My AU language/Accents HCs

Nina the Killer is Vietnamese and Hopkin is just her adoptive parent's names (so she legally has to go by it) but her bio families name is Tran so socially she goes by that. Her Vietnamese is rusty but she's learning

Brian is semi-verbal (I forgot the actual terms) and mostly goes through ASL. If he's able to, though, he usually just opts for writing on something since its just easier for everyone to understand

Candypop (Cane? is it two or just the one) is Irish and will just throw out random Gaelic at people. (I remember this story that took place in Ireland but I can't find it anymore)

Kate, Jeff, and Lui are southern and sometimes when they get riled up they can sound incomperhensiable

They’re both demons, and as I’ve mentioned before, most demons are hostile towards one another in their competitive pursuit of power. But! Some of them do form alliances, which sometimes turn into friendships ^^

Candy Pop enjoys pestering Jason. He’s a lil’ shit just for the sake of it, just because he likes riling up the other one. Jason, of course, doesn’t always appreciate Candy’s antics, but he has a certain soft spot for him, so he lets him get away with a lot

The two will often work side by side in a shared workshop, and they’ll even go on hunts together. They might even share their prey, which is relatively rare amongst demons

They’ll often lose their tempers with one another, but that’s pretty common for their species. It’s mostly just territorial issues, and even then, it never really gets too personal, and once they calm down, things usually get back to normal

Overall, they’re pretty good buddies!
