30ish minutes before trying to make myself throw up, big mistake.. i tried so hard and maybe threw up 1/3, and so much blood///373
i brushed my teeth and washed my face, took a nausea pill and benadryl, and now i'm in bed watching martha stewart lol

January challenge
Eat only one time a day. I planned to do omad. But I will take it a bit further. The rules changed from complete meals to anything with calories.
If I consume anything solid, I am done for the day.
Been offered a bite of a fruit? Nice, that is your meal for the entire day.
One chip? Good, that will do for today.
A granola bar to avoid fainting while driving? That is a responsible decision, however thats my daily intake now. :)

Challenge Day 2:
Limit is 1000 kcal since I lost weight again :)
• My day went like:
Walked to a store to secure my steps and buy some things
Did some chores and cleaned out my room for a bit
Made a new pizza-recipe (180kcal 18g of protein each) for meal prepping (just comment if you want the recipe) I'm really proud at how they turned out. I haven't tried them yet, but they smell amazing.
• My meals:

Snacks:
Didn't take pictures but some pickles and seaweed snacks ~30 kcal
Kcals for the whole day: 908/1000 kcal
Liquid intake: 2.7 L
Today my body really craved volume when it came to food so I ate quite a lot. I'm not feeling too bad about it (as long as the scale won't go up tmr) since I stayed under my limit. I didn't workout today but since I'm at 10 k steps it doesn't really matter (I think). If anybody's interested, I can also include recipes in future posts.

hi everyone :))) im currently in ed recovery and i want to do the fear jar thing! i dont think i have many fear foods but i want to explore food options because im sure i have way more foods i subconsciously avoid than im aware of :)
sooooo yes give me some fear foods you have/had :) i think it would be very cool to challenge myself and also show others that these foods are okay yayyyyyyy

CW: 78 kg ( I can't believe that I failled myself again so badly... yes I cry everyday but it's as if I couldn't do anything to save myself ... but will take this problem with my 2 hands and I put myself here so I will get myself out of here)

I want to say that on this exercise is making me really miss the numbness that I felt when I was at my lowest weight and I can't wait to feel numb again.

Why is fasting easier than restricting?? I haven't thought of food ALL DAY, all I want is my diet drinks and to work on things I need to, but when I'm restricting all I look forward to is food, and I make exceptions for food that's NOT PLANNED, cause I want it so bad and I can't wait for it. But if I'm not planning on having food, it's so much easier to not think about it. I should do this more often :>>
