I don’t understand the concept of sex as the natural progression of romance. I understand having sex, I understand how it can be romantic, I just don’t understand how it is seen as the only course that romance takes.

Like love confessions immediately turning to sex is always so ???????? to me. Like ok get it I guess but how did we get here???

here’s a redraw of a 2020 goretober prompt i did since i’m not doing anything this october this year! in 2020 i had done five prompts in one piece because i didn’t want to do five drawings. this time i took that down to four because i found that the third prompt didn’t fit very well. the four prompts i used were: Lots of bandaids, cuts & scars, bone, and surreal!

CONTENT/TRIGGER WARNING, ALL THINGS LISTED ARE DRAWN: Bone (specifically visible rib bones), Cuts and Scars (that could be read as SH, but that isn’t what they are), Eyestrain, Blood (a fairly large amount visible through bandaids), and a Character in “Scandalous” Clothes
