helloo!! if the bureau was in a actor au (where all of them are actors and all of the canon events were just acting), what are your headcanons about it?

I haven't gotten too into this kind of AU, but here are some things I can imagine happening.

Spoilers ahead.

Anytime there's a bomb, there's probably a blooper of Jonah dropping it. It's become an inside joke behind the scenes.

Elliot's actor cried when he read the script for his kidnapping. (This is actually based on a dream I had about this kind of AU lol). Similarly, Lars genuinely cried at Angela's betrayal.

There has been at least one fire on set. It was probably Lars' fault.

Jack absolutely forgot where a body was at least once and tripped over it.

Jonah yelling "JACK" when he got shot was actually supposed to be a blooper, but they kept it because it was too funny.

Carmen's actress would be very protective of Sanjay's actor, even off-set.

When filming in the Russian and Canadian wildernesses, they had to record the audio separately because it was too windy. (As a Canadian, I can tell you that snow can be very loud.)

Behind the scenes, it is generally just chaos.

I have never once thought about JJ and Hotch's relationship with each other, and then I watched A.J. Cook's interview from season 1 where she talks about how JJ (and to some extension the team) sees herself as Hotch's intern/sidekick and every single interaction they have makes so much more sense now and highlights their relationship a lot to me. All of JJ's little teasing comments to Hotch of 'are you trying to make me look bad by staying later than me' and Hotch getting hurt when JJ doesn't tell him she's pregnant and JJ always taking Hotch's role with the detectives while he's with the team and she always makes sure he knows she prioritises the job when she has family stuff because that's what she sees him do. She's literally his sidekick!! Hotch was to her what Gideon was to Spencer!! They're so deceivingly sweet!!
