Bobby's death is so jarring to me,,,, I think it's because he's the first egg to be killed by an outside force? Like his family did everything right but he still died. The players can't pin it on one of their own, can't start pointing fingers to express their grief through infighting,,,,,, they just. Have to move on? Especially since revival seems well and truly off the table now. JuanaFlippa coming back the first time gave all the parents a sense of relief, that death didn't have to be final, but then that was it. The one and only exception that the server would make regarding a confirmed permadeath. No more angels or devils to come tip the scales. Just an empty bedroom in a quiet house.

Do you have any headcanon voices for Raz and Co. when their older?
I do! Actually!
I cant really see any other voice for Raz. It just fits him too much to change! Raz himself thought his voice would change at least a little. He was hoping he would start to sound more professional and charismatic, almost Matthew McConaughey-esque. He manages the charisma and professionalism, but he still sounds the same, more similar to Richard Horvitz's regular talking voice. The only thing that really changed is volume, if anything. He tends to project his voice (unintentionally most of the time) and when intentional, it's usually to fit the very comic book style action hero "Stop right there, you fiend!" Voice. He sometimes reverts to sounding like squeaky preteen when nervous. But it makes it really easy to impersonate as a lady when disguised or over a phone call though!
Lili's voice changed a bit, actually. Unlike Raz, her voice actually got deeper.(imagine Lilly from "The Walking Dead" but a little higher and more raspy) Similar to Raz, however, I can't imagine any other voice for her other than her og voice actor, Nikki Rapp (Which is why I used Lilly as an example lol) Her voice does tend to change depending on her mood. Her voice can get hissy and gravelly when angry or frustrated, but she can also get loud, even screechy when panicked (or, if you really piss her off. )
Dogen sounds similar to Josh Gad. LMAO I KNOW but seriously! Idk how to explain it, but he has the right pitch and some other stuff I can't put my finger on.... It just fits to me!
Bobby's voice got deeper, waaay deeper, and a little nasal-y. His lisp is completely gone as well. His voice is pretty gravelly when talking normally, and trying to understand what he's saying when he whispers is tricky. The grit in his voice is seems intentional, almost as if he's doing it on purpose to seem more gruff and intimidating. Despite how deep his voice is, he can get pretty whiney, and similarly to Lili, his voice gets screechy when stressed.
Chloe's voice sounds the same. A little deeper but still raspy, little more pointed and professional. She's pretty good at tricking people into thinking she's a kid on the phone or from a distance.
Clems voice also got deeper, but he very obviously trys to elevate it to sound more perky and young. It makes him very prone to voice cracks, and she gets sore throats more often than one would think. He sounds a little similar Rob Paulson, actually. Imagine if Rob Paulson was trying to do an impression of a perky teen and there you go! He's also still trying to keep up that peppy and encouraging cheer persona, so she tends to shout a lot. His voice can get deep and pointed when angry. I think threatening would be a good word to describe it.
Crystal's is the same, she's definitely more relaxed so her voice isn't as squeaky or high. It can get more wobbly and unstable when she shows literally any emotion.
D'art's voice sounds like Tom Kenny, with a bit of a feminine twang to it. Also full of cynicism and bitterness, but thats always how he's always been.
Elton voice sounds like Johnny Depp doing an awkward/nervous voice (I'll use Victor Vandort as an example). He can also sound very desperate and whiney. He's usually quiet, any attempt on raising his voice usually result in him shrinking back down and becoming mumbly. Of course he can be assertive when needed, and he can project his voice pretty well.
Kitty has a deep and more richer voice. Very particular and pointed. she can go from superiority and poise to crude and sharp in seconds.
Franke's voice is surprisingly deep. She can sound very blunt and gets a little gruff, but she's got charisma and sounds relaxed most of the time. She doesn't raise her voice often, she usually prefers to get her point across with a firmer tone, making her sound more grumble-y and makes it harder to understand what she's saying.
HONORABLE MENTIONS JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO:
Mirtalas voice starts getting more raspy, similarly to Raz, and Queepie's gets a little more nasal like Frazies! He's bummed about it because he was hoping to get a deep booming voice like his dad

Ok so, just watched the promo for the next episode and remember that picture circulating around where Buck and Eddie are in suits? Well here’s my theory…
So next week probably ends with Bobby in jail.
Which I think is going to lead to Athena and Buck plotting together to find the truth which leads to Buck and Eddie going undercover to that casino where they ‘bump’ into the owners of the recovery home where they’ll try and get the truth from them.

