Random BenJeff headcanons

•Ben's ears are sensitive, so he doesn't let anyone touch them. The only exception is Jeff, if he's bored he'll randomly start playing with Ben's ears(gently) in a way a child might play with a dogs ears.

•Ben hates water, obviously, but he's a clean/neat freak in my au, so Jeff helps him shower and will make sure he doesn't start panicking, and will do his best to keep the water out of Ben's face as that sets him off more then showering itself.

•It's vice versa for Jeff; He can't stand fire or hot weather, so Ben, having fire abilities, will never use them around Jeff. Considering Ben is dead, he's always cold, so he'll also let Jeff hold him and be close to him whenever the weather is too hot for him.

•Jeff loves physical touch and PDA, but Ben isn't super clingy and isn't too too big on PDA - Unless its Jeff. Jeff is the only exception, and the two are practically glued together. They're always touching each other in some way, whether it be holding hands, leaning against each other, Ben resting his legs on Jeff's lap, or when they cuddle. They're never not side by side. Even so, Jeff does respect Ben's boundaries, and isn't all up on him without permission when they're with others. In most cases, Ben doesn't mind simply being held close with Jeffs arm over his shoulders or quick kisses.

•They may be married in my au but they're still each others best friend and you can find them laughing at nothing together and jokingly insulting each other and acting like stupid teenagers.

•Ben is CONSTANTLY stealing Jeff's clothes and hoodies.

•Adding onto that, Ben has a lot of fashion taste; Jeff doesn't. The most he has are band shirts. Ben loves to dress him up and pick his outfits for him when they go out in public for any reason.

•Jeff struggles to get along with most, as many view him as a narcissistic prick, when in reality he's actually kind of insecure and the whole 'I'm beautiful' thing is an attempt to raise his self esteem. Ben knows this and literally compliments him all the time when he notices Jeff is feeling self conscious.

•Jeff frequently comes off as rude and unlikeable, but if he's watched from a distance when he's with Ben, he'll seem like a completely different person; He's extremely bubbly and social and genuinely happy when he's witb Ben, feelings he rarely has around others.

•They've been banned from playing truth or dare due to them taking a game of 'seven minutes in heaven' a little too seriously. I'll just say, it dragged on for more than seven minutes😶

Does that actually stop them from playing truth or dare with friends though?

hey guys, heres some benjeff stuff.

ben is incredibly afraid of water. he refuses to go anywhere near it. even if its in a small glass. (this also means he hates the rain and left over puddles.) jeff is the exact way with fire. he wont touch a grill on participate in events like the fourth of july, and he leaves cooking to everyone else. (campfires are a huge no and if something ever caught on fire, he’d fine the nearest window and jump out of it.) ben and jeff comfort and take care of each other whenever these fears are placed in front of them. for example:

- if slender is taking the pastas on a form of a “vacation” or trip, and swimming is involved, jeff always holds ben in the water. he constantly keeps him afloat and never lets go. he’ll even stay near the shallowest parts of the pool to hang out with ben and make sure he feels comfortable. he will never force ben near the deep end, and he never makes jokes about pushing him into the water.

- during the forth of july, the pastas always set off fireworks out in the woods, run with sparklers, and have a small get together near a fire. jeff does not like any of these things. ben likes these activities and finds them fun, but almost every time this “holiday” pops around, ben stays inside and comforts jeff in his room instead of participating. the loud pops of the fireworks are a trauma response for jeff, but as long as ben is there assuring him and distracting him, keeping close, he remains stable and fine.

another one is their close contact. jeff finds some things like cuddling and holding hands in front of people awkward and weird. ben doesn’t care as much though. he doesn’t mind doing any of those things in front of people, but out of pure respect, ben keeps things private between the two of them. he won’t get overally or “weirdly” lovey when the mansion is packed, and if either of them want attention from one another, they go to their rooms.
