"Please, please, please tell me you got a bottle in there with my name on it." she said giving Dominic a kiss on the cheek before moving past him and entering his home as soon as the door was opened. "I need a drink." Although she's been drinking most of the night already, but the bartender refused to give her more. "Or a xanax at this point." she joked, plopping down on his couch.
It was 20 years ago (ish) :: Empire magazine publishes The Lord of the Rings: A Celebration, a special booklet enclosed with the magazine's January 2004 issue, which was released in December 2003. The booklet carried interviews with the principal cast of the LOTR trilogy as well as a significant amount of the creatives involved. The photography was taken in Watford, New York, Wellington, London, Sydney, Los Angeles, Surrey, Melbourne, and Vancouver between February and October 2003. Shown here:
Ian McKellen (Gandalf), Elijah Wood (Frodo), Billy Boyd (Pippin); John Rhys-Davies (Gimli/Treebeard), Dominic Monaghan (Merry), Sean Bean (Boromir); Orlando Bloom (Legolas), Sean Astin (Sam), Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn); Miranda Otto (Eowyn), Andy Serkis (Gollum/Smeagol), Liv Tyler (Arwen); Bernard Hill (Theoden), Christopher Lee (Saruman), Karl Urban (Eomer); Hugo Weaving (Elrond), David Wenham (Faramir), and Cate Blanchett (Galadriel).
[Note: Dominic Monaghan's photo here is an outtake; the actual shot in the booklet can be seen here. These photoshoots provided several excellent outtakes that I'd be happy to share if there is interest.]

OH ARTHUR BENNETT.. such a gorgeous and intriguing character. terribly burdened by a GRUESOME set of crimes, his light suffocated by a HEAVY century of GUILT. so tragic, so dark and broody, and yet PAINFULLY awkward in any social setting ever
“Should I weep over her death?” he asks, his voice too loud. “When it means a generation of magickal children have learned how to use their power? Am I supposed to be sorry? I’m not sorry! What is the greater good?”
I am so incredibly pissed off at all the people saying they stopped watching Doctor Who during Matt Smith or Peter Capaldi or Jodie Whittaker but now they are excited to see David Tennant back. I hate this with all my being cause I KNOW that they used David just because they needed to bring people back, and the fact that it worked drives me mad.
Poor Ncuti Gatwa, he deserved his big moment but everyone is just talking about David instead.

Dominic Davis (Will Schuester and Sue Sylvester ship)
Dominic wasn’t a Lima, Ohio native. Actually, he was a Westerville, Ohio native. A former Dalton Academy student, he very easily could have gotten a job teaching at his alma mater but honestly, the private school thing wasn’t great for him when he was there so, teaching Home Economics at a public school it was. It wasn’t a bad gig, high schoolers were as obnoxious as he remembered them being and he did have to discourage some crushes from students but for the most part, it was boring. Until the Spanish teacher decided to take over the Glee club and hey, he used to be a Warbler, why not lend a hand and support every now and then? Even if he was making an enemy out of the Cheerios coach, except for when the run into each other outside of school and maybe he can support the Cheerios too.
Send me a fandom / love interest / faceclaim (one or all of those) and I’ll make a plot bunny
characters who usually appear dominant and intimidating on the outside/in public but are super gentle with their partner or even enjoy being submissive for them in private 🤝 characters who appear calm and shy in public but enjoy showing their more dominant side to their partner only
