I'm freaking losing it over Ashton right now. Ashton who said he would've left himself behind, too. Swearing to Imogen they are going to do whatever it takes to bring her back. Fiercely, loyally, *honestly* without the bullshit.

Ashton has friends now. Not just FCG, but a whole family. Who recognizes what this loss means to Imogen. Who wouldn't have turned back, not so long ago.

So, I was rewatching the ExU Unlimited wrap-up and they are talking about Fearne right?

Aabria says that Fearne does the things she does because she knows she's going to be fine.

Ashley goes out to add that Fearne isn't scared of anything because of this.

But now, in Campaign 3, Fearne was not fine. Fearne died. For the first time Fearne was close to dying multiple times. And for the first time, she experienced fear. Fear of losing Orym. Fear of being alone. Fear of failing.

At the end, I know we all ended up paying attention to, you know, other things in this episode but I think it all really took a hit on Fearne, and I wanna see how this unwraps in the future.

However, she didn't change much out of the gate. She still has the same mindset (apparently), she remains the chaotic goddess she always was.

And I'm so excited.

Because Fearne experienced fear,

and she ain't scared of it.

can you imagine if they do contact keyleth and she does get laudna back and she suddenly hears delilah’s voice make some remark about it- how terrifying it might be to be the reason one of your most powerful enemies returns.

Fearne's "what do you mean Orym's dead?" is very quiet but kinda lowkey terrifying ngl
