I once had a math teacher whose name was Dr. Terrell. He was excited about the subject and could make the most difficult math problems seem simple and easy. One of his most repeated sayings is ringing in my ear at this moment: "Don't be intimidated!" He encouraged us to tackle each math problem head on, with confidence.

Another way of saying this may be more familiar: "Fear not! Don't be afraid!" Ages ago God was telling his people to be confident, to face each of life's problems without fear, because he would be right there with them. He let them know that the floods of life would not drown them and the fires of life would not consume them. This still holds today for those who put their trust in him.

Don't be intimidated! No matter what you face now or in the future, you will come out victorious!

This is based on an encounter I had the other day, when a demoman took a medkit before my medigun connected with him. When he saw my health was down to 21, he would force me to stand at the spawn point and guarded me until I was healed. Wherever you are now, if you read this, you were a good lad and I love you.

Sometimes I think about how medic is emotionally very invested in the missions (which shows in his voice when he shouts at his team), but off-duty and during friendly taunts he seems to be among the most giggly, and fun-loving mercenaries in the team. I like to think he can get agitated very fast, but cools down just as quickly.

I am very very far behind in reading the manga, but I follow the MHA community so I have All The Spoilers.

Honestly, everything coming out in the last few weeks seems almost fake. Like a giant joke-conspiracy being put on by all of you, just to fuck with my head and see how gullible I am.

Bkdk giving bedroom eyes across a war zone after coming back from the dead? Holding hands in order to take out The Big Bag Guy? Kats literally calling himself by Deku's pet name for the first time EVER in the history of life itself?

Next you're gonna tell me they kiss, imma nod vigorously while leaning in to hear more, and then as a collective whole you all are gonna yell out "OMG GOT YOU, YOU SUCKER. BAHAHAHA Like any of that would ACTUALLY happen in cannon?! Stop reading so many fanfics, loser!"

Psy as well (with changes to a few quirks in voice).#Fys skills though...well...wwx is in a different body! WWX is withdrawing and craving substances he's never even heard of before)#While I personally don't fully subscribe to Volition Jean I *do* see Volition Jiang Cheng. Characterization Post

There is so much discourse about characters being ooc. So Here's my guide IF it BOTHERS you. 1. Write. Write about the character. Reasoning why they wanna do what they wanna do. Write the stories you wanna see. 2. Actually look up how their respective fandoms see them. Ask someone to gush about them to you. That's how I learned more about Tim Drake. (Tumblr was actually my source for all of the bats, i recommend tumblr and social media a lot for this) 3. Find the piece of media that appeals to you. Whether that's the source material for the character, or some youtube video of someone analyzing the character. Whether its a video game or a comic book. Just find one that interests you. ITS okay not know every obscure lore, but knowing a basic backstory and personality traits can help a lot.

4. Enjoy the character. Whether its one you're suppose to hate or not. Enjoy writing them. Have fun with their character. 5. Understand fandom. There will always be someone that will disagree how you portray a character or there will be a story that portrays them in a way it makes you cringe. And that's okay. Its up to you whether you agree with the commenter or not. And its up to you as a reader whether to continue or not. Its okay not to like something. And its okay to like something the majority doesn't. But Also know when we try to stamp out things we don't like- it stamps out the potential for things we do like. 6. Experiment. uwub
