I think after the velvet and veneer situation Floyd is disabled. I think that he experiences chronic pain and pins and needles especially in his feet since those are what turned transparent first. I think he uses a walker on better days and on worse days uses a wheelchair or just opts to stay in bed. I also think that his talent is permanently altered, and he can't sing very well anymore. he can provide backup vocals like in the last couple of songs but anything more than that is draining for him. being a troll not being able to sing or dance is considered a form of disability on its own.

How would you envision Jean if you remade X Men Evo?

I think Jeans interesting because she felt the need to be traditionally feminine throughout her youth (and misogyny in the early comics obv) but like. There’s this inherent performance of femininity about her (she’s a very performative character in gen tbh) like do I think she wears skirts and dresses? Yeah but were she raised by anyone but Charles and raised not in the original X-men run would she? Tbh no. I think time displaced Jean was interesting having shorter hair ect I think Jean canonically does and should have a very complicated relationship to femininity. So like in a diff verse (evo) I think you could play more with her design. However my biggest issue with the evo design is her top she goes to a public school literally why is she wearing a crop top that’s just nonsense (not even touching on how Rogues outfit wouldn’t fly either) and truthfully to my recollection save for the artists always shortening her skirts Jeans usually a fairly modest if not unfashionable dresser 😭 very mom except she’s dressed like that since she was 16