Ok so I admit I don’t know best how to phrase this I’ve been thinking about this all day but
I just think it’s so fundamentally flawed to argue for bi rep at the expense of gay characters because you think they’re actually bi because they dated characters of the opposite gender previously in their history-
-like taking out like. How openly gay characters didn’t exist til x so of course any character of a certain age isn’t gonna explicitly gay in their initial conception-
-it’s just so odd because like. Aside from the fact coding exists and these characters were coded as queer to begin with-
-Everyone knows there’s gay people that realize their attraction later in life, everyone knows that closeted people exist, the people calling for Bobby to be Bi are like. the same people who reblog posts that say your dating history doesn’t define your sexuality and worth ect. Like it’s just so odd how no one self reflects on if they’re being homophobic by insisting a gay man isn’t gay because he had a gf before like 😭 -
-Also it’s 2022 if you’re seriously still upset over Bobby Drake, Alan Scott, & Willow from Buffy!?? Being explicitly gay like. You need help fr like at a certain point you need to get over it and I mean that with love

would it be possible for you to do 57 & 70 for Steddie? thx!
You bet I can! I'm thinking this is going to be pre s4, so buckle in for that. #57 is forgotten first meeting & #70 is locked in a room - this could be pretty interesting...
Steve is struggling when he turns up for his shift at Family Video. With his parents gone, his house is a little too empty, so the kids have been over late into the evenings. It's summer break - a pool and the prospect of rated R movies without the fuss is more than enough to make his spot the place to be. The night before, the kids were adamant about watching Alien, yet Steve's the only one that managed to make it through to the end. He's paying for it now - his shift is going to be dreadfully long. Never mind the fact that his new coworker starts today. Steve is unsure about expanding the Family Video crew, but it's not realistically his choice. He knows his job is too good to do anything other than roll with the punches.
There's a brief moment when Steve walks in that feels like deja vu - the guy standing behind the counter doesn't seem familiar, though Steve can't shake the feeling. His long curly hair frames his face and rings, tattoos, and a necklace that looks handmade are on display. Steve thinks he looks a little uncomfortable, standing in a new, foreign place. It probably doesn't help that Steve's been mindlessly staring at him since he walked in the door. There's a bell over the door, so Steve is well aware that the new guy knows he's here. Despite that, it still takes Steve a second to draw his eyes away - the brown, doe-eyed stare is proving much more distracting than Steve is genuinely comfortable with. Shaking his head to clear it, Steve finally comes around. "Hey man, I'm Steve."
It's quiet for a second before the reply "I know" comes. Steve's brow quirks, his head tilting in question. The boy merely smirks, his face lighting up. Steve's about to say something, to ask about where they met, but he's stopped by the same melodic voice. "I'm Eddie. Eddie Munson."
Some part of Steve starts at the name - for whatever reason, that sense of being here before sits low in his stomach. It's right on the tip of his tongue when the manager comes in and the day starts. There's a brief round of introductions, where Steve once again tells Eddie who he is. It's off to the races after that. There's a couple of tasks to be taught and codes to learn, but most things are pretty straightforward. The fact that it's a Tuesday afternoon means their duties don't take long. He's on the early shift, so the flow of customers isn't all that intense, either. The empty store is spotless and filled with an odd tension by the time Steve decides to head to the break room to grab the latest Times magazine Robin lent to him. The distraction is necessary, his brain is all over the place and the inability to sort it is killing him. He says nothing as he retreats into the back room.
The doorknob is its usually pain in the ass - Steve wiggles it twice, then pushes hard with his shoulder to finally get the door open. It's a relief to see the battered sofa. Letting the knob go, Steve walks into the room, plenty content to snag his reading material and head back out front before the door can even shut. But, that becomes difficult when the air changes and Eddie Munson is in the room, too. Steve is so surprised by his arrival that he fails to tell the other boy to keep the door open, that it locks from the inside now that it's broken.
He shouts a breathy "wait, the door", but it's too late and the lock clicks into its mechanism. He doesn't need to shake the thing to know they're stuck there. Robin's reminder of always having his keys on him is fresh in his mind, as well as the previous two times he found himself in this situation. Someone has been around before, to save him from himself. As he looks at Eddie, he realizes he's a fool who fucks up royally and Eddie's there to see it all. "I hate to state the obvious, but we're sort of stuck."
Eddie tries the door handle to no avail. They share a look that's hard to distinguish when Eddie comes to Steve's already stated conclusion. "I'll try Robin. She's always got her keys on her." It's an impulsive thing to say - despite how well put together the girl appears, Robin is just as much an irresponsible young adult as Steve is. He doesn't even know where she'll be, either. The small needle in the haystack becomes smaller the more he thinks.
