I am very annoyed with my body for crashing hard after getting home from work.

On the other hand, I'm coming up on 8 weeks from surgery. I was off work for the first four. Week five, I went to the office once (WFH otherwise) and crashed so hard I took a taxi home after three hours. Week six, no office at all. Week seven, managed four hours and literally don't remember getting home via public transport, I crashed so hard. At least this week I went six hours and got home fairly awake.

(I do not recommend abdominal surgery. I'm all right as long as I don't carry too much, but work laptop + purse = body says NO. Like, yoga is okay and carrying the laptop to the office is not.)

#I actually don't have a surgery tag it turns out?#bah on it all #also caught a Big Cold in week six #and since week seven I'm managing six cats on my own because Somebody buggered off to the seaside for dental work

considering changing the superbignaturals' gang's setting a lot to make it more interesting. like rather than nebulous 2010-2020s city vibe, maybe more of a 1960-70s outer-city seaside town ? but this also means reworking all of their aesthetics to fit the time period.. and idk if i want to do that.

#idk how to describe what i eman by ''outer-city seaside town'' but im picturing like. town that is within an hour of a large city #but on the fringes and kind of empty because its cold and windy and foggy. ? maybe i want this to be set further north actually. hmmmm #much to think about #ramblings
