Fun d&d puzzle room
They will walk into an overly bright lit room announce "you walk into the room and find yourself in a 10 by 10 room, all the walls are blank except for the back wall where you see this engraved on the back wall" show them an image of 7O+41n35
It is a really simple code breaker of a equals 1 but the capital O looks close to a zero that it might throw them.
If you want to make it easier they can find on investigation j10 (j equals 10)
It translates to "Go and dance" (or go+dance)
Another change is that as they enter they quickly realise that they are alone in the room with one part of the clue and another team have the j10 but can't communicate in some way.
Add to the difficulty by adding that each time you describe the room you described it one size smaller "the 9 by 9 room is still white" "you find nothing else in the 8 by 8 room" etc
How did I come up with this... I didn't but my minis did as they played with fridge magnets. My puzzle loving wizard was dancing away almost instantly but it stumped my two other players as they tried to solve a maths equation.
Sometimes the simplest puzzle is best!

I'm back at it with my Outer Wilds inspired LU fic/comic/idea/thing!
The following comic contains MAJOR spoilers for Outer Wilds: Echoes Of The Eye.
Progression in Outer Wilds is directly tied to the player's knowledge. There are no key items or skill progression, just what you learn through playing. For this reason, anything you encounter about the game can potentially ruin reveals and puzzles. Outer Wilds is the best game I've ever played. I highly recommend playing it for yourself (or watching a stream) and then you can come back and enjoy this with me. :)
Warning over! (If you've played OW:EOTE we are sharing music around a campfire and roasting marshmallows ::) )
Fish jump scare for Legend.
OW:EOTC Spoilers! I've put my thoughts explaining the comic a ways down. PLEASE if you haven't played the game I'd rather you skip the comic and my thoughts entirely than be spoiled!!! It's so important!!!
For people who have played it though,
What if the Prisoner sustained the simulation?
I think Legend would have his suspicions about the dream world. Like, 'sure Sky maybe this is a Silent Realm but I think there's something more to this we're missing...' And to then have those suspicions confirmed and have to go through a Koholint situation again this time knowing that there are real people in the dream. It's all going to collapse anyways. The Wind Fish needs to be saved. But still, how would he respond to that?

Our DM: Spends two hours openly despairing at our party, despite being very willing to press big red buttons and generally cooperative when it comes to plot hooks, blithely missing like seven sidequests on our way into Barovia, Barovia because the module is constructed in such a way that it's less "well why would my character pick up this plot hook" and more "oh shit that was a plot hook??? But why?? It just seemed like environmental storytelling illustrating that the area is dangerous, what was it even trying to get us to DO"
Me: [rubbing my hands, delighted] Well I don't know about YOU guys but Atri accomplished almost everything she wanted to do in the Death House, well done team hit the showers.

A swap meet for wizards where they exchange jigsaw puzzles, but they all contain enemies sealed within the images that are unleashed once the puzzle is competed. You really want to finish the puzzle, but you also don’t want to unleash St’riliza, the Disgraced Elven Champion who has sworn vengeance against all who are not of the forest.
I personally keep the last piece as an amulet around my neck, just to kind of flaunt it and tempt people to steal it and unleash evil on the world.