After trying Robin's house a few more times than appropriate (her mother says as much at least twice), Steve sets down the receiver with a resigned sigh. He wants so badly to have a solution, to give the new person who is still trying to settle in good news. His failure is fresh in his mouth when Eddie breaks the silence. "This isn't the first time we've met, y'know." He's turned towards Steve, looking at him quizzically.
Steve quickly racks his brain, tries to pull forth a memory that has been lingering on the surface since he walked in - yet he still can't grasp it. It's nice to know he's at least been right about that deja vu thing; he can sometimes trust his instincts. Biting down on his lip, Steve shakes his head. "Have we?" It's not at all what he wants to say but his mouth is forming the words long before Steve realizes the baseness of his reply. More words are on his tongue, there at the edge ready to continue to spring forth and vomit nonsense, but Eddie stops him.
"Those stupid volunteer opportunities we were forced into freshman and sophomore year - I missed going with my class, so they stuffed me in with you younger kids." There's a chuckle in his voice, like he's thinking about a memory that's fond. "I thought the whole thing was stupid but there you were - golden boy extraordinaire. I'm not offended you don't remember sorting cans and bottles for recycle with me. I probably wouldn't if I were you, either." For some reason, Steve isn't all that sure that's all that true.
Now that he's been reminded, Steve absolutely remembers the day. He's been trying to draw up the recollection, could taste it all shift - with it placed before him, Steve's smacked back to that day. He vividly remembers hating the task they were assigned to - his hands were sticky and gross a couple minutes in. He also recalls brown hair that's a little shorter and jeans without a chain - Eddie's there gazing at him with a look of confused awe. It's embarrassing to remember that he spent the entire time chattering away about nothing without leaving much room for Eddie to reciprocate. At that age, Steve's head wasn't correctly attached yet. Steve spent a great deal more time stuck in the in-between stage of not boy but not yet teen and the immaturity was real. A rogue blush flies to the apple of his cheeks at the thought. "No, no. I remember. When I let you get a word in, you talked about the guitar. Do you still play?"
It's odd to watch someone's face change. Steve's heart beats hard as Eddie's expression softens and the inherent harshness the boy carries around slips away. He's real all of the sudden, split open wide before Steve. There's a smile that dances across Eddie's lips when he nods his head. "It's sometimes embarrassing how much."
Conversation is easy after that - so much so that it's almost a shock when the break room door opens. "My mom is on fire about the phone blow up, Harrington," Robin says as she storms through the door, an entertained grin on her face. She stops short when she sees him and Eddie sharing the small couch. There's a dip in it, so they're pretty close, shoulders almost touching. Looking between them, something dances in Robin's eyes. Steve is scared to ask, to even acknowledge that her attitude changed. She doesn't give him the opportunity, either. "I for sure thought it'd take forever for you two to warm up to each other." She smiles, chucking her keys at Steve's head. "Glad to know I can still be wrong. I'll leave you boys to it."
When she's gone, they both burst out into laughter - it's only the beginning and Steve's already excited to see what comes next.
He's positive adding another member to his and Robins tight nit crew is likely one of the best things to ever happen to him. At least, he's starting to think so.

So what are Bobby and Chloe up to in your future AU?
Aha! I almost forgot about those two!
Alright, Bobby Zilch, the Zilch boy, th-
Bobby is still pretty nasty, he and Raz are still at eachothers throats sometimes. But he has matured A LOT since he was a kid. He's currently interning at the Motherlobe, but he doesn't spend a lot of time there.
Bobby actually has some medical knowledge, since he decided to be a nurse for a little while. Some say it's because he wanted to see guts and blood. Chloe says it's because she knows that deep down, he just wants to help people!
Or both...
Chloe is tech wizard! She can hack and figure out any electronic! She's actually one of the people responsible for the satellite the Psychonauts put up to track suspicious psychic activity. Otto has become very fascinated with her and her mind, and has even tried to get her to work on bigger projects and inventions!
She spends most of her time with her face buried in a computer screen typing away, but when she's not doing that she's usually building small gadgets or studying stars.
The two often talk to eachother mentally throughout the day while they do their work. Afterwards, they like to go on long rides on Bobby's motorcycle or Chloe's car, maybe get some food, and talk about planets and stuff.
Chloe says she's always had a strange fascination with Bobby. The way he behaved and acted around her has always been something she admired about him.
Bobby, as he says it, just thinks she's "Really, really pretty and smart"
