Tokyo Game Show was also super cool this year. My bff went with me and hauled ass with me to all the booths I wanted to hit. We got to watch the FFVII Rebirth live stream from fourth row, then second, then first (as people left in the middle for some reason??)
My bareass back is now immortilized front and center, where I stood 10-20 feet from Kitase and thought I would Expire On The Spot
Protip if you ever go to a huge event like this in Japan: go to Daiso before, buy the little foldy stools for 200 yen, and bring a bag big enough to carry them around in. Saved our LIVES being able to take a break (respectfully out of the way/in seating areas) when there was no place to sit.

I had to haul myself into the office to swap out computers, and I decided to do it during my week of PTO because then I can just make it a Day In The City instead of Hellish Commute Half Day (I am not as productive at the office). So yay! Visiting the tar pit grounds, my favourite park. And yay! Going to a Daiso in a fave outdoor mall. And whoops! Their back to school section has new Kiiroitori merch. Anyway.

02/10/2022 (Day 3)
Today I finally left my residential area and went to the city to get some stuffs then met some friends, had my first ‘decent’ lunch ever since i’ve arrived 2 days ago, chikara meshi was great!
It’s kinda comical how i refused to eat at the restaurant the first 2 days because i was alone, I think restaurant meals are best when you eat them with friends lol
Today’s haul. finally I got my frying pan. I wished I could’ve bought them yesterday from the neighbourhood daiso but sadly there was none. since now I have stopped being a frypan-less individual so I went to buy eggs, tofu and frozen food yippee for cooking at home ( now I just gotta buy rice cooker... )
I finally got my PSU cable too, went to sofmap but they ran out of it, so I went to random stores and start asking if they have the cable and I finally got one for ¥200 good deal. I’m still a bit scared to turn on my PC
before I end today’s log, look at my my sad looking lunches yesterday
First day i got rice and stir fry veggies from tamade and the second day is famichiki with rice ( still from tamade lol )
they’re good tho!
